The best I can say is we plan on returning every year so we will be loyalty club members. The numerous body treatments are outstanding and the food is healthy and nutritious. Allergies are clearly indicated on the menus and buffet tables. The service is outstanding where the staff remembered our requests for ice and delivered it nightly without any further asking. Various off resort excursions are available. We went snorkeling on the south side of the island.

Fantastic trip, couldn't recommend enough. I felt safe, rejuvenated and alive. So many amazing people who work there, I was friendly with every staff member by the end of my week there. Trista is an absolute legend, and a beautiful human being!

This is the best resort I have ever visited. I don't like just sitting around on the beach all day just drinking and eating unhealthy food. I like to stay active and try to eat well. Body Holiday provides an extensive list of activities that you can do all day long. For example, one day I started with Archery with a teacher who was able to give me great tips (I already knew how to use a bow and arrow), went sailing on a Hobicat, did a workout class (legs, tums and bums class), had a massage, and then did yoga on an outdoor platform that hung over the Caribbean Sea. There were at least 15 other things I could have chosen that day. There are fresh juices available, naturally flavoured water everywhere and delicious healthy food. It's not 'rabbit food', just healthy, well prepared food using fresh ingredients. If you want burgers and fries those are also available and delicious. The bar is stocked with brands you would recognize with experienced bar tenders. The spa services are outstanding. I expected to be underwhelmed by the included spa services but they were anything but. Good strong massages. I had a 75 minute facial. My husband had the aloe vera body wrap on the last day which was perfect for soothing the sun and salt water soaked skin. He practically floated home. While it seems a bit pricey it is worth every penny because there is no nickle-and-diming trying to serve up cheap stuff. Everything you receive from the service, drinks and the food is top notch. This is likely the reason that most of the people we met were return customers. Most of them returning for the 8th, 14th or 30th time, staying a minimum of 7-days many staying for 2 or more weeks. We will definitely be joining the ranks of return customers.

I will never return to this resort again. I cannot believe the lack of empathy or professionalism, especially as a return customer… I am a frequent traveller and have travelled all around the world, and I have never had such a bad experience… I will definitely return to St. Lucia, but not to this resort

A very special place, on the beautiful island of Saint Lucia, in a quite wonderful location offering fantastic activities a glorious Spa with the choice of doing as much or as little as you want. Delivered with care and a smile by wonderful staff. As you arrive you are met with a cold towel, a drink, a smile and a whispered ‘welcome home’. From that moment on you can relax and enjoy everything that Bodyholiday has to offer. It’s Spa, it’s beach, it’s water sports , its day long activity schedule and then as evening approaches it’s bars and restaurants This was our 6th visit with family for a special celebration and we were not let down. Thank you to Yhasmjne for the kindness that she showed us and to her team of staff who make this wonderful facility the place that it is. From the Housekeeping team, the Restaurant dining and serving team, the Spa team, the water sports team, beach and gardens team, the bar team and of course the Bodyguards. You feel valued and welcomed. Just sublime. Let them revive your body and mind.
