Roseate House London, features 47 luxurious rooms and suites spread across three mid-19th century, Grade-II townhouses built in 1842, restored to the original allure and charm of their rudimentary Victorian architecture. Residents can promenade their way to some of the landmarks of London such as Kensington Palace, The Royal Albert Hall, Oxford Street, Park Lane, High Street Kensington and Portobello Road or take a short walk to Paddington station that offers underground access to the entire city and the Heathrow Express to the Heathrow Airport.

Very welcoming hotel in a great location near Paddington and walking distance to the museums across the park. Staff were delightful and really made us feel recognised. Classic room is very compact but well appointed. However, my one criticism is that they are still using small bottles of shampoo etc. This is wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. Easy to add refillable bottles on the walls. Otherwise, good although think we will upgrade to a larger room another time.

What a wonderful hotel. This was an amazing week at this boutique hotel. The staff was the heart and soul of this hotel, from the moment we arrived until we left for the airport, the staff was friendly, courteous and made us feel like we were the only guests in hotel (we were not the hotel was full). We were greeted every morning with smiling faces, the staff knew our names from the moment we checked in. All of the staff members including Daria, Irysha, Dohee, Ari, Vishnu and of course Piyush made this a special trip. The hotel is located in the Paddington Station area convenient to Hyde Park & Kensington Palace, numerous tube lines, Paddington train station, are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Numerous restaurants and pubs in the area. The building was built in the 1890s but the hotel had all of the modern conveniences, one might expect. The standard rooms are large for London. The bed was comfortable and hypoallergenic. I've traveled to London many times and the Roseate House is the finest hotel that I've stayed at. This will be my go-to hotel on any future trip to London.

We had a phenomenal stay at Roseate House, the customer service was warm, personable, professional. We were so impressed by the BEAUTIFUL room, rivaled only by the warm welcome we received. I was on a trip with my mother, 40-years overdue, and Irysha made our stay so memorable. Thanks also to Dohee, Daria and Piyush who all took wonderful care of us. Location-wise it is convenient, we were returning from Wales and the proximity to Paddington was what drew us, but there is plenty to see and do an eat in the neighborhood when we were able to tear ourselves away from the beautiful room. Thank you so much!!

I am in my sixties and this is the first time I have posted a review on Tripadvisor. I visited London for two nights with 4 other people who all stayed at a more expensive hotel nearby. I was impressed with Roseate House from the onset. What a contrast to my friends extremely large hotel which appeared quite impersonal. Roseate House was warm and welcoming as soon as I entered reception. I checked in slightly earlier to a beautiful room with a massive bed which was super comfortable. The room had everything a traveller may need with excellent attention to detail. The staff were extremely attentive. I am currently having mobility issues and they offered assistance with my bags, seats and opening doors. The complimentary drink and sweets on arrival was also a lovely touch. The hotel was very near other facilities including Paddington Station and the Central Line. Hyde Park was a short walk away. I din't try the food as I was staying on my own and I am not a breakfast fan but the menu looked appetizing. I am planning to stay here again when I visit London. I also showed 2 of my friends my room with the hotel staff's permission and they agreed it was lovely. Thankyou, to Trisha, Dohee and Svitlana and the rest of the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

Overall a sound stay. Despite being central , the hotel is fairly away from the noise and rush. Located opposite to the wonderful St James church. We enjoyed to the fullest and were looked after warmly. Breakfast is served per request and I would have loved a buffet as well. Nevertheless a pleasant stay.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
