Gili Lankanfushi

This is one of the best hotels in Maldives I'd ever stayed at. We chose this resort because of its high rating and were absolutely right - everything is perfect from the very first minute. The resort manager is clearly doing an excellent job, and it shows! at this hotel you will get stunning views, comfortable rooms, delicious and varied food, a great lagoon for swimming, and even decent snorkeling - they have a small house riff nearby

The lagoon is absolutely amazing shallow and big. The people as usual work hard and are always polite and friendly, Unfortunately this was not our favourite island. The villa concept is lovely, very open plan and very natural. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom so if you like to cool off during the day you have to sit in the bedroom , when you shower in the evening the bathroom also gets very warm so again you do retreat to the bedroom. Your balcony is not very private and If you’re lying in your bedroom with the curtains open again people can see you so privacy is not great!. We were disappointed with the food as it was not as we had expected. On a closing note we could not fault the team who looked after us they were all amazing. Thank you to everyone who looked after us and made our stay very special . Special mention to Shanny, Ibrahim and Ailam 🙏

Fabulous time at Gili. The service was beyond amazing. Naff our Ms Friday was just the best ever : Courteous, super helpful, friendly & so much fun. Everyone at the resort was so very nice. Food was great. Villas stunning. Snorkelling extremely good. Lots to see under water. Ailam, Monica , Riyaz & Lolz and soo many others made this 60th birthday trip of my sister & me sooo memorable. We felt soo relaxed and at home. The atmosphere at the resort is so warm and cosy. I will for sure come back to Gili very soon. Such a peaceful beautiful place.

In the Maldives, we have experienced many island hotels. However, our last trip to Gili gifted us an unforgettable vacation. We relaxed and had fun. The service was magnificent. Tesla (Taslim)'s attention and smile, along with Chef Hari's exquisite flavors from world cuisine, made us feel as if we had dined in the most famous restaurants. As Took and April gave us wonderful massages at the spa, we felt like we were disconnected from the world while watching the corals and colorful fish through the glass floor. The villas were so beautifully designed that we felt intertwined with the ocean and its life, as well as the magnificent sky and stars above. We wonder if sharing this dreamlike paradise is a good thing. We hope it remains this special and beautiful forever. Rodrigo (the general manager), please make everyone working here very happy so that they don't leave, ensuring that this magic doesn't fade!

Our stay at Gili Lankanfushi was absolutely unforgettable. We loved every moment and every experience—truly perfection from start to finish. The level of service is exceptional and unlike anything we have experienced before. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Whether at breakfast, dinner, or during special experiences, the culinary quality was consistently outstanding. From the stunning villa, the serene atmosphere, and the impeccable service to the unique experiences offered throughout the stay, Gili Lankanfushi exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to return.
