Our stay here has been wonderful. We feel pampered and spoiled and taken care of. Fernando and Joya have been exceptional at their jobs. Attentive and responsive. We couldn't ask for better waiters, always a smile and inpecable manners. A true asset to Dreams. BRAVO!

We have been going to Cabo for at least once a year for the past 15+ years. This is our first time staying at an all inclusive resort, having hesitations, I wanted to put an honest review out there. I think Dreams is your typical all inclusive resort nothing too fancy but definitely family friendly. Upon arrival, we set ourselves up at the pool and had the pleasure of meeting Silver, our server. He has gone above and beyond our entire stay, he’s exceptional. We made it a point to sit in his section every day. We treated ourselves to a private cabana one day with Freddy and Mani as our servers. They also went the extra mile to ensure we were never without a drink, snack, anything and everything we could’ve wanted. We also met Alejandro at Seasode Grille, he had quite a few big parties yet still managed to give us great service for our dinner. Our kids can’t wait to go back for our last night. I would say the noise level at night is definitely bothersome, but that would obviously depend on where your room is located. I could also hear everything in the room above me, literally a pin drop, nothing some noise canceling headphones can’t fix! Last but not least, we did have an issue in the kids club. My son was in there for all of five minutes and fell; I was alerted to come back. Upon arrival, they simply said that he fell and they weren’t sure what had happened which was very concerning, considering they are supposed to be watching my children. Unfortunately, he lost half of his permanent tooth that he found on his own. They politely asked us to be sure to sign out of the kids club after dismissing us. After consoling my son, I decided to go to the front desk as I do not think this incident was handled appropriately. This is a Hyatt property, surely there are better procedures in place when some of this nature happens. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and he was very apologetic and ended up sending security and a doctor up to our room. The doctor stated she could come in and evaluate my son, at a charge to us, and I politely declined as she wouldn’t have been able to help him regardless. Security personnel did not speak English, which is fine as she was translating, but they wanted me to explain what happened and find some form which I politely declined. I’m very aware the accident happened but being a high up property I shouldn’t have to hunt down people to properly notate an injury incident that occurred with my eight year-old son well attending their kids club. The doctor did call me back the next day to check in and see if I needed any additional help which again I declined as it would’ve been a cost to me and she clearly couldn’t have fixed his tooth right then and there.

We visited Dreams for a wedding, and the overall experience was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed every single day. The resort is beautiful, has fun live entertainment, great food at multiple restaurants, and the staff is super friendly. If the main pool is too loud and rowdy for you, the adult pool has slightly warmer water perfect for relaxing, surrounded by trees and a perfect little swim up bar. It’s quiet and tranquil. A perfect place for a nap under the umbrella or a drink while you decompress. The night club offers a place to get loud and have fun in the evenings when the rest of the resort is winding down. So you can really find something for you any time of day at the resort. I gave 4 stars because check-in was not great. We booked with one of the resort’s wedding vendors, and our reservation was initially showing 1 night, and the room they gave us was not the King Bed Ocean View we paid for. However, they corrected our reservation to 4 nights, and upgraded our room for the error, which wasn’t necessary, but appreciated. Also, don’t expect much in-room entertainment. The Resort’s TVs are not smart TVs (no Netflix) and the entertainment they provide was inaccessible from the buttons on our tv or remote. For example, we could see the movies menu on our screen, but could not select it with the remote or buttons. It was as if it were a display being mirrored to our screen but we had no control of. Lastly, and this is a personal preference, we thought the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. Other than these small inconveniences, it was so wonderful the entire time, and we were so sad to leave.

The staff as a whole is great, but there are a few staff members that stood out and made our experience way better. First, Maricela, the lovely lady grilling up and making our hotdogs is outstanding. She is very kind and does not leave you waiting. Next, Alfonso, who constantly checked up on us while at the pool and created great conversation. Then finally, Mike, who has been friendly from the moment we stepped onto the resort. Every time we run into one another he is extremely kind, gives us tips and suggestions, and conversation with us. Give that man a raise.

This is my first time ever in Mexico, and it has been amazing! Everyone is so kind, it’s a very comforting feeling. Alfonso in particular has made this experience one of a kind! Very sweet, attentive, and funny! Also take advantage of the adult only pool for a more chill vibe!
