Very amazing trip Great service, Mercedes and Oscar at the preferred club on the beach gave us the best service and were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful couldn’t have been any better. Can’t wait to come again in November for Thanksgiving

These resorts would be great without the relentless salespeople on property. HOUNDED by Unlimited Vacation Representatives to sell us on time share garbage! HORRIBLE contracts and will lie to you to make a sale. RUN from these salespeople on the resorts. HUGE scam. So angry they lied to us and took thousands!

When we checked in everything was on point. However, 2 days into the stay we had one of the most disappointing days we have experienced traveling to Cabo. This place seems understaffed and some of the staff that are working appear stressed and overworked. They have a no reservations policy at all on site restaurants but when you arrive it’s 30-60 minute wait even though there are tables open everywhere. We were turned away at a restaurant and told to come back at 6:30. At 6:24 we walked back to the restaurant and met the hostess. Our son asked if we could be seated and what happened next was something we have never experienced in Mexico. She rudely said “It’s not 6:30! You will be seated at 6:30.” Of course at 6:30 our son walked back and said, ok it’s 6:30 and we were sat at a table that was open all the time, 4 people given 2 menus. I asked to speak to her supervisor because I’ve never seen this before. After a lengthy discussion with the food and beverage assistant manager nothing was resolved other than an apology for the hostess’s rudeness. Needless to say we don’t really ever stay at all inclusive hotels but since we have the kids this trip we thought we would give it a go. No mas. There is no accountability at all place like this. 7K for four nights for 4 people and 60 minute + waits for restaurants with no reservations? We love Mexico and really want to support the country, but corporations like Hyatt are destroying what makes this place special. The service is beyond mediocre here. I would avoid, corporate profits are king and the service sucks. I will not name the names of the individuals involved or the particular property restaurant this occurred because I don’t wish them to be punished for the environment they are working in. This isn’t the Mexico or Mexican people we admire.

Nice stay. Pleasant resort with friendly and professional staff. Clean facility that is well maintained. Beach, whilst pristine, is not swim able, due dangerous undercurrent and tides. However a big plus is that whales come close to beach and are observable for many hours each day. Does not have as many restaurant options compared with the other four Dream Resorts that we stayed at. Excellent entertainment most/all evenings.

Loved our family stay. The views, staff, restaurants, ambience, kids explorer club, activities, evening shows, movies at the beach, the whole end to end experience made it an unforgettable experience. Thanks for the exceptional service and making us feel at home.
