The staff were attentive and professional. Rooms were very clean. Food and restaurants were very good. Bartenders and drinks were top notch! Would have liked more pool towels offered throughout the day. We went to the pool in the aft and there were no towels available.

The hotel is nice but older. Rooms nice.bathrooms in need of updating. Ground are very pretty. The food at the various restaurants were very good. Wait staff good. Breakfast good. The activities all around lacked heavily. If u just want to chill this is the place for you. If you need stuff to do it def is not. Not close to anything for outside nightlife

Had the most amazing time, food, and overall experience. This was our 3rd time in the last 9 years. Have to say the food has only gotten better. Likewise, their staff was amazing. Dulce, one of the bartenders was not only the nicest, most helpful person, but also an amazing mixologist. People like Dulce are the reason we will keep going back!

The resort itself is beautiful and 3 of the restaurants were great. The breakfast was cold at one of them but the breakfast buffet was great and the waiter named Martin was outstanding. We requested him every time we went there. He was polite, friendly and always smiling. Ask for him if you go there. There were a few glitches as I had to go get my own luggage upon check in and the fridge in the room was broken but replaced the next day. Nobody even talked to me about golf but that was ok. The 2 pools were beautiful but could have been a tad warmer especially when the wind was blowing hard.

Compared to other Hyatt or inclusive resorts, this one was a bit disappointing. The main issue was that we did not discover until arrival that there was NO ocean swimming permitted along the entire stretch of beach. You could walk along the beach but not go in! That fact was likely somewhere on their website but it was not apparent enough given the expectation that a beachfront resort would have water access. Second, the main buffet restaurant was NOT open for dinner, which forced everyone into the specialty restaurants. That overwhelmed their capacity at 6PM when they opened, which was especially difficult with small children and families that needed many seats. No reservations were allowed so you needed to get in line early with your entire party present or wait for the 2nd sitting as the 6PM crowd finished. This is a smaller resort than some we have been to and that also limited the options for yoga or other activities. It's also right on the main Cabo highway but the rooms are quiet and have balconies on the quiet side facing the ocean, unless you're on the inner side facing the main pool where the music is pumping all day! As always, the kids (12, 9, 7, 2) all loved it, regardless. The rooms were clean and the staff attentive but remember to bring cash for tips!
