Grand Velas Los Cabos

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like the most important guests on the premises. Abdias kept us posted on dinner reservations, and was always a call or text away if we needed anything related to our stay, or even outside activities. Incredible customer service!! With 2 young kids, the Kids’ Club was an excellent resource when my wife and I wanted time to ourselves. They have activities throughout the day to make sure the kids aren’t just staring at screens for hours on end. I can’t wait for our next stay at Grand Velas - truly a world-class experience!

Service and amenities are wonderful. However, they overcharged our family by a significant amount for our remaining balance at check in. Upon realizing, they had no explanation for it and refuse to refund the difference despite me having reservation confirmation emails showing the correct amount. Not sure if this is a scam that Grand Velas is running to try to squeeze out additional cash from guests but beware.

This is our third time at a grand velas resort and our second time at the Cabo location. It’s exceeds expectations every time for the whole family. Josué was our concierge and he is responsive and attentive helping us schedule our days and plan activities. The ladies at the kids club and the babysitters for the youngers are so sweet and friendly and fun. Itzel, Alejandra, Dani, Karla , Clara are amazing with all the kids. We had two girls 10 and 9 and a 4 year old boy and then a sitter for the 2 year old boy who participated with him in all the activities from pool games to arts and crafts and dancing and the bungee trampoline. The food had so much variety and is so fresh at the buffet, each restaurant and at the pool. The desserts are beautiful but all lack flavor and perhaps they can use some better recipes to add flavor to each, even the simple cookies. So I stayed off the dessert, not a bad thing! The grounds are well kept, the pools are gorgeous, all staff provides friendly service. We can’t wait to return!

The attention to detail and guest comfort was exceptional! Our Concierge Ana exemplified a warm professional who orchestrated with ease. Thankful for how she accommodated our requests and anticipated our needs. Very pleased with the entire experience and the high level of professionalism from the entire staff. The grounds are meticulously maintained and there’s a magical atmosphere. Wonderful experience

Great all inclusive resort. Amazing restaurants and bars. Koi bar was a stand out. Great drinks and great hospitality, specifically Ericson who made us amazing fresh drinks every time we dropped by with a sprinkle of good conversation and those tasty homemade chips
