Relaxing and luxurious all inclusive resort
Had a relaxing trip, the resort was beautiful, food was delicious and we were absolutely pampered by the service (thanks, Astrid!). Pool had lots of chairs with shade we could choose from. Kids also enjoyed the Kid's club, they had lots of fun activities throughout the day.

The best concierge
Everything was incredible but the best part of the trip was our concierge Josue. He was a genuine, honest, sincere, helpful GEM of a human. He was on top of every dinner, coordinated all our activities, texted us with updates and reminders throughout the day, and even planned a special private event for our kids! I’ve stayed at velas before and it was great but this experience was elevated by Josue.

Great trip!
We had a great time! The resort was nice and our personal assistant Josué Martinez was super nice and very helpful! The arrival was very smooth and the room was prepared with all the amenities we requested. The resort has lots food options and several pools and have access to beach. Highly recommend!

We visited Grand Velas Los Cabos for the first time recently to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Everything about the trip was outstanding. The service at the hotel is so personalized. Our concierge, Luisa, was kind and helped us manage all of our reservations. We dined at most of the restaurants on the property and the food was so so good! We loved the tasting menu at Cocina de Autor (the welcome drinks blew my mind), and our kids did not want to leave the kids club. That's the other highlight for us: THE KIDS CLUB! We have two daughters and they made friends at the kids club and the counselors were so caring and involved. They had different activities throughout the day, and I couldn't believe how much fun our girls had. We checked in multiple times to see if we could pick them up to hang out with us and they just wanted to stay. Thank you to the wonderful counselors/caretakers at the Kids Club - Alejandra, Itzel, Sofia, Alex, Karla, and Yaneli! We can't wait to be back!!

Excellent stay at Grand Velas
We had a great time staying at the Grand Velas resort. It was our first time in Mexico and Ana our concierge was the best! She answered all our questions and kept in constant communications to made sure we knew all events. We ate at Lucca and Frida and the food was delicious and the attention to detail from the wait staff was superb! We will definitely book another trip here.
