I love the experience at the Michelin star restaurant. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful.
The resort was phenomenal along with the service. Our Butler was amazing. The food was delicious and the rooms were beautiful and smelled so good when you walked in. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We’ll definitely love to go back next year.

Amazing work vacation! Great friends, family and service from the whole staff!
What an amazing resort! The service and ambiance of this place is amazing!!! Our butler, Joshue, was absolutely the best! Very attentive to all our needs and just so friendly and nice! Food and drink was amazing as well! Overall what an amazing experience!

Wonderful experience!
We had an incredible time here at the Grand Velas last week. From the welcome drink, resort tour and tequila shots in the room. Josue our concierge was wonderful and attentive. The property is beautiful. Smaller than the Ziva where we stayed last year but more Boujee. The food was EXCELLENT. Best part of the trip IMO. The breakfast and lunch buffet at Azul is unforgettable. The pool was beautiful and service was great. I loved the turn down service and they even gave our baby a sweet gift at our departure. We also used the babysitter to be in our room with the baby sleeping while we went to dinner which was incredible. The steakhouse was also amazing and highly recommended.

Astrid was amazing. Outstanding service. Made my family feel at home. Service staff were all were hospitable. Kind. My children felt safe and respected. Food was amazing. Clean property. Thank you again. Amazing Resort. Will be back !!!!

Work trip/honeymoon!
Our stay was beyond amazing. The Grand Velas was stunning and the amenities were beyond wonderful! Our concierge Astrid went above and beyond to help our stay be more than fabulous! The pools, dinners and staff were top notch! The Spa was what dreams are made of!
