Sen Lin (Thai) opened Dec 2024 & Loto Robata Grill (Japanese/Mexican vibe) has a key chef who moved over from Cocina De Autor … Had Tomahawk steak at Grand Velas … 4 thick lamb ribs one night, melt-in-your-mouth short rib the next night … Small portions mean we get more appetizers. Day restaurant Azul is at pool: B’fast ranges from omelettes to sashimi … Trad’l high-end buffet of US favs on one side and a high-end offering of meats, sashimi, yogurts & so much more. The Key: Super high-end food with gorgeous presentations & staffing. POOLS: 3 large pools and 1 is adult only. All have hot tubs and pool bars are great - but no need to swim up because of great pool-chair service. All drinks are included, so no one minds a waiter asking if we want more! The Key: Comfy chairs all over, no fighting! Every room has water view … grounds always immaculate (we’ve stayed for one week multiple times … Can provide private pickup at airport … Never felt safer or more pampered … Had 90-minute massage & 90-minute men’s facial. Those are pricey, but you come here to be treated like a VIP!

Gianni, our concierge, was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly attentive and friendly. He recommended fantastic restaurants, made reservations for us, and even went the extra mile by decorating our suite with all the bachelorette decorations as a surprise from my girlfriends. He did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the resort. I would 100% return! Thank you again, Gianni, for making my bachelorette trip so memorable and enjoyable! The resort, the staff, everything was A++++.

Check in and out is made very easy. Our concierge Josue was wonderful and assisted us with all of our reservations, was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are so comfortable and the food at all the restaurants are AMAZING!!! This is our favorite place in Cabo.

My husband & I just returned from a fabulous vacation at the gorgeous Grand Velas resort in Los Cabo, Mexico. Gianni, our personal concierge during our stay at Grand Velas in Los Cabo was truly incredible! He always was available to assist us with anything we needed with a smile on his face. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, & kind. He exceeded our expectations with his personal concierge service.
