Beautiful hotel, staff were all lovely, very accommodating, Esther, Evos & Leopindo at the adult only pool were amazing! They looked after us very well. We booked the preferred club, the room was lovely, very spacious, clean & we had a lovely view. My daughter & partner had to wait until 1600 for their room, which was not the correct room, but they kindly agreed to move them the following day to the room that they had requested & had confirmed . Unfortunately the first come, first served policy for the restaurants in the evening can be somewhat frustrating if you are a family. The wait can be quite long! The app for the hotel is very very good! The Fitness Centre was very good too! Thank you Dreams Jade for making our stay a memorable one.

Amazing waiter and great food!
Ate at the Capers restaurant - Marco was our waiter. He was very attentive and kind. He served with a smile and the food was great. 10/10 - Will definitely be back!

Very Very good resort
Very very beautiful and the pool was closed on the last day of my stay but overall when i5 comes to the restaurants and buffets and activity of the resort is very good

CinCin and Jaime....The best!
Our dinner at CinCin and the waiterJaime was spectacular! The food was delicious from start to finish. Jaime was friendly, attentive and his recommendations for our food selections spot in. By far our favorite dining experience and waiter!
