Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

This was our second time in Mexico and it was *mostly* fantastic. The entertainment team was very fun, Antonio and Saul were very good at their jobs! Zumba, party games in the pool and great night shows. The fairy garden night show was so good! The food was so delicious and the buffet ended up being our favorite spot. Get the fish tacos on the preferred side at the pool. YUM!!!! Everyone raved about them and we ate them regularly after we found out about them. The rooms were clean, stocked and perfectly cool after a very hot day. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing. We took the Hobie cat out and got to jump off into a clear section. The green color of the water was unlike anything Ive seen before. And it was so warm it was like a bath. I could not believe it!!! A couple of things we didnt "love" The preferred pool was supposed to be 18+ however there was no way to tell who was preferred and who wasnt. So after a few conversations we discovered people didnt pay for preferred and were just enjoying the benefits of that side without paying the steep price that we paid. Also made conversations with a few people who had children aged 14-17 in the preferred pool ordering drinks and its supposed to be 18+ . Also it would have been nice to have something going on in the preferred pool. Even music. Didnt need to be loud. But loud enough we could hear it around the pool. Heard this from multiple people. We were so excited to find out we could go to the roof and play tennis and pickleball. We went up twice in 110F pure sun, hot and can be pretty dangerous, as there is no shade, but when we found out there was lights upstairs at night, so went up for a wonderful tennis session, and the next day we waited all day to go up only to find out just after it got dark around 7 or 8...they closed it and said no one is allowed up past 8. Thought that was weird when its nothing but abundant sun during the day and far more safe to play at night. Tons of sargassum so the beaches were not usable. Which was OK, but we thought when they say they work to clean it daily that it would be usable. No problem. You can take a ride into Puerto Morelos and go to the public beach which has sargassum barriers. We didnt find out until after so didnt go. But will next time. Overall it was a fantastic trip. Beautiful resort. And we would absolutely come back!

Excellent ambience, great resort to relax, grounds were being refreshed but never a bother for guests. I expect to return in the near future.

We enjoyed our trip to Dreams Jade Resort and Spa! We traveled with our adult children and had the best time relaxing at the pool, walking the beach, and taking part in the resort activities. One of the best parts of this resort is the entertainment staff. Saul, Dylan, and Antonio are attentive and make the activities so much fun! They work incredibly hard every day!

Great resort, secluded location in Puerto Morelos. Staff is quite friendly and attentive. Food and beverage overall is great. Preferred section has premium spirits and snacks. Main terrace / bar is under renovations, so it may become quite noisy at some hours (I guess expected). But other than that, great place to spend vacations.

David was amazing on our kids senior trip. Oscar and carline were great too. These all made the trip the absolute best
