Great stay overall
Great stay in general. Food decent. Nothing special but the buffet is decent and so is the tepenyaki. Breakfast very good. Rooms are nice. Drinks are ok. Quite sweet and strong for some of the cocktails using syrup. Hiram at the mix bar is by far the best bartender and probably the only mixologist. Would advise college drinks by the sea here. Roberto in management looked after us and our needs with young baby who is formula fed which is a bit of a stress.

Great Holiday
Fantastic 10 days at jade dreams, everything was top class at all times. One of our highlights was the tamarindo restaurant. Jose our waiter really made our last night special and Davide was great also.

Dreams made visit April 2026
We are here right now at this fantastic hotel. Food in all restaurants very good, really like that you don’t need to book the à la cartes and can go as much as possible. It’s also Greta to have a cafe on site and unlimited included room service. Never had any problems getting sun loungers. All staff have been very good including pool side drink service every day! Drinks are not water down and use premium spirits. Special shout out to Fernando in the French restaurant who goes above and beyond to make sure you receive great Service and enjoy your meal!

Great Destination!
Came for a work retreat and brought the family. Great experience. Really enjoyed all the restaurants. Service is excellent. Pools are amazing.

Lourdes was amazing!
Lourdes was truly exceptional during our time at the buffet restaurant. From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was incredibly attentive, always anticipating what we might need before we even had to ask. What stood out most was how intentional she was in her service—she didn’t just do her job, she genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. Whether it was keeping our drinks full, checking in at just the right moments, or offering helpful suggestions with a warm smile, she made us feel valued and welcomed every time we saw her. Her proactive and thoughtful approach set her apart, and it truly enhanced our entire stay. Lourdes is a gift to your team, and we are so grateful for the kindness and excellence she showed our family.
