Amazing
Just wow, dreams jade was incredible, it was me and my girlfriends first holiday together, we stayed in the preferred side of the hotel, room was huge with a swirl pool bath on the balcony, this also came with a adult only pool that was looked after by the wonderful Melvin, and also al and Omar running the poolside bar all three deserve a mention as they was awesome all week, food was pretty decent in the al el carte restaurants, all in all a fantastic stay and would certainly go back in a heart beat

Great family friendly hotel
Great hotel for family. Lots of activities rain or shine. Entertainment team goes above and beyond for guest. Kids club gets 5 stars from the kids, they did not want to leave. Very friendly staff overall and clean hotel/rooms

Teppanyaki - Luis
Teppanyaki with Luis was excellent. The show was amazing and the food was delicious. He was inclusive of everyone and made everyone feel welcome. We really enjoyed our meal here and I recommend to try it! Thank you Luis

Good hotel, disappointed with the building works.
The hotel was good, however there was major building work ongoing for the entire two weeks of our stay that we weren't informed of prior to arrival. From the state of the building site near the main pool, the work will be ongoing for several months. During our stay, building work – banging and drilling was from breakfast time in the main stage walkthrough area and main pool to up to 7pm, not a great formula for a relaxing holiday! The rooms were excellent, well equipped and spacious. The entertainment was good and the entertainment team and bar/restaurant staff were excellent. For food, the restaurant booking system simply doesn't work. We tried the online system on four devices at 1pm every day to book the teppanyaki, to no avail. It's easier to book Oasis tickets! Only when we complained at guest services did we manage to book a table. This was our favourite restaurant. The hotel lacked a steakhouse restaurant. The hotel was busy in August, especially since the beach was unusable due to the sargassum seaweed and associated smell, a huge problem down this entire coast. The staff tried their best to do a great job under the circumstances and made the holiday great. Overall a nice hotel, worth visiting once the building works are completed and the sargassum issue is resolved.
