Dreams Jade staff are AMAZING!!
Finishing up an amazing stay at Dreams Jade. While this resort is beautiful, it is truly the people who work here that make our vacations remarkable. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Lourdes, Evas. and Miguel. They made our iced coffees perfectly and were a delight to be met with their smiling faces and a great breakfasts. At the preferred pool bar, Omar is always ready with a cold drink and a friendly hola. Jesus and Melvin had our towels and chairs ready for us when we arrived and were available any time we needed anything. At the spa, we were treated to a couples massage where Nelly and Sol were great and pampered us. Visiting the spa is always a treat. This is only a handful of people who work at this resort that make it so special. Everyone is amazing!

Exceptional Resort
Fantastic resort, Jesus and Melvin at the pool are fantastic they anticipate our needs everyday. Breakfast with Juan, Lourdes and Miguel reflects the highest level of service and Hiram at the Lobby bar is true mixologist and makes an incredible cocktail. Beautiful location but it is the quality of the staff and their genuine care for the guests that make Dreams Jade such a special resort. We highly recommend the resort and we will continue to come back.

First Stay at Dreams Jade
The whole experience was amazing. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing stay with 10/10 service. Alfredo at Capers was a great server! Angel was our server during the day who brought us new drinks to try & provided us with the best service.
