Excellent ambience, great resort to relax, grounds were being refreshed but never a bother for guests. I expect to return in the near future.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our trip to Dreams Jade Resort and Spa! We traveled with our adult children and had the best time relaxing at the pool, walking the beach, and taking part in the resort activities. One of the best parts of this resort is the entertainment staff. Saul, Dylan, and Antonio are attentive and make the activities so much fun! They work incredibly hard every day!

Dreams Jade, great resort
Great resort, secluded location in Puerto Morelos. Staff is quite friendly and attentive. Food and beverage overall is great. Preferred section has premium spirits and snacks. Main terrace / bar is under renovations, so it may become quite noisy at some hours (I guess expected). But other than that, great place to spend vacations.

Dreams Jade staff is exceptional!
I hate playing all-inclusive roulette so we keep coming back to Dreams Jade for the consistency and many more reasons! Pros: the staff is excellent (thank you to Edwin & Jonathan at the breakfast buffet, Al, Leopaldo & Javi at the pool bar, Francisco at the lobby bar, Louis & Rosa at Spice, Andrea, Amara, Saul and all of the entertainment team and countless others who were so kind and made sure our stay was great), restaurants are honestly really tasty (don’t skip Spice!!) and the updated rooms are really beautiful. The pools and grounds are always so clean & the activities are endless. Cons: there is currently some construction going on (Summer 2026) but they did their best to minimize the sting. No way to make reservations (except for hibachi) at restaurants so the waits were kind of long but there was always something to do while we waited. Overall, we’ll continue to come back again & again because of the consistency, cleanliness and, most of all, the amazing staff!
