Another amazing trip! The staff is what keeps us coming back! They always make us feel like familia . From the moment we got off the transfer we are treated amazing! First person I saw was Eduardo at breakfast and it was like seeing a long lost brother. Breakfast with Jesus, Edwin, Jonathan, Micheal, Emiliano, Jose,Leo, Raul and the rest is just wonderful. Honestly everyone there is so amazing. Yareli and Martin at Tamarindo so wonderful. All the bartenders in the preferred pool bar were fantastic and fun. We can not wait to get back there September 10th for our 8th time. Thank you Carolina for being a great source of info and the person who we go to with special events etc. you are always a huge help.

Over 30 of us descended upon the Dreams Jade for a family reunion and across the board, we had a wonderful time. There was so much on offer for everyone to do. I particularly enjoyed the Zumba and Aqua fitness classes! Food at the buffet was by far the best part and we eagerly looked forward to breakfast!

Multiple times here. Maria in preferred club serving drinks. Angel ,Edgar at preferred pool are all great. Who can forget Antonio's mercur for breakfast.

We stayed at « Dreams Jade Resort & Spa »from July 15th to July 27th in the **Preferred Club** category, and we returned home with wonderful memories. This resort truly deserves its 5 stars rating. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping came twice a day, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi on our balcony. Room service was always punctual, which was particularly helpful on the mornings when we had to leave early for our excursions. The daytime activities were varied and enjoyable, including cycling, kayaking, pool games, arts and crafts, dancing, and more. We didn’t have many opportunities to attend the evening shows because of our early departures, but the atmosphere throughout the resort was excellent. The **Preferred Club** is definitely a great added value: a peaceful and comfortable place to relax, with an outstanding team. A huge thank you to **Oscar**, who organized our golf outing perfectly. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and caring. He even contacted us after our trip to make sure we had arrived safely back in France, a thoughtful gesture that truly meant a lot to us. We would also like to thank **Maria** for her warm welcome, excellent service, and great recommendations for cocktails and drinks. The dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. We tried every restaurant, and every meal was delicious. A special mention goes to **Mercure** for breakfast and **Castaways** for lunch. We would like to warmly thank **Fernando** and **Juan** for their kindness and outstanding service, as well as **Karen** for always greeting us with a smile. Their thoughtful farewell gesture on our last day was deeply appreciated. We would also like to thank all the chefs and kitchen staff for their excellent work behind the scenes. Finally, we would like to thank every member of the resort staff: the concierge team, housekeeping, gardeners, maintenance staff, and even the workers we met around the property. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The complimentary spa treatment was wonderfully relaxing, the gardens and pools were beautifully maintained, and we always felt completely safe during our excursions. Thank you to the entire Dreams Jade team for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend this resort and sincerely hope to return one day.
