I come here with our company comes here about 3 times a month and everyone we eat at the spice restaurant for the Tabinyaki. Miguel is amazing!! Ive had his so many times and hes always showing new tricks or impressing us with his skills! 10/10 would recommend

This was our eighth trip to Dreams Jade and it just keeps getting better with each visit. We spent six nights here from March 1 through March 7 in preferred club Ocean view room building seven room 7201. The view was gorgeous from the deck. The room was nice and quiet at night. No noise from the weddings being held nightly in the courtyard. I will break our visit down into most commonly asked information. Rooms/Building - I recommend staying in building seven or eight in the preferred section if you are traveling with adults 18 and over. You are right next to the preferred adults only pool and they close to the preferred club lounge and only a very short walk away from the restaurants. If you are traveling with kids, then building one is the best and closest to the main pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Restaurants/Food - The restaurants at Dreams Jade are outstanding with both comedy of food, variety of menu, and overall good service. Our favorite was the French restaurant Mercure which was adults only for dinner and similar to eating in a five star restaurant back in the states. The filet mignon I had was cooked to perfection and fork, tender with a delicious accompaniment of a beef truffle sauce. It was one of the best steaks I think I’ve ever had anywhere. The crème brûlée is excellent in the presentation of the food is similar to a gourmet restaurant in France. My husband enjoyed the grouper at the Italian restaurant is well. We didn’t have a bad meal at any of the restaurants and I have to say the food has definitely been improving every time we come back with the addition of steak and more seafood. It was a pleasant surprise. Lunch was good by the preferred pool. Sergio was an excellent chef, and the fish tacos are delicious. Also, the carnival buffet is open for breakfast lunch and dinner with a huge variety of food to suit everyone. Beach - if I had to make one criticism, the beach would be the only thing that falls short have the expectations, but that is not the resort’s fault it is nature. The seaweed was pretty bad the week we were there and the beach itself has eroded in many places and is very rocky. However, again this is not the resort’s fault and we spent a week in the pool and dead walk on the beach one day when the seaweed was not so bad so it was fine. Customer service/Employees - This is where dreams Jade shines and the reason why we keep returning! The employees are absolutely the best in the business and make you feel like royalty from the time you arrive till the time you get on the van to go back to the airport. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and surprise you with extra amenities and. special services. There are so many employees that we want to recognize so I will try to mention the ones who really stood out to us and made our week the best vacation possible. Antonio in the preferred breakfast area greeted us every morning with a smile on his face and a pleasant attitude and was so accommodating to us. We look forward to seeing him every year. Julio our waiter at the Mexican restaurant was awesome and took great care of us. Fabiola The, hostess at the Italian restaurant was like a traffic cop directing traffic, getting people seated without much waiting and impressed us with her thoroughness and professionalism. Melvin and Francisco, who were the pool concierge‘s were outstanding every day working to set up our Bali bed and bring us extra towels. They are such hard workers and two of the nicest people that we met for the whole week. Karen the hostess at the preferred club Breakfast started our day off with a smile and a pleasant good morning every morning. She knew our preferences for our favorite table by heart by the second day. Joaquin the head chef prepared us a fabulous dinner our last night there. He came to our table with each course personally created and presented beautifully and even prepared ice cream from scratch at our table. It was so impressive and delicious. I cannot say enough about every detail of perfection in this meal. I also have to mention our server who was also named Joaquin, who assisted the head chef and did a fantastic job. Edwin our waiter at the carnival buffet for lunch was so helpful and quick too refill our glasses and take our plates when we were finished. Our housekeeper Obdla did a great job, keeping our room clean and neat every day. And last, but definitely not least as our dear friend and the concierge for the week Julian Cardenas, who is the very reason why we return to dreams Jade year after year. He is always our smiling face and repeatedly goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for our stay with little surprises and unexpected amenities to go above and beyond our expectations. He is the very definition of hospitality with respect and kindness for the guests. Julian. We appreciate everything you do and just know that we will be back to visit you soon! A note to Oscar - Julian is an amazing employee and a value to the guest at dreams Jade you are doing a great job training your employees at the preferred club. We were very pleased with the service and the accommodations there and definitely will return.

We vacationed at Jade puerto Morelos and enjoyed dining at Spice and the Hibachi table w Luis! Entertaining and awesome cooking skills. What a great family bonding experience and Luis made our night memorable and paid extra attention to our 3 year old grand daughter will visit again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Dreams Jade and truly loved everything about our stay. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We upgraded to the Preferred package, and it was absolutely worth it. It made the check-in and checkout process smooth and stress-free, and the added service really enhanced our trip. MJ, who was assigned to us during our stay, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She handled our reservations and even surprised us by decorating my daughter’s room for her birthday. She was incredibly attentive and even checked in on us on her day off. We also had several great waiters, but Edwin and Antonio really stood out and made every meal enjoyable with their excellent service. Overall, we had an amazing time. I’ve already recommended Dreams Jade to friends and family and we definitely plan to return.

Server Jimmy at Capers restaurant was amazing! Efficient service, great food and made the experience special for our kids.
