Kids club was amazing experience for our children. They run a great program and kids active and engaged.

Amazing meal
Amazing meal at spice teppenyaki table. Louis was outstanding and made it very entertaining for my 7 and 12 year old. Would fully recommend booking (at 2pm on the dot on the app). Don’t miss out on this experience. Special shout out to martin as well……who kept the wine flowing.

Warmly welcomed at Dreams Jade!
Dreams Jade feels like home to us. It is the incredible staff that keep us returning. We were warmly received by Julian (our butler) and several others. Marcos was quick with our bags. We were well attended by Roberto and Paulina as well. There is currently remodeling going on though none of it affected our stay. Sergio prepared our lunch most days w at the Preferred pool grill. Angel, Alexandra, and Antonio took great care of us as pool side waiters. Pool concierge Nelvin and Francisco found us chairs everyday. Alvaro took care of us at the junior pool. Javier and Alfredo made great drinks while we were at the pools. We ate buffet a couple of nights but mostly dined in the other restaurants. Tamarindo really stood out to us this time. My suggestion is to order both the warm corn cake and chocolate lava cake for dessert and share as they are both delicious. Victoria, Maria, and Michelle make delicious cocktails in the Preferred Club Lounge. Obdulia kept our room very clean. The Entertainment Team continue to do an outstanding job keeping guests involved. Thank you Amara, Andrea, Dylan, Antonio, Saul and David for all the fun. This was another great stay and we will definitely be returning!

Amazing hibachi experience!
Our cook was Louis and he was amazing! Service and the food was excellent! I would 100% recommend this to others! My family and I had the best time. The sushi was amazing and so was the hibachi!
