Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

Where to begin. Upon arrival we were greeted by bell staff who took us to the Preferred Club for check in. Check in was smooth. They gave us the room we requested that had a marvelous view. Marcos our favorite Bellman brought our luggage and told stories of his favorite Kansas City Chiefs. We enjoy his stories every time we visit. Our room was impeccably clean, stocked with everything we needed. We can't say enough good things about the pool concierges, Jesus & Melvin, especially Melvin who made our trip very memorable especially how he decorated our Bali Bed for our anniversary. I would also include Angelica who worked the Adult pool and made us feel like family. The restaurants were outstanding as usual. along with the wait staff. Hats off to Victor, Jose & Antonio. We attended two specialty dinners both outstanding and more people should attend, while it has an extra cost, it is well worth the money and experience. Jose really stood out along with the sommelier(unfortunately I did not get his name. We ate at Capers for our Anniversary Dinner. Not only was the food outstanding but the Chef made us a special dessert. The person that really made this trip special was Chief Concierge, Roberto Rodrigues. He personally made sure we had everything we needed!!! We can't wait to go back in December!!!

Finishing up an amazing stay at Dreams Jade. While this resort is beautiful, it is truly the people who work here that make our vacations remarkable. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Lourdes, Evas. and Miguel. They made our iced coffees perfectly and were a delight to be met with their smiling faces and a great breakfasts. At the preferred pool bar, Omar is always ready with a cold drink and a friendly hola. Jesus and Melvin had our towels and chairs ready for us when we arrived and were available any time we needed anything. At the spa, we were treated to a couples massage where Nelly and Sol were great and pampered us. Visiting the spa is always a treat. This is only a handful of people who work at this resort that make it so special. Everyone is amazing!

Fantastic resort, Jesus and Melvin at the pool are fantastic they anticipate our needs everyday. Breakfast with Juan, Lourdes and Miguel reflects the highest level of service and Hiram at the Lobby bar is true mixologist and makes an incredible cocktail. Beautiful location but it is the quality of the staff and their genuine care for the guests that make Dreams Jade such a special resort. We highly recommend the resort and we will continue to come back.
