Just ok but definitely won’t be returning
I’ll start with the positive. The grounds were beautiful, our room was spacious, so very clean and the AC was 👌. The staff…!!! Not one complaint whatsoever! Every single one of them was so friendly and kind always! The preferred pool was awesome except for a few very very loud and drunken guests making the majority of other guests wish they would go to a different pool or that the resort would stop giving them alcohol (they also never ever got out of the pool to go to the washroom which those guests even acknowledged out loud!! 😝). The resort is meh.
Miguel has been the best part of our stay. The customer service isn’t the best but he was really nice. Definitely recommending getting a table with him at SPICE

Culinary entertainment
Miguel did an amazing job on the hibachi grill at the Spice Adian restaurant. It was fascinating, entertaining, and delicious!

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Amazing food!
Everything is delicious! Breakfast, dinner or snacks. The staff is just sweet and amazing. Super helpful and super polite. And the hotel is super clean and smells amazing ! There is nothing to complain about! The water in the pool gets really warm during the day but there’s nothing to do there. There’s sargassum at the beach from time to time and a lot of rocks but we still enjoyed our time at the beach. We didn’t go to the pool at all! I would definitely come back !! My favorite hotel so far

The best thanksgiving vacation
Saul , david , and Sue the greatest entertainment group and do crazy games to entertain all ages everyday at 3 o’clock. Best service is given by Antonio at the Mercure for breakfast with the best hostess Janeth.
