Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

Our experience at the resort was great. Friendly staff, helpful, and clean. Miguel created an incredible at the teppanyaki table at Spice Restaurant. I would highly recommend.

Linda and I thoroughly enjoyed our first time staying at Dreams Jade and can hardly wait to return to this resort in the near future. The grounds are spectacularly manicured throughout the resort and the beach and pool areas were magnificent. The quality of the food and service in all of the restaurants as well as room service was excellent. From the time we were greeted by “Welcome Home” to our “Goodbye” as we drove away, we have nothing but praise for all of the numerous employees who did their utmost to ensure that our vacation was memorable and to our satisfaction. This praise goes to all of the staff who work in the Preferred Lounge, Restaurants, SPA, Bars, Pools, Hotel Room Service and Housekeeping. All of these people work so very hard to create an amazing experience for their guests each and every day. We would like to recognize the two staff members who we feel went above and beyond to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves each and every day. They both worked at the Adults Only Pool in the Preferred area. From our first time entering in to the pool area and every day following, Melvin Miguel the pool supervisor welcomed us with a smile and would greet us by name while he went to find us our lounge chairs and set us up with towels. Miguel’s professionalism and customer service skills were constantly demonstrated throughout the week as he assisted his guests to ensure their needs were fulfilled. The resort is very fortunate to have this individual working for them. Our #1 server of the week goes to Evas who works at the same pool. This gentleman would also greet us in the morning by name and knew our routine so he would have our beverages brought to our chairs without the need to ask for them. He would then ensure throughout the day that we well taken care of by just a look and a nod. We observed lots of value added customer service as he utilized his experience while looking after the guests. Linda wanted to let the SPA Team know that her two massages were some of the best that she has ever experienced. In closing we want you to know that Dreams Jade is an amazing resort and we look forward to returning home soon. Sincerely Rusty 😎 & Linda 😇

This was my 13 or 14 trip to Jade. It was wonderful as always. They have added personnel at the pool and room concierge. Excellent! Great service

Hotel rooms are dated, some entire floors are under renovation and it's a disruption for those staying on the floors below. Not all restaurants are open at night, thus creating long lineups at the others. The quality of the food is sub-par and some services are really nonexistent. Example - it took the hotel 4 days to replace a TV remote that did not work. That's unacceptable. Although hotel staff such as bartenders and waiters are are friendly and courteous, hotel management not so much. Management does not seem too concerned to address complaints.

Overall very good, but 1/10 for the beach. Very rocky. Also, music and animation around the pool was repetitive and bit too much (loud and didn’t fit the mood) hard to relax with dubstep on. 10/10 for the food (thank you to Fernando of Tamarindo). A special mention to the staff. Everyone was on point and very professional !
