Spice - Luis Fun and funny! The service was entertaining, engaging and professional. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The commentary was especially appropriate for the diverse group at our table.

This was our first time staying at a Dreams resort and it did not disappoint! We upgraded to preferred which so worth it! Preferred pool was much quieter than the main pool and even though we had to wake up early, we always got chairs on the beach! Fish tacos at the preferred pool snack bar are a must! Special shout out to Miguel at Spice, Carlos and Javier at the preferred pool bar, and Jonas with Amstar that helped us set up our excursion. Would definitely come back!

Food was not great. Service was not good. Ordering drinks at most bars seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. The coco cafe and carnival international cafe were the only two places we had any decent service and food from. The common areas in the buildings were not super clean. We were there for a wedding during spring break season so I can understand it was a lot to deal with but this was the worse service I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. My partner is African American and got even worse service than everyone else. At one point we asked for an employees name to complain and were told they didn’t know what said employees name is. All in all, we were there for a fun event and had a great time because of that but I would not stay here again.
