I decided that I wanted to take my wife here for her birthday. We booked the preferred section with the concierge service. The concierge representative that helpedme was named Allison Lorraine. I told her that I needed help with doing something special for her on her actual birthday. She helped with a beautiful bouquet of fresh cut flowers for our room and she decorated our room with happy birthday balloons and other decorations. She did a truly amazing job and went above and beyond. Allison is a definite asset to the Dreams Resort. .

This was a very nice vacation, our second visit here in the last three years.
Saul was a great leader @ the pools, great personality. All of the pool staff from the cooks, wait staff, bartender were awesome. Check-in was easy as well as checkout. All of the restaurants were excellent Cleanliness was very good

Rude staff bad food
The staff was rude and catered more to the Caucasian families. We felt discriminated against. The food was trash. It was only one restaurant that was good "CAPERS" The spa was great. Me and my family will never vacation here again. In the pic those were supposed to be chicken fingers. My baby was heart broken

Pool Concierge Was Amazing
Dreams Jade was an amazing experience. My husband and I have been there several times and the service and atmosphere is always phenomenal. Melvin at the preferred pool was friendly and took care of us the entire week. Melvin was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable!
