Family Fun and Fellowship
My group of 9 family members had a wonderful time during our stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa. When we left one of our bags at the airport, Pamela in the Preferred Lounge took care of transporting our bag from the airport to the resort and made sure we were able to get our bag delivered to our room as quickly as possible. Pamela also ensured we had all the necessary toiletries we needed in the meantime. Our large group enjoyed all of the restaurants together each night and our Butler Carlos took care of making sure we had reservations. Carlos was very attentive and ensured we were always taken care of with everything we needed. No matter how often we made requests or changes to our requests, Carlos made us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed family time around the pool where Miguel made sure we had the best seats, towels, and comfort. The food by the Preferred Pool was always varied and excellent. We enjoyed the daily activities especially Zumba and the Aqua Fitness classes with Saul. Saul is a talented dancer and made the classes so much fun. I capped off the trip with an amazing Hot Stones couples massages with my husband and we are already looking forward to our return very soon.

Miguel at Spice was SO good!!! Best hibachi show I’ve ever seen!! He was so funny and had a bunch of good tricks up his sleeve!

December 2025 Family Vacation
We just returned from our second visit to this resort, (formerly called Now Jade when we were last there). We booked through Sunwing/WestJet Vacations. As a family, we had a great time. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is excellent, some of the best we’ve experienced in our travels. The entertainment team is energetic and fun if you enjoy activities. Food-wise, it’s what I’d describe as typical all-inclusive: good options, but not as extensive as some larger resorts we’ve stayed at. Still, no complaints, the quality was good. The beach is nice, though it is rocky as you enter the ocean. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was the family room option, which was perfect for us. It consists of two adjoining rooms: one with a king bed and sofa, and the other with two double beds and a pull-out sofa. This setup was ideal since we need at least three beds for our family. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this to other families.

Great Family Vacation
Carlos Butler was a great help. He checked in daily made suggestions, helped with reservations and was so pleasant. The resort was gorgeous and lots of places to eat and things to do!
