Amazing
The building, atmospheres, chef, and food all surpassed my expectations. The only complaint would be the weight time, my group waited 20 minutes past our initial reservation time to be seated.

Avoid at all cost !
Avoid at all cost! Food is disgusting and service is very very poor. If you want to be mistreated and abused this is the right place ! I left the hotel a day before my check out for problems with the food quality and services. If you decide to go buy insurance you may get sick. Pésimo ! PÉSIMO ! Un asco de hotel, sucio la nevera de la habitación no funciona, me dieron un certificado de ocean view y me dieron partial view, he ido dos veces a este lugar. Son discriminatorios además de malinchistas son serviles con quienes hablan otro idioma quienes hablan español los quieren pisotear.

We have traveled quite a bit round the world and have never been treated so well by the staff in this hotel they looked after us , to name but a few pool bar Angel, Eduardo, Antonio and Alfredo in the preferred lounge Michelle and Victoria and everyone else who made a most memorable holiday every. God willing we will be back.
