Our second time spending Christmas at Dreams Jade. Always great service and hospitality. Melvin the pool concierge was so helpful for my elderly mother. The spa was a lovely treat!

We had a wonderful time at Dreams Jade. Our 2BR suite was great for our family and the location away from noise and close to the pool amd Beach were wonderful. Room could use a few upgrades - new hairdryer, better water pressure in shower, replace caulking in shower, but otherwise, no issues. Pool was refreshing but warm enough to enjoy with a variety of activities. Service at the pool was amazing! Jose and Miguel were our concierge for Bali bed rental, Angel and Misael our servers and they never let us go dry! Now, the bartenders could use a little more training because some drinks weren't quite right (cosmos and mojitos), but other drinks were delicious (mango colada, cucumbers collins). The buffet was surprisingly good, albeit a little salty, with lots of variety. We ate at Capers and Spice and they were really good. We also had a Xmas Eve special dinner which was also yummy. My daughter and I had a mommy and me spa day, which we really enjoyed. Facial and massages where lovely. Hydrotherapy wasn't worth it so I'd skip of I were you. I've had hydro at many resorts and this wasn't a great experience. It's rare we say we'd come back to a family resort, but we would come back here!

Very good resort if you need to go with children. Great customer service, rooms are very clean, food is good as well as multiple pools. Ocean beach has stones under the water which prevent from swimming

Miguel at Spice was amazing! Wonderful chef and a showman through and through. Great with kids and very very funny. 10/10 - would recommend

The chef did a wonderful show with good entertainment details. However, the fried rice can be a little less salty and the beef and chicken can be a little less well done so it is not too dry and hard. It is a fun habbachi show.
