Staff was amazing. Grounds were beautiful. Food was good. Pool was great. Beach was great... Did close down on windy days, but that's no one's fault. Entertainment crew was amazing.... So much fun to stay at the resort.

The whole family had the most amazing time. I have been to a pile of all inclusive resorts, this one is by far my favourite!

We had dinner at Spice restaurant on 12/25/26. We are a family of 5. We had a great time and the food was delicious, Hibachi by Chef Miguel. Neftaly served us and was very attentive, professional and personal! Thank you. Hibachi by Chef Miguel was so great! He was great at entertaining, respectful, very funny and such a great time! We definitely recommend! He gave all of us attention and he made our dinner experience excellent! Thank you to Miguel and our wonderful server Neftaly.

All the people were amazing and hardworking. The food was good, but not excellent, which I expected since it was one of the more inexpensive resorts in the area for dreams / all inclusive. The beach is rocky in areas and we couldn’t go in the water at all since red flags were flying during our entire stay. This would not be a place I would go if I wanted to be playing in the water. It was a fabulous place to walk the beach as there was one resort next door ( but another being build beyond that) and then nothing but a few homes for over a mile down the beach. A lot of awesome coral washes up. Might be a decent snorkel spot if waters calm as there appears to be a reef offshore Very quiet. Downside is that there is seaweed on those uninhabited beach areas. This time of year seaweed wasn’t too bad so did not bother me a bit. ( when bad, it can get quite smelly). Resort keep their beach clean. Some of the outstanding staff me met were Alejandro, Deanna, Fernando. Everyone , really. We had exceptional service from them all!! Pools were nice, got crowded at times. We didn’t participate in activities. Bars were set up beautifully We had a junior suite garden view which had a view of the ocean, as well as the neighboring resort , which was beautiful , too.

We generally enjoyed our trip to Dreams Jade —- however we had specifically booked this hotel as it had full tennis courts. We had entire family bring tennis raquets and shoes (which takes up a ton of room) —- when we got there we found a big chunk of the hotel was being refurbished ——-> and tennis courts were CLOSED. We are reasonable people —- and would have simply appreciated some notice that a significant portion of the amenities we were looking for were not going to be available. We alerted the concierge to see if we could arrange tennis at a nearby resort and they basically said tough luck. What makes this worse —- both my wife and daughter were having their birthdays —- we waited in line for 30min to make reservations at the tepinyaki restaurant only to be told — that only reservation available was at 9pm. Given we had already been severely inconvenienced by the tennis it was our hope we would at least be able to celebrate the birthdays at restaurant of our choice (given we waited in line) —- the concierge could not have cared less. We are not demanding people —- however really really do not feel like we got the experience we paid for —- I would suggest looking around.
