Great trip at jade
Louis at Spice made the whole trip. Extremely entertaining and the food was amazing. I could not have asked for a better dining experience. Be sure to visit him. Also, MJ on the preferred side is the most attentive and friendly concierge you could have. She always has the biggest smile and does all she can to help you and your family have an amazing stay. Absolutely would recommend Jade.

Not great for vegans and food only ok
Staff are attentive and friendly. Food was just ok with not many sufficient vegan options regarding protein. Additionally not all staff knew what vegan meant. We had some others in our group who had no restrictions on their diet and they said that the other options were passable and nothing to rave home about, even with the a la carte restaurants the food quality were comparable to buffet standards (although we found Capers and Mercure to be slightly better in quality). The pool was good and clean and not too busy during the weekdays when I went.

Love this resort and the staff. Oscar and Alejandra are working the lobby bar and serving drinks with a smile.

Beautiful Place
Great resort, Services and food .We did have a great time and are very impressed with facilities and team effort to help us with any requests.Our concierge rep Julian Cardenas s was a great host and guide us to all resort features. We will be back soon.
