Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

Went for a wedding and stayed by myself. The Building I was in was next to the building they were working on and my view was of the back area and another resort across a dirt lot. My room was exactly like my friend's room in the same building. It was a nice room and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, shower was ok but I'm not a big fan of rain showers. There was a desk and sitting area that I didn't use but nice to have. A mini bar with some soda, beer, and water. The food was better than I was expecting but still standard all-inclusive fare. I really liked the tacos and breakfast buffet. The Italian restaurant was pretty good, and the Asian restaurant was decent, but the outside seating area was very nice. However, the restaurants are first come first served, even the couple having their wedding there couldn't get seating for a large group so everyone could sit together. I didn't venture out to the beach because of the seaweed, so I can't talk about the activities there. but there seemed to be plenty of seats available. I also didn't have any problems getting a lounger by the pool. However, there were still people who saved seats early but maybe I was there during a less busy time, so it wasn't an issue. There were too many activities but the few entertaining and the staff was engaging. There were 4 different pool areas and 2 were the livelier pools. There was a mix of older and younger people and not too many kids. I was only able to attend one of the evening events, but it was fun and the crowd was having fun. Drinks were better than expected and bartenders were friendly. I accidently left my money at home, so I didn't have anything to tip but no one was rude and I didn't feel ignored. I was only there for the weekend and didn't leave the resort. Cancun is about 30mins away. Be careful booking your taxi; I feel I was overcharged and as mentioned didn't have money for tipping, but it was definitely expected! I found a good deal for my 3-night stay and definitely feel it was worth it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return for another relaxing vacation.

We spent a week at this resort and had an amazing time! David as the entertainment guy at the main pool made sure everyone had the best time! We loved him!!! Esther provided our drink service at the pool and at the Soccer game party. She was just lovely...so sweet! Carolina at the preferred bar made some delicious drinks! We also went to the spa and Laura was the best!!!!! Thank you all so much for making our week there so special.

Eduardo was our server in the Cin-Cin restaurant. He was fantastic and was a very good server.

I just returned from an incredible stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The customer service was absolutely top-tier! The manager is truly amazing—she made a point to check on me daily to ensure everything was perfect. On top of that, housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping my room spotless and fully stocked, and any time I reached out for assistance, the team responded incredibly quickly. There was a restaurant closed and some minor construction going on during my visit, but honestly, it did not take away from my experience at all. The resort itself is a nice size. I stayed in an oceanfront room which offered breathtaking views, but because of the layout, just be prepared to get your steps in! My only real downside was the sargassum seaweed, meaning I didn't get to fully enjoy the beach. However, that wasn’t the resort's fault at all—it was just due to the season. I am usually someone who prefers to vacation without kids, but I have to admit, the kids' pool area was actually better than the preferred adults-only pool! The adults-only side was very quiet and relaxing, but they had such nice, fun activities over on the family side. Because there are multiple pools on the family side, it is incredibly easy to find a quiet spot to yourself if you still want to get away from the main activities. I highly recommend this resort for its outstanding service and beautiful property. I would absolutely return!

We (my wife, I and three kids [12, 5, 5 years old]) had great time at Dreams Jade. There were nonstop activities going on. Live music throughout the day and fun pool and evening activities. We watched great shows at Time-Out. Our kids are very picky eaters. Carnival was a great food option for us with variety of food options. Other restaurants also had good options as well. Kid's club was wonderful. Our kids love it. It is open until late. Overall, we were impressed with how attentive staff members and managers. Special shout out to Saul, David, Alejandro (from entertainment team) and Camila (from kids club)
