Excellent dining experience
Jaime was wonderful. His service at Capers was a 10 out of 10. We couldn't have had a better dining experience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience!
Overall a great family vacation! We got up early every day to see the amazing sunrises and also to grab a few chairs by the pool or on the beach. We were on the infinity pool deck for two days and then decided the beach to the north of the infinity pool was much quieter and much, much cooler due to the breeze coming off the water. People reserve chairs with towels so if you want them you must go at 7 am. Especially if you have a group. Also, I did have people actually MOVE my things off of the lounge chairs and take them if I left them unattended for long. Drink service was great on both the pool deck and the beach. The food was pretty amazing. The Carnival buffet had a great breakfast but dinner was not good. The Coco Cafe had great coffee! The Italian place, Capers, had wonderful bread and Chicken Parm but the service was lacking. Tamarindo was excellent. Our favorite was Spice. We did the Tepanyaki Table one evening and loved it. So we went back the next night for their regular menu and loved it too. Castaways makes a great burger. We didn’t use room service. Room was clean and comfortable but the pillows are like rocks. The ONLY complaint we have is the window coverings in the bathroom. And we would have never known had our family members not been staying straight across from us. Anyone can see right in so if your nakey in the bathroom you are gonna give a show to anyone on their balcony! The blinds do ABSOLUTELY nothing to give you privacy. Perhaps Dreams Jade will see this review and do something to remedy this rather embarrassing situation. The beach is well taken care of and the resort is very clean and nice. Most of all, the staff here will make you feel like a king!

Miguel was amazing if you are able to request a individual for hibachi at Spice for Dreams Jade Resort he was fantastic and really gave a full experience and makes it feel special!

Spice restaurant - Miguel was a great chef and entertainer. Food was well prepared and jokes were plentiful. A great experience!

Amazing dinner
Miguel was amazing as a chef for our hibachi dinner. It was amazing and he was so kind, professional and talented. Thanks for such an amazing experience
