We are ready to return already!
This was my husband and my first trip to Dreams Jade, a trip we booked with our membership with Unlimited Vacation Club. We just returned from our six nights there in February. The area was experiencing a cold spell but the heated adults only pool was pure heaven. We did experience some construction noise but were moved to another room that was very quiet. I’d like to make special mention of our butler, MJ and our UVC rep, Ernesto. MJ greeted us with her beautiful smile each time we saw her and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. She is the perfect example of customer service. Ernesto set up a meeting for us to see Secrets Maroma, where we upgraded our UVC membership. He made sure we were happy with our membership and understood our benefits. Overall we loved this resort and will certainly return. I suggest if it’s a couples trip to book in a preferred room to gain access to the lounge and access to the adults only pool. The other side of the resort is more of the family side with kiddos.

Spice restaurant worth the wait
Miguel at Spice restaurant cooked an awesome meal and the show as part of the Teppinyaki grill was amazing. Very entertaining and highly recommend it

Large rooms, good set up.
The rooms were on the larger side compared to other Dreams resorts I’ve stayed at. The resort seems large but is actually very well set up. The buffet was on the better side at this Dreams resorts I’ve stayed as well.
