Awesome airline crew overnight
Overnight in Cancun with my Flight crew went to spice and the chef was absolutely awesome! Funny, multilingual, great food excellent experience!

Aye Ate a the restaurant Spice and Emilio and chef Luis were AMAZING! Great service, a great show and even better food. Pleas if you come here come to the Asian restaurant SPICE, you won’t regret it!

Relaxing holiday
Myself and my mum went on a girls trip to Mexico. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Gabrielle on concierge made our stay effortless by answering any questions we had and helping us make our holiday special. We visited the spa which was luxurious and a lovely experience and I would 100% recommend. The pool area was beautiful as we were able to over look the beach and relax whilst having drinks brought to us. We were able to get involved in some arts and crafts and paint a design on a western hat. All of the members of staff we met were really lovely. If you are looking for a relaxing break this is a great hotel to visit.

Fantastic experience!
Amazing hotel with great staff! We had the preferred service and the experience was well worth the extra! I especially enjoyed the dining experiences, the spa, and drinks in the preferred lounge with Mari!

Great place to visit and stay at
Very nice Hotel, with excellent service. More so if with Preferred Program. Special mention first of all to Oscar Lara he gets the VIP mention. Oscar Lara Manager at Club Preferred. He gave outstanding service and attention to detail. If visiting this Resort definitely ask for Oscar Lara. Also at pool side ask for Francisco (main) and Edder (server). At Main breakfast buffet restaurant Edwin excellent service. He goes out of his way to make it special. Chef Pablo from castaway and at preferred Grill as well to be mentioned. At Preffered Pool bar Javier is outstanding. At events server margarita is very nice.
