Wonderful Stay in Cancun I had an amazing vacation in Cancun, Mexico, and my stay at this hotel made the experience even better! Gabriela was absolutely wonderful and guided me throughout my entire trip. Her excellent service, helpfulness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel offers fair, transparent pricing, excellent service, delicious food, and a large, beautiful pool—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended! 🌴☀️🏖️

The beach is about a 2 out of 5. The pools are ok, the main one was a bunch of drunk people and kids running around. Not much to do in terms on activities or options. The buffet was small. The restaurants were meh, a few people got sick. I got a rash all over me. Not alot of drink options or stuff to do. I literally walked in and was like thats it? The room was nice. But I'd never go back Not even if it was $500.00 a person. I was bored after 2 days. Nope

We enjoyed our stay with Dreams Jade and Spa in Cancun. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the grounds were very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a good view of the garden. Water pressure was good, room amenities as expected, even better. The pool areas were very nice and family-friendly. Although it didn’t have any slides, it was still a lot of fun. Although it was seaweed season, the beaches were kept tidy. The only things we wished could have been done better were: 1. Entertainment could have included both early family shows and later ones for adults. 2. The activities areas (pickleball, etc) could use a little sprucing up. Maybe some more greenery, some shading, some turf, staffed bar, etc. 3. Some of the restaurants were closed for renovations but others rotated opening times. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful so we appreciated that very much. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! Muchos gracias!

My family and I had a wonderful and restful stay. The rooms were clean, the environment was quiet and serene, and the restaurants were excellent. Perfect getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Oscar, the Preferred Club Manager, who went above and beyond to help with my husband’s 50th birthday setup and also made it possible for me to perform as a DJ during one of the entertainment nights. Wonderful hospitality and a truly memorable experience. We would definitely return!
