We stayed at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa in Puerto Morelos from May 30 through June 3, 2026, to celebrate a very special occasion: our son's birthday and the graduations of our son and two of his friends. Thanks to the incredible staff, this became a trip our family will never forget. First, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Oscar and Julian. From check-in through our entire stay, you helped make our guest experience truly special. Your extra touches in recognizing our celebrations did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated. You helped set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. A special thank you to Aurelio, Erik, and Louis for making each of our dinners feel like a celebration. Aurelio, thank you for helping coordinate and book our special dinners throughout the week. Erik, your fire martini show was absolutely amazing. Your talent and enthusiasm added a unique and memorable touch to our dining experience. Louis, thank you for helping ensure every meal felt special. For lunch, Sergio was fantastic. Whether it was tacos, burgers, fresh salsa and guacamole, fries, or wings, he always had great recommendations and made every meal enjoyable. At the pool, Melvin and Jesus took excellent care of us every day. Clean towels were always available, and the bucket of ice waiting for us was a small touch that made a big difference in our comfort and enjoyment. Our bartenders were outstanding and helped make our vacation even more fun. Thank you to Javier, Cesar, Alejandra, Itan, Mishael, Leopoldo, Alberto in the Lobby Bar, and Eider in the Preferred Club. Not only did you make sure we had our favorite drinks, but you also introduced us to new cocktails that quickly became vacation favorites. The restaurant wait staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you to Aroldo, Cruz, Antonio, Karen, and Jaime at Spices, along with Naftaly, Noel, Martin de la Cruz, and Jaime at CinCin. Each of you contributed to making our celebration trip feel special. I also have to recognize Andreus at the spa. I received the best massage I have ever had and will absolutely be booking another appointment with him when I return later this fall. The entertainment and activities team did an outstanding job creating fun experiences for guests of all ages. Thank you to Dillon and David for your hard work and energy. Every day offered something exciting, and every evening brought memorable entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, the Fire Show, Violinist performances, Forest of Dreams Show, Bingo Night, Casino Night, and DJ Party made every evening a night to remember. There was always something fun happening, and the quality of the entertainment exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Lulu for keeping our room immaculate. It was attended to at least twice daily and was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming when we returned. Finally, thank you to Alejandro, the bellman who was the first person to welcome us upon arrival and the last person to see us off when we departed. You made arriving effortless and leaving seamless, although bittersweet because we were not ready for our vacation to end. I also want to mention that although construction was taking place during our stay as part of the resort's continued improvements, it did not negatively impact our experience. The resort did an excellent job minimizing disruptions, and it was clear they are investing in making an already wonderful property even better. Additionally, while sargassum can sometimes affect beach destinations in this region, the beautiful pools, activities, attentive staff, and numerous amenities ensured it was never an issue for us. We still enjoyed plenty of sunshine, relaxation, and fun throughout our stay. Dreams Jade continues to shine because of its people. The genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication of the staff turned a graduation and birthday celebration into a collection of lifelong memories. We look forward to returning later this year and highly recommend Dreams Jade to anyone looking for a resort that truly understands how to make guests feel special. Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip unforgettable.

Recently visited Dreams Jade at the end of May with 2 adults and 2 children. This is the 5th Dreams property we have visited and it seems to be one of the smaller Dreams properties which we really enjoyed as it was easy to get around and everything was conveniently located. This is in our top 2 Dreams properties and we would definitely return. Granted, we went after a major holiday so it wasn't that busy which was amazing. I don't know if this one would be my first choice if it was a really busy weekend. The pools were good size and clean, the adult pool being away from the main pool was nice when we wanted some quiet. The main pool was large and we had no problem finding chairs every morning. The entertainment crew kept the pool lively in the afternoon and we had no problem getting food or drinks in a timely manner. Restaurants were good, if you been to other Dreams it's the standard rotation of familiar concepts with different names. We had no issues with the food and it was as expected. If you're a preferred club member there was only 1 PC bar and it was a distance from the pools so if your a PC junkie this may not be your favorite Dreams. The beach was chaos from the Sargassum, unuseable and pretty small. If you're a beach person I'd look at the photos to help with your decision, our family is not so it wasn't an issue. Overall we liked it and most likely will return. Ask for Jesus in the buffet, he's a rockstar, best service of the trip.

This resort is well run. Very efficient. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. Nora and Guillermo at Capers are super as was the food. Jesus at Carnival buffet is always on top of things, sorry we missed Lourdes this visit.

I would like to start by saying that, despite a few drawbacks, the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, the pool bar crew, and especially Leo from the breakfast and lunch service. Leo, if you happen to read this (family of four with two girls), we left your final tip with Elizabeth at the pasta station. Sorry I missed you on our last day and couldn’t give it to you personally. The hotel was nice and clean for the most part. However, about half of the resort was under renovation during our stay. We also experienced ongoing issues with the air conditioning. Management was notified, but aside from lowering the temperature setting, no effective solution was provided, and the room never cooled properly. The food was good, with a wide variety of dining options available. Unfortunately, my husband was injured when he scraped his arm on an exposed, uncovered stair rail. The hotel’s response was simply to offer us a dinner reservation, which we didn’t really need. We felt the situation could have been handled more appropriately. As for the beach, swimming was practically impossible due to the large amount of seaweed. However, this is certainly not the hotel’s fault, as sargassum season is affecting much of the Cancun area right now. Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the outstanding staff and service, despite some issues with the facilities and ongoing renovations.
