An outstanding all-inclusive experience with staff that go above and beyond. I've honestly never stayed at a place where the people are so friendly and so accommodating. This was my first Mexican all-inclusive but I was very impressed and would definitely go back

Clean resort with great staff and plenty of amenities
The buffet area is really nice to eat when the other restaurants are closed. Lots of options and seating. The staff is great, and friendly. Marco Espinoza took care of me and was very attentive and kind! The overall resort is great, with lots of food options, the beach and pool is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Wonderful vacation!
Wonderful vacation! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Excellent food with lots of variety. Seldom a lineup in the main dining area. Service was outstanding. The beach was a little disappointing. Some rocks and lots of sargassum. But the staff did an excellent job clearing it away each morning. Great yoga annd anquafit instructors. Lots of fun!

Dreams Jade—fabulous family resort!
This resort is impeccably appointed—beautiful grounds and luxe furnishings! Plenty of lounge chairs and all the excellent dining and refreshment choices you can expect from a Dreams resort. 24-hour Coco Cafe makes coffee available to early risers as well! The lobby bar has a fancy drink menu from 5-8 pm which is fun if you enjoy sampling new cocktails. Long walkable beach, kayaking and paddle boarding!
