Would recommend! Great resort with delicious food, fantastic entertainment and great pools.
Dreams Jade was a wonderful resort and would recommend it for couples, families and friends. Location was wonderful for those who did not want a long commute from the airport. However, the beach was not very swimmable due to rocks and seaweed. Not the crystal blue water that you hope for in Cancun, but that is fairly normal now unless you are further down the coast. If you wanted more beach access, a close walk to Porto Morales or a 15 minute cab ride to that area was perfect. Atmosphere was great, there were areas near the pool or on the beach if you wanted a quieter area but also spaces you can enjoy to be part of the entertainment and fun. The resort was clean and had a lovely amount of greenery for walks back to your room. Food was great ! The restaurants and buffet always provided a lot of options and great portion sizes, we always ordered a few more appetizers and entrees to share so we could try everything. The only downside was sometimes a wait for a table was up to an hour, we were there when the hotel was at 100% capacity and were a group of 6 so understandable. Very kid friendly with a lot of entertainment options for kids or young adults. Thank you to Christian and his massage team for the daily massages pool side - complimentary ! The Disco at night was great, though not always busy, they always had great music ! All in all, the best part of the holiday was the entertainment ! Huge shout out to Dilan and his team for making our trip very memorable. The Fire Show and Circus night was incredible!

Overall we had a nice time. There were two staff members who made our trip special LORAYNNE SHE WE AWESOME VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET! MELVIN WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS,AROUND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE WELL TAKEN CARE OF.

Great times. Miguel at Spice teppanyaki was fantastic. Antonio with entertainment was awesome. There are quiet beach spits or energetic pool parties. Something for all. Recommend.
