Another great stay.
The property is beautiful. Just the right size. Lots of activities if you want them and a nice night club. Rooms were large, hot tubs in all, air conditioning was great with a ceiling fan in living room. The resort was always being cleaned and renovated for a better experience for all. Room service was amazing - must expect an hour for delivery so plan it well - also must remove sign from door or they do not deliver! Tons of weddings were booked for this location which was nice to see. The pool areas were great and the food by the prestige pool was delicious, from their fish tacos, chicken wings, fries, hot dogs, burgers, spring rolls, everything was perfect as well as the bartenders at all spots. Restaurant service was fantastic, and the buffet was always available when needed. Shout out to Luis at the teppanyaki restaurant who put on a great show, with humour and skills!

Great service at the Jade
We stayed all of February 26 at the Jade, our 3rd time staying for a month. Had a bit of a curfuffle with the room we expected. Hotel took about 2 weeks to resolve. Overall still had a great time. Love most of the staff, Carlos our butler was awesome Carlos the VIP club manager went above and beyond, Paulina always took care of us, Roberto Premier club mgr did his best to resolve the room issue and provided extras to appease the shortcomings. Mr Luna was always going the extra mile for us. Impressive greeting upon arrival by management & they make impressions level members feel special. Will return.
