Fantastic stay for mother/daughter trip!
The service was amazing. Maria and Victoria at the preferred club lounge were the best. They remembered our names and drinks every time we came in. They had really good drink options. Eduardo the bartender at the preferred pool was so much fun. He ensured that we were always taken care of! He was the highlight of our trip! He made our experience amazing here! Dulce also helped book our spa and nail services. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to call you by your name. There wasn’t a time that we didn’t feel like we were in good hands. Room was nice and spacious. The balcony had a jacuzzi. Room service was great. The restaurants were also great.

2026, vacation @ the Dreams Jade resort
The buffet needs a little improvement, comparing to other resorts in Cancun we have stayed in the past. The linen had an undesirable odor, like old sweat. No issues with location, the room or the atmosphere. As of matter of fact, the atmosphere is awesome 👌 👏🏽 👍.
