Great resort
Just spent 10 days at this resort and had a great time. Haven't been on this side of Mexico in over 8 years. I've been spending alot of time on the west side like Cabo, PV etc. Ive been a UVC member for the last 7 years and been happy with the upgrades when booking. We stayed in the preferred building, enjoyed the lounge and the adult pool. It was kind of been at a Secrets in theory. The reason I say that is its a Dreams and nothing is really enforced from guys wearing shorts t shirts at Mecure, Cin Cin. Kids were allowed in the preferred beach and lounge. Not a big deal but observation. Food was good but need a few more options like Sea Grill and Portifinos. Service was awesome on the preferred side from the Pool, Beach and swim up bar shout out to Miquel/Melvin for the morning greets and getting us towels to Eider and Eva's serving us at the beach. Lastly, Abdais and Oscar/Panda for making the right drinks every time we saw them. One day I will go back but too many other resorts to check out.

Spice restaurant review
Luis in the Spice restaurant was fantastic, he was very pleasant,funny and tall not to mention an awesome teppanyaki cook!

Good food, not many places at the pool
The Spice restaurant with Miguel as our show -chef was very good. Very good show, so friendly. And the food was excellent. The reservation is not easy though. There is not enough chairs à the pools and people are reserving them. Tamarindo and Cin Cin are the best restaurants, after Spice. Aks for a room in the highest stories, otherwise it is noisy. Many rocks on the beach, bring sea shows. Service is excellent

Wonderful Resort
Stayed for 1 week, Preferred and had a fantastic time. All the staff were exceptional and the service was great. A shout out to Abdias at the preferred pool bar who took great care of us, making sure we were well hydrated.😁 Julian in Preferred lounge, made sure all our needs were met. He looked after our reservation needs and kept us updated on daily activities. Louis at the Spice tapanyaki who put on an amazing show while preparing a delicious meal - outstanding! Bring a pool float, travel mug, kick back and relax. You will be well taken care of. Thank you Jade family for a relaxing vacation!!!

Luis the Chef
Luis was brilliant as the chef of the day. Great chat, brought everyone in to the meal, despite not all being connected. Food was lovely.
