Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

What a wonderful resort! Beautiful grounds, spacious clean rooms, and friendly, professional staff. This was our fifth visit to this resort and it never disappoints. There are so many great staff, I wish I could name them all. A few stand out - Victor, Lourdes and Jesus at International Buffet, Alejandra at Splash Bar and Luis at Lobby Bar, Fabiola and Jaime at Capers. Everyone from check in thru groundskeepers were gracious and efficient.

My family and I had an amazing time at this resort. Martin at the front desk was the best and really made the trip special for our daughter and coordinated a beautiful Bali bed for her birthday and introduced us to Jose Miguel who was so attentive and helpful with all of our requests. I highly recommend reaching out to those guys with any questions. The resort itself was incredible. From the cleanliness, security, location, the water, the pools, the service was top tier and we never found ourselves in need or want of anything. My favorite parts were the pools, the staff, and overall vibe. My least favorite and I am being extremely picky here, were the plastic wine glasses (and I get they are for safety purposes). Everything else was great. I highly recommend this resort and I am sure we will go back in the future! Thank you again to Martin and Jose Miguel for everything!!

Had a great week at Dreams Jade. The food was delicious at every single restaurant. The resort was beautiful and it was kept very clean. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Saul and David ran activities at the pool every day, they were funny and very friendly and approachable - they would always say hi in passing with big smiles. Overall a great trip, I would go back and recommend to others!

Our stay at **Dreams Jade Resort** was truly memorable, and the highlight of our trip was overwhelmingly the **kindness, warmth, and attentiveness of the staff**. We were visiting to celebrate my mother’s and aunt’s retirements and were in serious need of rest and relaxation—and the team at this resort delivered far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. A special mention goes to **David at the spa**, who guided our family through the hydrotherapy experience with such calm expertise. He took the time to ease everyone’s concerns and made the experience incredibly relaxing—an amazing way to start our days. Mornings were made even better thanks to **Lourdes at the buffet**. She was consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always helping us get a great table and making sure our coffees and mimosas were never empty. She set a wonderful tone for each day. By the pool, we were absolutely spoiled by **Angel and Victoria**. Their energy, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm made my mom’s retirement celebration feel truly special. They kept our drinks full, our spirits high, and went out of their way to make us feel celebrated and appreciated. By lunchtime, seeing **Cruz and Miguel at the Castaway poolside restaurant** truly sealed the deal for us—we started to feel like the entire resort was staffed with incredibly kind, attentive people. Their service reinforced how consistently excellent the hospitality was throughout the property. The **food across the resort was amazing**, with great variety and quality, and we genuinely felt pampered throughout our stay. Because of the staff alone, this is a resort that absolutely makes us want to return. The only area that fell short for us was the **evening entertainment**. In particular, loud EDM music playing around 8:00 PM while guests were eating dinner outdoors felt jarring and took away from the atmosphere. We would have loved something more relaxed or varied in the evenings. Aside from the circus night, we ultimately opted to play cards most nights instead. Overall, Dreams Jade Resort offered outstanding service, exceptional food, and staff who truly go above and beyond. With some refinement to the evening entertainment, this resort would be near perfect. We are incredibly grateful for the care and kindness we received and would happily return.

I've been to this resort three years in a row for a business retreat. I don't like or recommend it. The food is generally mediocre at best and this past year most of my dinners at the specialty restaurants were served cold. The already small portions were even smaller this year than last. The staff is inconsistent when they uphold dress codes. I saw people get turned away for wearing shorts only to walk inside and see guests sitting at tables in shorts. There was a lot of construction this year which is fine but made getting to the bathroom from the pool a chore. The beach is rocky and full of seaweed. We walked to the next resort over to swim.
