Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

We visited the resort with friends and family. We were a group of 6 adults and one baby. As is the case every time we go, the staff was very attentive to our needs and ensured that our stay would be beyond our expectations. the staff is attentive, friendly and value service excellence. Every request was met with the utmost attention and responded to in a professional and timely manner. Who;lele on site, we noticed that the infrastructure was being refreshed making a great place even greater. We always feel welcomed as valued guests. Special thanks to Paulina, Roberto, Juan (Tamarindo), Edouardo (Mercure) and Melvin (preferred pool). A place we will definitely visit again.

The hibachi experience at Jade was fantastic. Food was great, experience was fun. A must do at Jade.

We stayed for a week - this place was NOT worth the price. I wouldn’t stay for HALF the price. The room was spacious but felt like a motel room but bathroom was nice. There was an on again off again smell of something toxic coming through the vents that gave an instant headache- and there was what sounded like a raging party happening on Friday night in the central are near the lobby… the walls were vibrating until 1am. We’re not big drinkers but there’s a lot of syrup based drinks and cheap alcohol - though apparently my sister had a nice white wine at Spice restaurant one night. The buffet looks impressive but you’re not drinking real fruit juice it’s that weird fake stuff. The best part is the staff - everyone is so friendly and helpful - that was really the best part. There’s an app that’s used to book services which is convenient when it works but there were issues. Also the beach is not one to be excited about- though they do try hard to clear the sargassum.

Great food, great beach, and great service. Ate at Mercure last night and had a wonderful experience. Eduardo was our waiter and he was excellent from the choice of wine to the food selections he picked for us. He has been here over 12 years and we have had him wait on us in our 2 previous trips at different restaurants.

We were at Jade Dreams for our daughter’s wedding. I woild rate our trip a 41/2 star. There were a few small hiccups but nothing that ruined our trip. We were pleased with both Itzel our wedding coordinator and Sophia our photographer. Their passion for what they do,stood out. Our daughter was not given room upgrade or room to get ready in but we made it work. I would recommend this resort for a wedding, it was famiky friendly.
