Wedding celebrations at Jade!!
I came to Dreams Jade for my sisters wedding with my family and the service throughout our week here was wonderful! Each of the employees made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of - and the attention to detail on the day of the ceremony was top notch! Katia was very personable and made sure we knew exactly where we needed to be. There were 32 of us in total - so that was no small task!! Martin’s photography went above and beyond anything we could’ve ever asked; his photos turned out spectacular. Neftaly our server at the Spice restaurant was especially wonderful; and Luis the chef provided a memorable experience we will cherish! Another honourable mention goes out to Nora at the egg station in the breakfast buffet and I can’t forget Victor who hooked me up with plenty of Spanish lessons!! Thanks Dreams Jade, it was such a fabulous family trip and I’m so glad we got to celebrate together here.

Great trip
Very nice resort, it is kid friendly. Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Staff also helped get excursions scheduled and explained what you will be doing. Also, they had transportation and the drivers were very nice. One thing I would warn about is the Hyatt presentation they want you to attend, it was nice to see another one of their resorts but it was a pretty high pressured sales pitch and that sucked.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. Food also of high standard. Big shout out to Francisco our pool attendant..... nothing was ever a problem and always greeted us with the biggest smile 😃 Leonardo at the preferred pool bar.... best cocktails 🍸 Special thank you to Paulina who was always very attentive and made an big effort to speak to us most nights. PS..... we hope Mexico win the world cup if Scotland don't. Mexico we will definitely be returning ❤️🇲🇽🏴
