Fun for the whole family without breaking the bank
We enjoyed our stay with Dreams Jade and Spa in Cancun. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the grounds were very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a good view of the garden. Water pressure was good, room amenities as expected, even better. The pool areas were very nice and family-friendly. Although it didn’t have any slides, it was still a lot of fun. Although it was seaweed season, the beaches were kept tidy. The only things we wished could have been done better were: 1. Entertainment could have included both early family shows and later ones for adults. 2. The activities areas (pickleball, etc) could use a little sprucing up. Maybe some more greenery, some shading, some turf, staffed bar, etc. 3. Some of the restaurants were closed for renovations but others rotated opening times. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful so we appreciated that very much. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! Muchos gracias!

Good stay
Hotel was alright, pool closes early but the service was amazing at the restaurants. Especially edwin at the buffet. Really took care of us. The rooms are big anf clean. Only downside is buffet variety but food is decent. Especially dinner don't come for buffet go to the restaurants way more options.

Stunning setting, nicely relaxed, great fun
Beautiful location. Some parts of the resort buildings look a bit tired but there is maintenance and expansion going on. What makes this place is the staff. They are so helpful, energetic and capable. In particular our thanks to Saul and the entertainment team for making our 2 weeks so fun.

Louis was absolutely amazing! Best experience we have had at a Teppanyaki restaurant! So fun!
