Average hotel , not so 4 diamonds
Hotel was crowded, rooms were nice but a bit outdated . Beach completely inaccessible due to seaweeds , and to be honest the hotel is not doing a good job cleaning it. I had a preferred room but couldn’t use the preferred swimming pool as I have kids . The other was packed and hard to find a chair always. The food was average, we use 2 restaurants, always a lined up , the Asian restaurant was below average, and the Italian , not good . I didn’t try the other and the buffet I would say average. If you have dietary restriction you won’t like it there . Rooms has minimum to non existent privacy if you plan to use the balcony you are actually sharing it with the neighbours. The entertainment was ok for the number of crowds they booked they should have more entertainment and consistent. I give them a Koodo for having an indoor theatre as the weather was terrible the last couple of days . Kids club; they do a great job with what they got , the kids loved it , staff are very friendly and made our kids welcomed. Also if you have a preferred took you get access to the preferred lounge for check in and drink and snacks ( snack were not good , again if you eat health and have some dietary restrictions then it is a waist of money and time , they have a Nespresso machine and lots of alcohol if that is what you are after ). The staff there were hit and miss ; first person we met at check in she was miserable, grumpy then at night we met Zule , she is the complete opposite; smiling approachable, and very helpful. Then we met her boss Oscar ; very nice guys , down to earth and very helpful. But Zule is the highlight of that lounge . I personally wouldn’t stay there again , I would rather spend the money on a place with better beach . FYI: there a dolphin place next door , if you walk by the beach it is literally 5 minutes away. You can buy tickets on the spot . Don’t fall for their selling you the picture experience . Hope the review helps

Spice Cuncan
Spice, the Asian hibachi grill was very nice. Louis was our chef. His show was great and the food was excellent, especially the white fish. I highly recommend this experience.

It’s old hotel, decent maintenance. All the staff are nice and welcoming! Especially thanks to Gabriela from front desk, she is so lovely and nice, always genuine help all the customers! I will always remember her!
