amazing
my experience at the hotel was really great during the day taking part in activities with dylan, david, saul and antonio was so fun they were so friendly and were very good with making everyone feel involved and having fun and it really made my experience here so much more enjoyable, i would always look forward to whatever was planned during the day loved the atmosphere that they created and aswell as them the bar staff member miseal was equally as great as he learned my whole families order off by heart and was great at keeping on top of giving us drinks consistently throughout the day.

Amazing experience
First time stay at Dreams Jade and we’ve had the best holiday, thanks to Dylan, David, Saul and Antonio, what an entertainment team… loved every minute! And Miseal for keeping our glasses full.

Great holiday, great entertainment, great food.
Had a great time here. The place was immaculate. Due to the time of the year, they were working on freshening parts up. Some building working going on too. But the music at the pool drowned most of that out, and so it wasn’t that much of an issue. All of the staff were extremely attentive. Around the pool, Angel, Miguel and the team looked after us, always ensuring we had a drink. In the preferred lounge Alejandra and the team always greeted us with a smile. The entertainment crew, Raul, David and Antonio and the rest of the gang worked their socks off. I’ve never seen a busier pool, on any holiday for water aerobics. Those guys were brilliant. Food was great too. Loads of choice at the buffet and the various restaurants were great. Spice, Mercure and Capers were our favourites. We would highly recommend coming here and the place will be even better when they finish sprucing the place up.
