Beautiful Resort with a lot of potential.
Beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya. The food and the service is very good at almost all the restaurants , especially at the Mexican restaurant where the food was great and David the Captain provided a great level of service. The Cincin restaurant also has great food and Martin the server provides great service. In the pool area Francisco Canela is always helping and making sure that you are having a good time and anticipating all your needs. The pools are not very big and there is nothing special for kids in the pools area , just a very shallow area for toddlers. The liquor selection is limited and if you have a preferred club level the only area with "premium" liquor is at the preferred lounge.

Don’t think twice! This was our second visit with family and it was even better than the first.
We stayed in the Preferred Club Side and were treated like family. Maria Jose was our Butler for the week and far exceeded our expectations. Everyday we were treated by our name and a big smile by Maria. She sent us the daily schedules, checked on our needs, answered every request and then double checked to make sure all was done. She was always cheerful and professional. She made our dinner reservations whenever we requested. By the end of the week we hated to say goodbye to Dreams Jade and Maria! She made our stay 100% better just being herself. We also were greeted nightly in the Preferred Club Bar by Victoria who always had a hug and a smile for us. She knew our preference and made the best Expresso Martini I’ve ever had! All of the staff at the resort seemed truly happy and were always ready to greet us and check on our welfare. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food was delicious. The resort itself was very well maintained. A special shout out to Al (Izzy) at the PC pool. Steve and Candy Marple

Amazing service!!
We had a wonderful trip to Dreams Jade! Edwin is a rock star and made us feel like royalty every day for breakfast and lunch! Thank you for making our trip extra special. The entertainment crew made pool days so fun and my girls had a blast with David, Saul and crew! We will definitely be back again!

Very pleased with my visit.
Very good and pleasen experience the hotel was very clean people was very polite, they have renovated rooms basically brand new. Food was extraordinary very authentic Mexican food and French, Italian Mediterranean.

Water aerobics experience is such a nice experience. Learned Spanish too as he is translating from Spanish to English.
Dreams jade hotel and spa. Saul and Tony are a top notch entertainer. You should give a raise 😀
