This was a great hotel and resort. The staff was so friendly and serviceminded. I went for a massage at the spa and had the best massage ever by Dafnee, it was amazing!🤩

We just returned from our trip to Dreams Jade. Somehow my 1st review was deleted so I'll try again. I traveled with my daughter, my friend and her daughter (both girls are 14) for a girls' trip to celebrate our birthdays. We arrived at the resort around 3:30ish and were taken to the preferred lounge to check in. Ernesto got us all checked in, and even made sure we had rooms near each other. He also made us a reservation for hibachi, and introduced us to our butler, Carlos. Carlos was fantastic, he was in contact every day to check on us and help with whatever we needed. We ate at several restaurants and liked them all. CinCin was the 1st night and if we hadn't been so tired, I think we would have enjoyed it more because the food was great and out waiter (I forgot his name) was great as well. Hibachi was the next night and it was one of the best I've been to. I don't usually do hibachi at the resorts because we go frequently at home, but the food (I got the trio) was not overly salty like in the US and Miguel was quite the showman! We were all very impressed. Nora was right there to take (and send me) photos when they brought out a sparkler cake for me and none of us thought to do it. Next night was Capers, which was also delicious. Our waiter there not only brought us special desserts with "happy birthday" written, but he made us each an origami rose with our names on them (and I didn't write his name either). The French restaurant (adults only, the girls ate at the buffet) was good, except my steak was a little tough. Spice was last and really good. Our waiter Martin was very attentive and just great. We had breakfast every day at the buffet, which I always love because there are so many options. Jose on our last day there was very helpful there. One of the staff even went back to ask if the chia pudding had milk or not for me. I'm lactose intolerant and was able to find something everywhere, however, I wish there had been a few more options. Especially for dessert that wasn't sorbet. We stayed in the governor's suite, which was absolutely amazing inside and out. My only complaint is that our fridge was not restocked at all and we ran out of water. It took a couple of tries but we got some in there. We played pickleball while there, the whole roof area was really cool. We played volleyball in the pool with Ivan, which was really fun. We played pool every night after dinner and we watched the fire show one night, which was crazy! We also did yoga one morning and that was a great way to start the day. We felt fine letting the girls wander together around the resort. Off-resort, we swam with the dolphins next door, which I thought was really overrated and not worth it. The girls jetskied with the guys on the beach, and they were great with the girls. The one guy took my phone out (I have a waterproof case) and took photos and videos of them. And we booked a tour through the front desk to tour Tulum, cenotes and swim with turtles. That was all pretty great. If only it wasn't only 72 degrees the swimming parts would have been more enjoyable. But we still really enjoyed it. Overall, I would definitely be back (and bring my husband and son). The staff was all so friendly and helpful and the resort was very nice.

Miguel was our cook - Amazing! Great personality and very entertaining :) we'll be back. We took our 3 year old daughter and she loved it too. He took the extra time with her cutting her food up a little smaller.
