Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

This was my second year in a row at Dreams Jade, and once again, I had a fantastic experience. The pool is always clean, the playlist is great, and the staff is absolutely amazing.A huge shoutout to the poolside entertainment team—Andrea, Antonio, Saul, David, Dylan, and Camila—you are all so much fun! Shoutout to Jesus on the pool bar. I also want to give a special highlight to Gabriella. When I went to complain about construction noise right above our unit, she promptly upgraded our room to one with an even better view and spoiled us with a bottle of sparkling wine and strawberries. How can you not love her?My only piece of advice is for people who love swimming in the ocean: the sea floor is very rocky with a lot of coral, so you can easily get hurt. However, if you love top-tier service, good food, and great entertainment, this is the place to be. I already can't wait to go back next year and win the poolside music quiz again!

Hotel very clean, maid service excellent, staff very friendly, choice of restaurants not the best, during renovations

We just finished our stay at the Dreams Jade Resort and it was a great time! The food was excellent, it was a short ride from the airport the whole resort felt very luxurious. The rooms were excellent, we stayed in the ocean view king and it was great! They kept everything very clean. We very much enjoyed the entertainment throughout the day, whether it was playing volleyball or waterpolo and the games. A huge shoutout to Saul and David they were excellent. Saul was the best entertainment staff member we have ever met at an all inclusive resort he made everything fun and was a great guy. The pool service was incredible too, Esther would come and check on us all the time to make sure we always had a drink she was wonderful! We also had an amazing Teppanyaki experience, Oscar was incredible! Our one downside is that there was construction going on which means somethings were closed, not the biggest deal but the noise in our room was loud during the day and it was unfortunate the buffet got closed and you couldn't eat inside of it. Overall great stay besides the construction!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dreams Jade. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra for the Preferred perks. Misael at the Preferred Pool was by far our favorite bartender. He hustled in the heat and humidity… and did it all with a smile on his face. The only real let down was the Teppanyaki table experience. Based upon all the positive reviews, I decided to make a reservation for the evening of my birthday. We found it to be underwhelming & were not entertained. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but that wasn’t it. It was also very warm in the restaurant. We asked if the air conditioning could be adjusted but we were told they were unable to do so. We were so uncomfortable, we couldn’t wait to leave and move someone cooler. I would definitely return to Dreams Jade and would recommend to friends and family!

We had another amazing trip to the Dreams Jade in June. This was the 11th time we visited, and probably the best! It was great to see our friends Francisco, Misael and Oscar, who we have come to know well since the first time we visited there 11 years ago. The staff is definitely what makes the Jade special. It is always great to see the same faces year after year, Jesus, Antonio, Juan, Emiliano, and so many more. And Carolina, who is the e-concierge, was so helpful as we prepared for our stay! They are doing a great job updating the resort. We look forward to the updates and are excited that they are working on updating the rooms as well. The grounds are beautiful and they really go above and beyond to make the resort look amazing. I know that there have been issues with the sargassum, but they work to clean things up as much as possible. This is an issue for a lot of places, not jus the Jade. We have always been happy with the foods and drinks. I enjoy trying new food and beverages when we visit. And there is no problem with drink being too weak, lol! Again, the staff at the Dreams Jade are who make the resort special! They are so friendly and work so hard!
