From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with friendly smiles and efficient service. Check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to settle into our room. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony view was a highlight the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing drink in the evening. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy without being intrusive. The resort facilities were excellent. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of loungers, and the atmosphere was peaceful but still family-friendly. We also loved the on-site dining options the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and every meal we had was fresh and full of flavour. The standout of the entire stay was having Santa Claus literally drop from the sky via a parachute onto the beach. this experience was absolutely memorable. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. There were activities for the whole family, kids club, teen club and plenty for adults, the swim up bar was the icing on top of the cake. Entertainment is on the next level!! Rooms are good, personel not so professional - they forget what I ask for or do not speak English. Best on the beach was Adilia - always happy, smiling, happy to help and take tips 🙂.

Oh my. We had such a wonderful vacation. The resort was good and fun. We were on the preferred side and it was a lot of fun. Beautiful are. Beautiful pool. MJ was our butler and she was so kind and compassionate. She is a gift ! Thank you for all you did for us. When in the lounge both Mari and Michelle were amazing in their care and willingness to make a special Mexican espresso martini for me. Thank you. Going home tomorrow and looking forward to our return trip.

Dreams Jade in Puerto Morelos. The resort is amazing, food is delicious. Adilia, a beach waitress is such a sweetheart, very attentive and pleasant and quick to return with your order. We sat in her section all week. The ONLY downside is the beach is small and had lots of seaweed in January. Water very wavey and no Caribbean colours.

We are in the restaurant capers, the Italian place, and our server Jaime was amazing. He brought us dishes and basically read our minds on what we wanted. He was attentive, our table was full, our cups are full, and our hearts are full. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Trevah! and especially Jamie.
