Wonderful and can’t wait to return.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lourdes was one of the wait staff we sought out at the AM buffet. She was very friendly and always greeted with a big smile. The resort facilities were clean and the grounds were well maintained. End

Great Times at Dreams Jade
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is in great shape. Decent gym. Nice spa. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food was great at every place we ate. Lots of entertainment options in the evening. The Super Bowl party was fantastic! It can be challenging some days to get a chair at the pool or beach. We always did but sometimes felt like we just got lucky.

Best value around
Although there may be nicer, more “posh” places to stay in the area, the Dreams Jade offers a wonderful experience for the cost. Much nicer than any we’ve stayed at in this price range. The servers around the pool and buffet are typically on top of your needs and are always present and willing to help with any needs. The rooms are much nicer than we’ve seen as well. And the location is key to many activities or excursions around.

Dreams Jade is a great resort for the price Pool and beach are nice and employees are great MJ our concierge was amazing Esther was great at the pool Alex was great in Mercure And Jesus took great care of us at breakfast yesterday
