Dream Jade a dream come true
We just arrived home after an amazing 2 wk stay at Dreams Jade. I have been to Mexico many times over the years and this by far was the best resort I honestly can find nothing wrong worthy of mention. Food was amazing with 5 à la carte restaurants and an amazing buffet restaurant. Staff were so helpful and always available Activities were plentiful. Pool area was lovely. Make sure you ask for Emiliano Raul at the buffet, Hands down the best server ever! Can’t wait to go back

Fantastic experience, would love to return.
This was our first all-inclusive and it was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt celebrated and spoiled. MJ (Maria Jose) was our butler, and she answered every question we had, helping us schedule dinner and a small gathering in our suite, as well as getting us new keys in just a minute or two when we became locked out. She answered our questions via What'sApp promptly and met us face to face multiple times to check in. The food was fantastic, specifically the Mercure restaurant, where the breakfast menu was exceptional. Jesus and Cruz provided fantastic service and our coffee/water/juice was never empty. They gave great advice about the menu and were helpful regarding the resort as well. We spent most of our time at the preferred beach and pool, where Carlos delivered probably the best service we've ever encountered from wait staff. He remembered our preferences, hustled non-stop, and delivered drink and food orders almost immediately. The room was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. It was clean and everything looked new. The preferred lounge and lobby bar were two of our other favorite hang-outs, which were laid back and well-stocked. I am usually not a giver of high compliments, but this vacation was beyond what we could have hoped for. We would love to return. This was not the cheapest resort available, though we were very happy with what we spent.

The best vacation, ever!
Absolutely the best trip, ever! No detail was left spared. The staff are all phenomenal. 10/10 recommend a dinner in the wine cellar of Cin Cin.
