Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

Four years ago, we stayed at this beautiful resort. We created unforgettable memories, now we are returning again to celebrate a special birthday. From the very beginning, the experience felt relaxing, elegant, and truly welcoming. The Preferred Club made our stay especially memorable. We loved the private beach area with its peaceful atmosphere, the exclusive pool, and the thoughtful separation of relaxation spaces that allowed every guest to fully enjoy their vacation in comfort. What impressed us most was the exceptional level of service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. When we were not fully satisfied with our first room, it was replaced quickly and graciously, without any stress or inconvenience. Every request was handled professionally and with kindness. The French and Italian restaurants were absolutely wonderful, offering delicious cuisine, beautiful presentation, and an atmosphere that made every dinner feel special. We are so excited to return once again and celebrate an important moment in our lives in a place that feels both luxurious and comforting. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

We are so incredibly grateful for our wedding coordinator, Katia! From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and always willing to answer my many questions through countless emails and video meetings. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel so much smoother and reassured us every step of the way. The day of our wedding at Dreams Jade, we experienced one of our biggest fears—it absolutely poured rain just two hours before our ceremony, and since most of our venue was outdoors, we were devastated thinking we may lose the wedding we had envisioned. Getting married in our original outdoor space was incredibly important to us, and Katia truly went above and beyond to make it happen. She somehow managed to coordinate an express clean-up of the entire venue after the rain, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, we were still able to have our ceremony there. She handled everything with such calmness, professionalism, and care, even under stressful circumstances. We truly felt supported throughout the entire process, and I cannot thank her enough for helping make our wedding day so special despite the unexpected weather. We are forever grateful for everything she did for us and highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

All the staff were amazing, but Sual, Eduardo and Alejandro on the activities team made it a fantastic trip!

Louis at Spice made the whole trip. Extremely entertaining and the food was amazing. I could not have asked for a better dining experience. Be sure to visit him. Also, MJ on the preferred side is the most attentive and friendly concierge you could have. She always has the biggest smile and does all she can to help you and your family have an amazing stay. Absolutely would recommend Jade.

My wife and I stayed at Dreams Jade to celebrate our birthdays. On my birthday I was presented with a tasty and incredibly decorated birthday cake with a sparkling candle by Fabio the chef. He is a true artist. Nora the Hostess Captain and Alfredo our waiter sang Happy Birthday which made for an incredible and memorable experience. Thank you again..
