Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

We had an amazing experience there at Dreams Jade. The staff was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure it felt like a home away from home. We were able to upgrade to a Governors suite which is well worth it. I want to call out Carlos who was aligned to us as a Butler. He was wonderful and gracious. This is definitely something you should expand especially if you would like to have a charge for the service. We have stayed at Sandals resorts with Butlers many times and have always had the butler services. Just the assistance in getting reservations, getting chairs and the pool or beach is amazing. I will say that an up is that Sandals does give you a small cooler of water and beer by your chair which with the awesome wait staff at the pool and beach may not be necessary, but what is nice is they will come take a lunch order and bring it to you at the pool. Again, just a little some different they do. Either way our stay was outstanding, and we will surely be back again.

We’re a group of closed friends that took this vacation to celebrate our birthdays altogether (6 of us)! This resort has great a la carte restaurants with great service. Special thanks to Roberto from the concierge's management team that looked after our group and ensured we had a memorable experience all along!

Our trip started horribly. We paid for king size beds and 6 couples got double beds. The people at the front desk were not sorry it was said that we were never guaranteed those rooms even though my paperwork and bank account shows I paid for those rooms. No compensation at all. The manager said we could use the preferred area for 2 days but when we went to get the cards he was no where to be found and when we did get the cards they were not activated. The headboards in our rooms were disgusting. I would go here again for the hard working people but the front desk has no customer skills at all. Sad you pay all that $ and don't get what you paid for. The grounds were well kept and everything was within walking distance. Food was great and the bartenders, waiters and grounds keepers were amazing.

Very nice resort and nice staff. The only problem is that there are no enough seats at the pool and you have to wake up early to reserve your spot even though it’s not allowed

A beautiful, clean resort. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Our ocean front room was amazing. We took the preferred option but did not see any benefits once we were there. Restaurant food was delicious although not hot. It was great benefit to not have to make reservations for the specialty restaurants. The buffet was busy but with some patience… very doable. Unfortunately the buffet preparing food stations had the same food everyday…although very good. The heated pools were very comfie although getting a pool chair means being down there at 5 in the morning to secure seating. The ocean seating side has lots of palapas. There is a moderate size section of the ocean that is rock free and you can see fish swimming. People were doing some snorkelling in this area. Even people from other hotels came there to swim and snorkel. Overall…. We loved it there and would go back. Remember…nothing is perfect :)
