We loved our supper at Spice. Rosa made incredible sushi rolls and made us feel like valued guests!

The overall experience compared to the value wasn't the best. I have stayed at better resorts for a cheaper price. The food was mid and the beach was small and a bit dirty. The adult pool was lame and sleepy, but the other pool had WAY too many kids running crazy. The drinks were ok, the best drinks were from Moments bar between 5-8. The service was great most of the time, minus Viktor in the French restaurant. We will likely not book this resort again. We only went because it was for a wedding.

This place is wonderful. All of the team were wonderful. Everyone says good morning as you walk to breakfast. Special staff mentions: Marvin - Preferred pool, nothing was too much trouble. Javier - Preferred pool bar, makes the best pina coladas out there. Victoria - Preferred pool bar, super helpful and always smiling Isobel - makes the best omelettes in the morning. Jamie - Capers Italian, went above and beyond for my birthday meal. His mushroom soup is awesome! We stayed in building 8, preferred club upgrade was worth it for us. We loved the adults only pool. Restaurants were great with plenty of variety. Our favourite was the Italian. The beach is beautiful and the staff work hard to keep the seaweed away as much as possible. Our suite was lovely and kept clean daily. Overall we were super happy and had a great time for my 40th! Thank you Dreams

Nice resort minor quibbles. Enjoyed the food in 5 speciality restaurants except that wife suffered Montezuma’s revenge after one of them. Very nice room with ocean view. A/c failed one night. Unable to contact anyone. Phone not working. Generally pleasant service with helpful waiters. Beautiful pools and beach except for sargassum some days.

Wow, this resort is just amazing! My husband and I went for 2 weeks Feb 16-March 2, and from the beginning it was fantastic. We took a private shuttle to the resort from the airport. We unloaded or luggage and told the porter we were preferred and immediately were escorted to the preferred lounge...that is where we were introduced to Carlos, he seated us, and brought us a glass of champagne and checked us in. So quick and efficient. I have to say, Carlos was an amazing person. He helped us various times throughout our stay, booking special dinners, reservations and just helping us with our rusty Spanish. He truly is a very smart and genuine person, that made our preferred experience a special one. Thank you Carlos The Preferred Lounge was a very quiet space, where you could go for a quick coffee (or mimosa) in the morning, come back after lunch for the drink of the day (hibiscus mezcalita, poison for gab and spicy margaritas were my favorite) or an after dinner cocktail. They had little pastries and the best cookies. I have to give a big thank you to Mari, who we saw almost everyday for 2 weeks, she always was smiling and a joy to see everyday. Thank you Mari Our room was an Oceanview King Suite (preferred) and was stunning. Great location, beautiful view. Building 8 Preferred pool was absolutely stunning! Heated, infinity right beside the ocean. Chairs were comfortable and always somewhere to sit, Francisco and Melvin were there from 7am to 630pm everyday making sure people had chairs and towels. Very nice people and very hard workers. Always smiling. Evas, Victoria, Angel, Caesar and Javier made sure everyone had water and beverages. Great service from them, always smiling. They work hard. The mix bar, was our favorite after lunch. Great drinks, beautiful view and a very entertaining bartender, Fernando. Always hustling with a smile. Thank you my friend! All the restaurants were amazing. Great food and service at all of them. Thank you Celia from Cin Cin, Martin from Spice and Juan from Capers made an extra effort to ensure our dinner was great. Mercure for breakfast and Castaways for lunch were our go to places everyday. Thank you so much Cruz, Antonio, Noel, Juan, Karen, Victor. Oh, and the pizza guy at Castaways...delicious puzza and a very hard worker. They are all fantastic people who were a pleasure to see everyday. They were always smiling, a great team and helped make our stay a more special one. We did two special dinners...the Fire Show with a table for dinner and the Wine tasting with 4 course meal. Both were incredible and would definitely recommend. Yes it's extra, yes it's worth it. This resort has been our favorite so far, the staff, food, cleanliness just everything was amazing and hope to return some day. Thank you to everyone at Dreams Jade
