Dreams Jade - great experience!!
Great place with great food (hibachi is amazing). - ask for Luis !! Everyone so accommodating and always something to do and have fun! Will def be back in the near future

Tranquil Club, Incredible Service
Dreams Jade was fantastic! The staff was excellent: friendly, attentive, just the most wonderful people. MJ was our host and made sure we were taken care of with whatever we needed. Edwin was also a standout as he made our experience so much brighter with his amazing attitude and personality! The Preferred Club pool was tranquil and definitely worth the upgrade. While the entertainment that we saw was a lot of fun, sometimes dinner takes a little longer than you'd expect and because of that we missed a few of the shows we would have liked to see. Plan to go to dinner earlier if you want to make the shows at 8! Overall a supremely lovely experience and I would recommend anyone visit Dreams Jade!

Not worth it at all!
Nightmare! Not worth it at all. May 9th 2026 off season time and 1 hour wait for table at the Asian restaurant. Every night 2 restaurants were closed. The food everywhere was tasteless, even the local buffet all you can eat lunch time for $8.99 is better than the food at this resort. No ramps for kids strollers, servers in bad mood (slow season, not many customers, not much tips), $200 stolen from our room (safe box opened, documents moved to other side, money missing - of course the management didn’t do anything, only saying the safe box wasn’t open, no cameras in the hallways, so it is your word against their, and they are right), pool towels smelled bad, pool bar closes and the waiters are pouring the leftover drinks to the grass and collecting the cups in big trash bags —— disgusting! We stayed there for 9 nights, even if they offer me another 9 nights completely free We WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE!!! This feedback professional and objective former restaurant manager, not from someone in bad mood! Stay away, there are much more better places in this area.

Just keeps getting more impressive!!
Dreams Jade continues to impress.. This was our 21 st stay at Jade and we are looking forward to 22. From the moment Roberto greeted us in the Preferred lounge we knew were home. It is 100 % the staff that makes a vacation special. A special thank you to the entire team. The Pref Pool staff kept us well hydrated and comfortable. Eduardo, Angel, Idol, Melvin, Francisco, and Jesus, THANK YOU!! Amazing food, especially at Spice prepared by Chef Luis and Mercure served by Eduardo. Michelle at the Time Out bar took care of us every evening. Caroline in the pref lounge made our espresso martinis before dinner. Roberto and his team make every single guest feel special and tends to every request. Every single evening, Paulina, the manager, checked on us to make sure everything was going perfect, and it was!! Thank you all. We are already planning our return!
