I cannot rate my experience high enough. This was probably the last big holiday I will have as I have terminal cancer and my experience was amazing. We wete given an upgrade to one of the pent house suites and I loved the experience. Martin was our original concierge contact and he could not do enough for us. He checked in on us everyday to see if there was anything we needed or could do for us. He introduced us to his boss (who's name I have forgotten) and he was so helpful too. All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your holiday memorable. It was out of season and pretty quiet, so not sure how it would be with the hotel at full capacity, but im sure the experience would be just as enjoyable. I would defo recommend and go back to this resort.

We had our wedding at Dreams Jade on May 22, 2026 -- and WOW! Dreams Jade truly has the DREAM TEAM. From organizing our wedding months in advance with our wedding coordinator, Itzel Hurtado, to having the most perfect wedding the day of, was everything that we could have asked for and more!! Itzel was kind, patient, and her calm demeanor helped ease the stress! She was the perfect match for us and our wedding could not have been this amazing without her!! She is truly a gem, and all of our guests loved her too! I loved that the whole staff took their job seriously and you could tell they all enjoyed working together. They also treated you like a human first, rather than a number, and each one of our guests felt seen! Thank you to Fernanda (wedding manager) who was able to accommodate our guests' dietary needs throughout our whole stay! She was able to get VEGAN burgers on the menu at all the restaurants including the buffet and in-room service!! This was much appreciated by everyone and this level of attention & care for each guest made me value the level of service. Chef Joaquin Perera is a legend. Him and Chef Gabriel executed the BEST vegan cake I have ever tried! Our wedding cake was moist and light, unlike many vegan cakes! It was well loved by everyone, and many didn't believe it was vegan! Chef Joaquin catered to ours and our guests' needs with such creativity and ease - and we cannot thank him enough!! Not only did he make sure that we were good at any restaurant that we were dining at, he also made our last night dinner special with a surprise vegan dessert with a fire show and frozen flower petals dipped in liquid nitrogen!! Thank you to David from Tamarindo, who never says no and always finds an option for you! He is always accommodating from making space for our large group to finding a way to get vegan options on the menu. A special shoutout to Fernanda & Eduardo (from Mercure and our waiters during our wedding), Maggie (from Adventure Photos), Sylvia (from the Spa), Paulina (assistant manager), and from the buffet: Juan, Ronaldo, Leo, Jonathan, Jesus. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with MJ from the Preferred Club. At check-in, she mentioned that she would be our 'butler' and assist with dinner reservations, and other accommodations throughout our stay, but proved to be no help at all. For example, she made promises such as she would help us make our last night special by accommodating a dinner reservation for all of our guests. On the last day, not only did she say she can only probably fit a 3rd of our guests, and then ignore subsequent inquiries, but after further inspection; the restaurant in question was actually scheduled to be closed that day, and was not made aware of any accommodation request. We found this out through another staff member, no response from MJ. This, in combination with other instances with her, was unfortunately the only downside of our experience at Dreams Jade. However, the impeccable service from the rest of the staff really diluted that one poor experience. Thank you to everyone who made our stay and our wedding a Dream come true! We will be back <3

What a place this is! From the moment we arrived, the service at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa was exceptional. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. I genuinely cannot fault either the hotel or its incredible staff. A special mention must go to Pablo and Calix at the bar. They provided the best service I’ve ever received. Their attention to detail, speedy refills, and warm, genuine smiles made every day special. No one does it quite like they do! An extra shout-out to Pablo – we’re honestly coming back mainly because of you. Thank you for everything; we will miss you so much! Francisco was always there each morning with a cheerful greeting and a friendly smile. My mornings won’t be the same without you – such a genuinely sweet person. Hector at the Bar Grill was fantastic – an amazing man who always made us feel welcome. Neftaly at Spice Restaurant was incredibly attentive and delivered outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Leo, Edwin, and Jesus at Carnival International were an amazing team. Leo, in particular, is second to none. The level of customer service they provide is truly outstanding and made every visit memorable. A huge thank you to Alejandra for her exceptional service and warm welcomes every day. She went above and beyond to make our relaxing days even more enjoyable, and we are so grateful. Eduardo was always ready with a smile, a chat, and great advice on places to visit and things to do. His recommendations were invaluable. Thank you to everyone for making our two-week stay so exceptional. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but Dreams Jade Resort & Spa is something truly special. Every member of staff was wonderful, but those mentioned above will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can’t wait to return! What a place this is!
