Room was great we didnt spend much time in it! Bathroom was amazing, his and hers sinks, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Seaweed is terrible this time of year so we spent all our time at the pools.

Great family time at this beautiful property!
This is a beautiful property and I would recommend it to everyone. I visited with my brother to celebrate his birthday and we had a really awesome time. Special mention to Gabriela at the concierge who was super super helpful in ensuring we had a lovely overall experience. There some hick ups initially related to the room type confusion however it was resolved soon. Also calling out the great hospitality of the entire staff including the ones at Carnival, social thanks to Emilio! Thanks much and we would love to visit again!

The best family trip ever
We just had an incredible family vacation at Dreams Jade, and we can't say enough good things about our stay! We traveled as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids ages 6, 3 and 1), and from the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The highlight of every morning was breakfast, thanks to Edwin, Lourdes, Jonathan, and Jose. They took amazing care of our family every single day, remembered our favorite drinks, were so kind and attentive to our kids, and always greeted us with a smile. They truly made us feel like family and started each day off perfectly. The pools were beautiful, the bartenders were fantastic, the food was delicious, and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The resort was clean, relaxing, and offered plenty to keep both adults and kids happy. We made so many wonderful memories here and are already talking about coming back. Thank you, Dreams Jade, and especially Edwin, Lourdes, Jonathan, and Jose, for making our family's vacation one we'll never forget! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway.
