FERNANDO ROCKS!
Had dinner on our first night at the resort. We went to Tamarindo and were blown away by our server’s friendliness attitude. His name is FERNANDO! He was very funny, engaging, kind and has a great personality! Will definitely go back there before we leave and would love to be waited on by Fernando again!!!! Fernando ROCKS!!!!

Dreams was a Dream
What a dream was Dreams Resort and Spa. The view from our room was stunning and we loved the indoor jetted tub in the bathroom. The pool was picturesque and we even upgraded to the Preferred pool which was adults only for a few days. The pool cabana boys kept the drinks flowing and the fish tacos were amazing. The restaurants were all first come first serve but we never had a problem getting a table. Our favourite was the Asian restaurant Spice where we had the miso glazed salmon and pad Thai. We even had a special 5 course gold menu meal on the beach. Special shout out goes to our favourite bellboy Fernando Ramos who took very good care of us and was especially attentive to my accessibility needs. We won't soon forget the wonderful 5 Star experience we had at Dreams and can't wait to go back!

Friendly and attentive staff that were responsive to our needs. Like to give a shout out to Lourdes, a staff member at the buffet that was very attentive and caring and that's the kind of employee that provides the unexpected value added factor. She will be the one person that will remain top of mind as we share our vacation experience with our family and friends in the future.

Lovely grounds, clean rooms,good food.
Breakfast at Mercure and lunch at Castaways; Karen the hostess, Antonio and Jaun severed us most mornings and lunch and did an excellent job. On the beach; Misael kept our drinks replenished and was always happy to chat with a smile and laugh. Fernando at CinCin as well as Tamarindo was very attentive and helpful Alberto at Mercure and Tamarindo Ricardo at Tamarindo made for one of our best experiences dinner at the Jade Not to be forgotten, Oscar at the mixology lobby bar made amazing drinks and made us feel welcomed Unfortunately, I neglected to write down his name but there was also a young man at the preferred lounge (around 5pm most days we were there) that was great!
