Stunning hotel. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained, staff was terrific, and food was delicious.
We went as a family (6 adults and one 7 year old child) from December 26/25-Jan 2/26. I’d give this resort a 9.8/10. The only reason it’s not a 10/10 is that the shower didn’t have a handheld head (there was one in the jet tub though); and the beach at the regular side of the resort wasn’t really swimmable as it was very rocky. Easily rectified by walking to the premium side beach where there was a calm, clear and shallow beach. The staff were all amazing. The grounds are stunning and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, well-kept and had air conditioning that worked almost too well. The food and staff at the restaurants were phenomenal. Special shoutout to Jaime at the Italian restaurant for going above and beyond for our family dinner. Lots of wildlife including different fish, lots of crabs, many birds including pelicans, coatis, raccoons, various lizards and butterflies. Any photos posted do not have filters. It was just that beautiful.

Relaxing Vacation
We had a wonderful stay here. First plus is that its is only about a 30min drive from the Cancun Airport. Very beautiful and serene surroundings. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool concierge Melvin was amazing. He works extremely hard and non-stop to make sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying their time here. We greatly appreciated it! Pool servers Carlos and Eider also provided excellent service. Carlos would remember what we ordered and the time to wait for drinks I felt was appropriate. I would also like to say our housekeeper Lourdes made sure our room was well stocked and clean a comfortable place to stay. The price is on par with the amenities and service provided. We will definitely return again!

Melvin is awesome!
Melvin, the Preferred Pool Concierge at Dreams Jade, has been absolutely amazing. From day one, he went above and beyond to ensure our day was exceptional. He was incredibly attentive to our wants/needs, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day at the pool. His attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care were truly second to none. Melvin is awesome and made our experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Relaxation at its best!
We enjoyed a week of relaxation at Jade. Melvin, the pool concierge, went above and beyond every day to make sure we had everything we needed! He helped make the week enjoyable!

Miguel the habachi chef was excellent and made excellent food his show was well preformed and he is very experienced at his craft
