Really nice resort
The location was about a half hour drive from the airport, including a couple other stops on the way. We did enjoy the atmosphere of the resort. It was very clean. It was always something going on if you looked for something to do. Our first room had a little bit of problems with the air-conditioning and they tried to fix it, but it didn’t happen so they did move us to an older room that was a little dated. However, the room was clean. Overall this was a good resort with good service and really good food.

Fantastic experience and concierge!
We had a wonderful time staying here! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The concierge, Martín, was especially fantastic! He worked closely with my now fiancée to plan a dream proposal. He put in a lot of effort and time to make the magic happen, even going as far as to have multiple surprises like champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us in our room. He is truly amazing and is a huge reason our stay was as amazing as it was and that my fiancée was able to plan such an extravagant proposal. I really cannot over state how great he was! The food is also very delicious and the spa is a must! The views are beautiful and the rooms were very nice! The staff are all very attentive as well and go out of their ways to make sure you are happy and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this resort!

Our experience at the resort was overall amazing! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable,
Roberto was absolutely amazing during our stay! He was always there to help with anything we needed and constantly kept an eye out for us to make sure everything was taken care of. He even helped reserve our spots at restaurants, which made our stay so much easier and stress-free. His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. We truly appreciated everything he did for us and would definitely recommend him to anyone staying at the resort!

Excellent
Saul from the Entertainment Team was excellent. We’ve had so much fun but when we wanted it. The bike ride was fab. The boys loved the beach volley ball. People like Saul really make the difference between a good holiday and a great one. Thank you Saul
