A great family vacation experience
Just incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. The food was delicious at all the restaurants and the buffet. The pools were clean, the beach was right there, the entertainment was good each night. The kids club was beloved by my two (7&5), and clearly was a well-thought-out enterprise. A highlight for my wife and I were the daily dance lessons by Alex (Alejandra)! She was friendly, and a great teacher - Alex I promise to try and keep up the dancing back home!

One of my most memorable trips to Mexico!
A special shout out to our travel agency "Dream Makers Vacation Services", Michael McHugh in particular, for making our travel arrangements as smooth as possible once again! Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa proved to be an ideal family place for a vacation! The rooms, the entertainment and staff were fantastic! I traveled with my 2 children and we all found many activities to do throughout the day. I want to give a special shout out to the following staff members: Jose Colin (from the entertainment staff), who was super friendly, fun and made everyone feel special, Alex from the serving staff, who also made our experience very special and Clever (a fantastic and knowledgable bartender). Thank you!

Non stop activities for everyone!!
The entertainment teams is great!! You can start the day with Yoga, Zumba, beach volleyball, and water aerobics, cooking class, pool volleyball, and more beach volleyball. Non stop activities. Team members Kevin, Uzzy, and Erik are great! The beach is really great. Highly recommend the preferred club and coffee shop. Overall the food is ok. The buffet doesn’t have many options if you are a picky eater.

The best spring break a girl could ask for.
I had such an amazing time and the entertainment team was such a blast. It feels like I have life long best friends even if we don’t see each other. Especially Kevin and Uzzy they made everything better. No matter the activity I could count on them to match my energy.

Great place to relax
Great oasis by the ocean! Well-maintained property, clean, and super friendly with accommodating staff. Alejandra and all the entertainment staff were so welcoming and genuine. Food at the restaurants was really good as well, with the coffee shop being my favorite! The staff at the coffee shop were all the best too.
