Wonderful family trip experience. The staff truly made this one of our most enjoyable family vacation. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and wanted to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed all the restaurants, had fun at the karaoke bar and had fun with bartenders! This was our second visit to this resort and I’m sure we will return again.

I regret booking a 10-day stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun. Our experience was far from the "luxury" and "hospitality" we were promised. Food: The dining options were incredibly disappointing. Most meals were bland, repetitive, and lacked freshness. The buffet felt like leftovers were being recycled daily, and even the specialty restaurants failed to deliver quality dishes. Staff: The service was shockingly inconsistent. Some staff members seemed indifferent or annoyed when approached for assistance. Requests were often ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to fulfill, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Drinks: The drinks were watered down and lacked any flavor. Cocktails tasted artificial, and the "premium" alcohol they advertised seemed nonexistent. Even basic requests like cold water took forever to arrive. Overall, Dreams Riviera Cancun fell flat in every category. For the price we paid, we expected far better. I would not recommend this resort and will not be returning. Save your money and look elsewhere for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed for 10 days and hosted our wedding at Dreams Rivera Cancun and I would 100% recommend! The staff, amenities & resort are spectacular! All of our guests were raving about how impressed they were with their visit and experience! We are so happy we decided to have our destination wedding here!

I loved the comfort of the beds and the size of the shower. The service was outstanding but the food could have included more seafood such as crab, oysters, and fried shrimp and fish. Also, being in Mexico there didn’t seem to be good Mexican plates like red or green enchiladas. Some flautas and tacos with good tortilla chips and salsas seemed to be non available. This is my first time here so maybe I didn’t see it somewhere on the property. Overall I was very pleased with my visit and look forward to going again in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The service was excellent all around. Ernesto the bird whistler is top notch at the beach preferred club area. He whistles like a bird to let you know he is there to serve you. Sofia is also excellent. The entire staff were superb. Enrique at the rendezvous bar was excellent. I cant remember everyone's name but hands down to all of them. They work so hard to keep guests happy. The food was good everywhere we ate. We never had one bad meal. I loved the honeycomb with honey dripping out fresh at the buffet for breakfast. The Teppanyaki table was probably the best meal we had. Except the only the thing I would change is the big flame they make while cooking. The fire should be toned down a bit. Seaside Grill had excellent steaks. I had the ribeye and been from Alberta I am very picky with steaks. The rooms were very clean. We had preferred club rooms 1250, 1249, 1248, 1251 and 1550. Julietta cleaned our rooms daily and she did a 5 star job. Also if you leave a note in your fridge with drinks that you want with some cash Johan will keep you well stocked daily. The beds were pretty firm if you like firm beds. The preferred club is very nice to have access to. Its a quiet place to relax have some food and premium cocktails. See you in 5 minutes. We rented a day bed in the preferred club area and it was so nice to just relax and lay around. Sofia did a fantastic job serving us all day. The beach was nice and my favorite place to hang out. It was quite, the ocean was very warm and the service from Ernesto was top notch. It was very windy so there was some seaweed but the staff cleaned it up when mother nature permitted. I don't mind the seaweed on the beach. Its really no big deal. The pools were very clean and the the activities were plentiful. They have excellent grilled food most days that rival my campfire cooking. Very good! I am not sure why people give this resort bad reviews? We have travelled to many resorts and this is one of our favorites. We have stayed here 3 times now and we'll be back again. Thank you for the exceptional stay. Highly recommended.
