Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

My experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the room was beautiful. It was my partner‘s birthday so I reached out to Vidal in concierge services and he decorated the room with minimal information from me. The staff was very inviting. they always remembered us by name Even the staff that didn’t come in direct contact with us always greeted us with a warm hello. Again, I cannot brag about Vidal enough. Everything was so smooth because of his efforts he went above and beyond for us. Also, upon arrival into the room was cake and champagne for my partner’s birthday outstanding!

Wow! Dreams Riviera Cancún was just lovely! So many activities, great food, and accommodating customer service. My husband and I took our 4 kids (ages 3,6, 9 and 11). They loved the Explorers Club so much that we went to pick them up twice and they begged to stay. Vero, Andrea, Ale, Yareth, Mariely and Fatima were great with kids and so so sweet! We will visit again!!! Thank you everyone!

Took an awesome Spanish lesson with Uzzi. Lots of laughs and a little bit of Spanish. He was very engaging and very inviting. As someone who knew no Spanish, I was right at home with other guests! I know all the important phrases like how to ask for a beer and ask peoples' names. Great guy! Brrrrru!

This resort is beautiful. From the well manicured grounds, to the raked beach and infinity pool this resort delivers a very relaxing, clean and enjoyable vacation. Recently travelled with family for 60th birthday (3 rooms) and the only complaint that we had was that some of of rooms refrigerators were not stocked daily. Told the concierge/UVC rep and it was quickly resolved. The only other issue noticed upon arrival is that the kids water park is front and center as you enter the pool area - this should be off to the side in my opinion. Other than that, there are good selections of spirits (make sure you ask for them specifically), restaurants are good and staff is amazing. I highly recommend this resort - it's our 3rd time here and it never disappoints.

Everything was amazing. Food was great, the resort was beautiful! Definitely recommend the swim out suite with the jacuzzi tub! The service was also amazing. We had a really good time. The only restaurant that I would say we did not enjoy would have been the French adults only restaurant but everything else was great!
