Awesome resort
Great resort. Very family friendly. Service was top notch. Food was really good and the rooms were clean. I only wished the beds were queen and not double. Hard to share with kids as they get older.

Minor changes could make this more appeasing
Great stay overall except for minor things. The bars gave us watered down shots, most of the drinks we requested were not made properly and they close very early. The buffet staff were kind of rude but other than that, the stay was really great

Family vacation was not what we expected
I didn’t feel preferred ever since the membership is now bought from Hyatt.Too many long lines to wait for food also all the beds taken early .

Other the the food quality in El Patio (don’t order steak) and the hamburgers (couldn’t determine the type of meat used) the resort and service will suit your family needs.

Glorious location for a Wedding
Stayed for 2 weeks for my daughter's wedding. Wedding staff were amazing and the day went smoothly, thanks Annabel. The guys at the beach were amazing too, thanks to Martin, Santiago and Cruz. Shout out to Paulina at the Preferred Club breakfast too for all the food recommendations 😉
