A+++. Stayed here for 11 days from January 11 to 22nd.. Excellent food and service. Very nice beach with fine sand and always someone coming around for your drink orders. A la cartes except for one were 1st come 1st serve which was nice .We tried the Italian , Asian and French. French was my favorite with Filet Mignon and shrimp. Buffets had a wide selection of food so even the picky foodies could find something to eat, with a selection of seafood as well. Overall have no complaints about this resort. Rooms were clean and newer design. Maids did an excellent job of cleaning them. Gloria you did a great job. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is adding more cabanas at the beach. There is plenty of seating by the pool but if you want something by the beach you need to get up early to save one. Also a kids pool with 3 slides as well. I would have no problem recommending this resort to anyone. Dreams Saphire thanks for 11 great days

Very nice resort! Staff were amazing, and very friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good, we always found something delicious to eat. We really liked bartenders Marco and David in the swim up bar pool. The shows were ok, we didn't stay to watch a lot of them. Overall we liked it, it was about 20 minutes from airport and easy to get to and start our vacation right away! We arrived before 11am. They stored our luggage and told us where we could change (we are from Michigan, so dressed warmer than we needed to be!). Our room was ready at 3pm. We were in building 10. Our room was clean and cool. This was our first Dreams resort, but we have been to this area 10+ times in the past 20 years.

We visited the Dreams Sapphire Spa and Resort to host our wedding in January of 25. I cannot express how amazing everything was and how it was handled. It was truly a stress free experience made mostly by Lourdes (Lulu). She was unfazed by unexpected weather and handled everything professionally and calmly. Ensuring myself and my wife had our dream come true no matter what! Our reception team was fantastic as well Daniel, Diana, Dania & Gabriel all made sure the guests had a blast and everything stayed on track. We were never kept waiting for drinks or service the entire night. We added a Photo Booth which was a huge hit with our guests! The resort itself was gorgeous and felt large in a sense where me and my wife could sneak away but small where no one was ever to far from each other. We had guest aging from 7 to 80 and everyone was able to find fun and enjoyment throughout! Special shout out to Marco the pool bartender who was the absolute best time and ensured no ones drink ran dry!

Staff were friendly and attentive. Food in the buffet was good. Meals in the restaurants were delicious. Housekeeping was impeccable, grounds were well looked after. Entertainment team was great, Nightly shows were fun. My only small complaint is the food stains on the upholstery in the main buffet area. I get that it is hard to keep chairs clean with small children dining. They need a better choice of fabric. if not for that one issue I would have given Dream Sapphire top marks! I would go again!

I just got back from an unforgettable experience at Dreams Resort for our wedding, and I have so many thoughts! If you’re here because you’re planning a wedding—stop searching and BOOK IT NOW. If you’re here for a general resort experience, I'll be posting that separately. Wedding – 10/10, A++++, 1000000%, Absolute Perfection! Where do I even begin? Our wedding was absolutely amazing, and I owe it all to the incredible Lulu (Lourdes Bustamante) and her team. If anyone from Hyatt is reading this—give her a raise because she made magic happen. We went with the Beyond Memorable package, which included both a private welcome dinner and our reception on Vista del Mar. Throughout the entire planning process, Lulu was a dream to work with—organized, responsive, firm when needed, and generous where she could be. She kept me on track with detailed questionnaires, catalogs, vendor lists, budgets, and timelines. Even though I asked a million questions (literally), she was always patient and proactive, often sending me visual examples to ensure we were aligned. Our planning window was only four months, but she made it feel like we had been preparing for longer than that. I was a little worried being that it'd be the first wedding of the year, and staff/people may have been coming back from vacation and still recovering but everything came together beautifully. If there were any problems, I didn't even know about it and neither did our guests. During the events, Lulu was everywhere, making sure things went off without a hitch. I had to make some budget cuts, but she surprised me with little extra touches—bigger flowers, nicer plates, etc. I could not be more grateful. The service during the wedding was top-notch. The same staff worked both nights (welcome dinner & reception), and they constantly checked on us, our parents, and our guests. They made sure we always had food, drinks, and comfort—which, as the wedding couple, is something you usually don’t get to enjoy! Special shoutouts to: Waiters: Dania, Gabriel, Daniel Capitan: Agustín If you’re considering a destination wedding at Dreams—DO IT. I have zero regrets. Actually the only regret was that im not made of money, otherwise i would have taken advantage of even more events across the various locations they have on the resort.
