Preferred Club Every Time is a Must!
Stunning views, pool outside the sliding glass doors of our room. Beautiful and stunning rooftop with Champagne and Drinks carts, live saxophone, wonderful drinks. Sushi at the rooftop restaurant, absolutely delicious. The service at the restaurants and everywhere was outstanding. The beach was clean and beautiful. Walked along and found the beach front bar with the swings. so cute. Was a wonderful experience and would definitely be back. Loved my experience and would go back 100%

Paradise Lost....
The preferred club adult pool used to be a pleasant oasis, quiet and a great place to meet and chat with folks from all over. But has now become an adult party pool where you need good noise cancelling headphones to be able to read a book. PLEASE leave your bluetooth speakers at home! Servers there were excellent. (The staff at the resort were all really good). Dirty room needs more attention to detail. Third time here was not the charm...

Amazing pool bar
David and Marco are amazing at the swim up bar, asked for dealers choice drink (they chose) and was put onto the passionfruit mezcalita with melon after being given different tequila and mezcal to try. Awesome atmosphere in the pool only wish they were open past 5pm!

Excellent stay
Very comfortable beds, great service and great resort. Beach is nice, not many options for smokers but not such a bad thing. Resort is generally very clean, staff are on top of empty cups/cans and what not. Super friendly staff, 24 hour room service is a nice bonus. Loved dreams sapphire and will definitely consider staying at one of their many locations.

Great resort, had an amazing time with group of girlfriends
Really enjoyed this resort. Visited with a group of girlfriends with preferred level. Definitely recommend for access to the adult-only pool and the preferred lounge. The bartender José at this pool was amazing. The main pool was beautiful but very loud and a lot of family noise by times. The lounge/bar area off this pool was a fantastic area and near the coffee and smoothie bars. The buffet was nice. Out of the sun, spacious, clean and air conditioned. The Blue Water Grill was amazing, including the breakfast. The other restaurants were good, the French one was our favourite. The staff everywhere were amazing. Would love to bring my family back here. The one negative - DO NOT make any arrangements (transportation or excursions) with the on-site Sunwing rep Amy. Plans did not complete properly and she was not familiar with the recommended excursion at all.
