Hilton Cancun, an All Inclusive Resort

Lifelong traveler and I’ve been all over the world. This is an exceptional resort. People like David and. Victor are incredible. Pedro from the poolside area and Georgina from the brunch area are all amazingly kind and attentive. Their level of caring is exceptional. At one point my friend and I had not ordered drinks and Pedro noticed and brought us special drinks. Because they’re so kind all the guests are in a relaxed and happy mood and this affects when you’re walking around. The food quality is wonderful. The fruit is fresh and the chicken is freshly grilled and you can tell it was not frozen. The staff and the food are incredible. My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it really elevated the idea of an all inclusive in our eyes and it will be hard to match our experience at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive.

Facilities are great Food is decent. Margaritas are bad Kiddy pool is super nice Rooms are updated and cleaned every day. Restaurant options are good and easy go get a rsv Ladies working at kids club are super friendly and attentive. I recommend +++

Great stay! The servers were great especially David Leo and Daphne. I loved the salsa lessons from Gustavo as well!! Overall great stay but I wish there were more restaurant options. I enjoyed La Luce the most. The steak at the steakhouse Auma was not good, very dry. Drinks were amazing and the staff by the pool was great, very attentive. Olivia helped me even get an extra umbrella for the sun!

Karla is such a high energy motivator!! She inspired us to participate in some of the poolside activities. Karla is so much fun. She is a great people person, highly organized and definitely management qualified! Great job Karla!! We were lucky to have met you!

We had a great stay at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort during spring break with our three kids under 5. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and had a more intimate, relaxed vibe compared to some of the bigger party resorts. The kids’ pool was perfect for our little ones, and we loved that the restaurants and bars were never crowded. It’s also super close to the airport, which made getting there easy. The only downside was the beach — the water was rough and there was a lot of seaweed, so it wasn’t great for swimming. Huge shoutout to Santos, one of the cocktail servers by the pool, who went above and beyond to take care of us. He made our days by the pool extra special. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this resort for families looking for a kid-friendly, relaxing getaway!
