Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Can not say enough great things about Live Aqua. The staff all go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great time. Martin greeted us right when we arrived and remembered us from our last visit. Johnny is always asking if we need anything before our drinks are finished. He always goes above and beyond.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Live Aqua. We stayed at the Club level and had a beautiful oceanfront view with access to the Aqua Club. Our butler Eladio was great. He was very attentive to our needs and any requests we had. Even when it rained on our last day we still had a blast. We would recommend Live Aqua to anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing vacation!

Amazing service from our butlers Ruddy and Ernesto. They answered every question, made every reservation, and made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. Special shout out to Martin , the friendly face you see when you arrive for always being so happy:) The food was excellent , far above other all inclusives. Our suite was immaculate and the view was stunning. I cannot wait to go back for the 4th time.

Live Aqua lHotel should be at the top of your list as adult only vacation resort for relaxing and luxurious stay. The private reception explerience includes a complimentary refreshing welcome cocktail, met your butlers and set up digital communication with him/ her and that was the greatest things happened to us.Thank you to Stephany and Arturo, our butlers for the incredible job done.The rooms are immaculate and stylish, offering a beautiful and peaceful retreat and the best ocean view.One of the best of Live Aqua is the dining. The food is exceptional, with an impressive options that make it hard to choose. You will be spoiled. Each restaurant has its unique atmosphere and you can find something special to eat.The treasure is MB, great chefs, great food, great vine selection. The staff deserves awards for their friendliness and attentiveness, truly feels like a home.Don’t miss the SPA or massage on the pool. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

We keep returning to this hotel for the great service provided! John in the pool area is always the best and provides exceptional service every single time. Miguel, Hector, Damien, Edouard and David are also fantastic. Chef Willi, Rodolfo and the staff at MB were amazing as well as Adrian at the breakfast buffet. Ashley, Morelia, Maria and Emiliano were also very helpful. This hotel never disappoints and we will continue to return!
