Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

The food at hidden Garden was superb… Not so much at BD‘s. Service everywhere was terrific in general, great service great food, limited pool seating. Our two butlers we’re outstanding. Thanks especially to Romero and Eladio, our two butlers, who catered to our every whim and wish. We especially enjoyed the poolside lunches, which included hotdogs, hamburgers, spareribs, chicken, sausage, all kinds of vegetables and accoutrements. If we were forced to complain about anything, it would be the lack of seating at the pools.

The staff was fantastic. We didn’t have a single negative interaction. The food was also really good for an all inclusive. The pools were nice, the rooms were clean, the beach was perfect. Their spa services were very good, as was the workout facility.

We stayed at the live aqua club 1 bedroom ocean front. We selected this room based on several weeks and videos of research. The check in was smooth as butter. The crew was very attentive, they took us immediately to the 5th floor for check in. All of the food at the restaurants were great, and yes the habanero soup is definitely worth the hype! Thank you to David, Taylor, and everyone else we got to meet. The pools are awesome, the cabanas are a must ( even if you have to pay for them). I enjoyed the crafts at 11 and we enjoyed all the food options. If you can book through Costco do so! Also, we averaged the amount it costs to pay for a cabana compared to if you booked a suite which includes the cabanas. We met a lot of people who travel there often. Guillermo at the aqua club lounge was amazing!

We just returned home from a 4 night, 5 day visit with six other couples; wives/friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The trip was incredible! From the beautiful scenic view and rooms, to the friendly atmosphere and staff, and great food, etc. Plus a special shout out to Ricky, who was such fun entertainment at the pool with water aerobics to bingo! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Live Aqua. 🌴☀️

I’ve been to Love Aqua 5 times in the past 3 years. They are consistently great! Jose makes the best chicken ever - a daily must by the pool! The rooms are very nice and the facilities are always clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
