The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort

Royal Cancun is a fabulous resort in all aspects. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable & everything is kept very clean & beautiful. The setting is gorgeous with lots of beach area & two pools. There are many daily activities available. The casual, homey atmosphere keeps us coming back every year!

We loved our stay at the Royal Cancun! This was our first time in Cancun. I read a lot of reviews and settled on the Royal Cancun because it was described as quiet, clean and family-friendly. It met and exceeded my expectations! The rooms and grounds were immaculate! Daily housekeeping was provided and the beds were fresh and super comfortable. We loved the 2 bedroom villa for our family of 5 because we could all spread out. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive! Corina in the Kids Zone was wonderful and our kids loved the activities and crafts. Marcelino offered scuba lessons for our boys in the pool and was very helpful and skilled. One caveat- we didn't enjoy the high pressure from our concierge to commit to a sales presentation for a time share. We had to decline multiple times. Finally, our concierge relented and left us alone. The food was good! Utilize the omlette station for breakfast and order off the menu if you don't like the buffet. We recommend booking dinner at the restaurants at the Royal Cancun and the Royal Sands (sister property). Our favorites were the steak at the Club Bistro and the sushi at the Sports Bar. The poolside grill was also good! You can take the shuttle between the two properties. We found it a very smooth and timely process. The massage at the Royal Sands was wonderful! Betsy was incredible! Dylan Daniel, concierge at the Royal Sands, went out of his way to help us get dinner reservations. His service was 5 star! Overall, it was a fantastic family vacation and we will definitely be back!

Me and my husband went fishing this morning and brought some red snapper back to the hotel. Chef Arturo cooked us the most delicious meal it was beyond our expectations. He made us a fantastic table side ceviche, followed by a fish head soup finished with grilled fillet and breaded fish tacos. The presentation was wonderful and our meal was absolutely excellent. Thank you Chef Arturo for making our dinner so amazing.

Such an awesome family friendly experience at the resort. Vera and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to my homie "Carlos" who was assigned to us and provided a fun-filled experience. Carlos we appreciate you. You did an awesome job engaging and setting up appointments for our family. Carolina Salazar did a fantastic job with our room maintenance. Thanks so much, Miss Carolina. Olivia and Enrique was very engaging and hospitable. We had a fabulous time and will certainly be back. The food is really great. Please visit the La Trattoria restaurant, great food options. The kids love it there. See you soon Royal Cancun family... Blessings 🙌🏿

This hotel is awesome if you don’t like the nightlife and you’re coming here to really unwind and relax this is the spot if you do come we met this friendly guy name JEREMIAS CHI He was very helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. If you do come here, make sure you seek him out he will help you and guide you the right way if it wasn’t for him I would’ve been lost the staff is all friendly and nice, but he went above and beyond thank you to this wonderful man.
