The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort

Very nice resort. Renaldo is by far the best bellman in the world. Pools are very nice. Grounds are very nice. Rooms were very nice. Close to many very good dining options. Beach is just so so. Did I mention Renaldo, the best bellman in the world?

Great stay at the Royal Cancun and Royal Sands. We did one week of all inclusive out of three week stay. This gave us a chance to try all the restaurants at both resorts. They were all good but The Bistro at the Sands stood out as our favorite. We did the diner theater as well; it was Asian night buffet and the food was good as well as the show.

Loved that there was a kitchen available for the family to cook and save money, close to most items and staff was very friendly, wish there was a jacuzzi and it would have been nice if non alcoholic drinks were included. Overall a nice family friendly place.

The staff is tremendous. The activities are great, as is the staff, Carlos, Alejandro, and Paola. Good is great. The breakfast buffet is outstanding The waiters are very friendly. One of the pool waitresses, Patricia, goes out of her way to help you.

We had an extended stay and loved every minute of it. We take for granted the wonderful job the grounds people do because everything is always manicured, clean, and beautiful. I say "Know Before You Go" because this probably is NOT the resort for people looking for late night entertainment or partying, gourmet food, or waves. But if you want a friendly atmosphere with caring staff, calm water allowing for water activities, restaurants on premises or cooking in your own villa, relaxed atmosphere to meet new people, well maintained pools, 24 hour room service, daily maid service and much more. Also it is smaller than many other resorts so you are always close to everything. We keep returning to Royal Cancun because of the staff and their service. With a dedicated staff we love that we return every year to the same waiters, activity staff, desk clerks, bellboys and management. Hector, Karla, Mykie, angel, Miguel and Daniel always provide great service if we are in The Palapa or La Trattoria. The waiters at the pool, Miriam, Manuel, Alfredo and Patricia always make sure we are well taken care of. And we can't leave out our friendly bartender Pedro. We have also had excellent experiences with the security staff (Pedro and Alberto) and managers (Claudia and Rosa). I can't forget the bellboys (Jeremiah and his crew) who are always there to help with a smile. The concierges (Jorge Alfredo and Alex) never walk by without asking if we need anything. Carlos and the activity team provide lots of fun. Anyone working around the pool are there to help also, especially want to note Alejandra. I am all excited to return again.
