Amazing service
Amazing service!!! Lorenzo and Pedro were amazing! Can’t wait to come back. Such amazing service and wait staff. We were celebrating our 40th birthday girls trip and they were amazing! They brought is birthday cake and birthday shots and made our day so special!

Wonderful staff!
The service here is unmatched. Lorenzo always took amazing care of us! So kind and helpful and sweet! He made us feel special on our birthday and went out of his way to chat with us and remember us and our preferences in food and drink. Would absolutely recommend!!

Wonderful experience.
The place is elegant and the restaurants are good. The room is clean and nice view of the ocean. However, the pool area is very cold and windy. I think the hotel next door is blocking the air flow and it goes down to the pool area. Management should look into how to mitigate the issue.

Sandos (Zango restaurant)
Francisco in the Zango Buffet restaurant was amazing. Every time we sat in his section we wanted for nothing. Super kind and attentive. The food was okay, but the service is superb. we haven't tried the steakhouse yet, so hopefully it will be better than the others.
