Sandos Cancun Luxury Resort

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff treated us like we were a burden, as if they were doing us a favor by being there. One of the workers even had the nerve to ask if I was going to eat again, despite the fact that it’s an all-inclusive resort. The food was incredibly disappointing—exactly the same every day, and they only served pork with no other meat options. The room was also a nightmare, with constant, unbearable noise from the ventilation outside, making it impossible to sleep.. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Came down here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! The room was spectacular, our housekeeper, Monica was amazing! We enjoyed our dinners at Gaijin and Frattinis. We highly recommend they incorporate better options for the buffet for all meals as it was a little troublesome booking at the restaurants requiring reservations. Very limited options at Zango. We enjoyed all the drinks from Bar One and Zango Buffet. Diego and Christian were amazing and make the best frozen mango margaritas!! At the Fiestas party we enjoyed our service and our drinks as well from Bar Two. Our only bad experience was with St. Trop. The bartender with the glasses ignored our drink requests every single time. The drinks he would make were not pleasant or good tasting. He really needs to get mentored on his customer service. He was not very helpful either. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Sandos Cancun.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is absolutely disgusting. No taste doesn’t matter which restaurant you eat at within the resort. I cant believe how terrible the food was! Drinks are watered down and nothing but pure sugar. Also this place seems to attract a much older crowd 50-60+. They did not offer any type of nightlife or entertainment at all. Please save yourself the money and find another resort. These reviews were made obviously by people without a fun bone in their body and they must not have any taste buds.

The resort was really nice, great amenities. Sometimes the service was slow but the service at restaurants was amazing. We loved pedro, he’s so gentle and kind and deserves so much. Overall a slightly dated resort but reception is super helpful. Alicia was AMAZING, best best person ever. She was so helpful, amazing customer service and always understood us and helped us. I love her.

The food was really good I enjoyed the meal I would definitely recommend. The caprese salad was great and I enjoyed the fish. Pedro was also a great server and made sure we had everything that we needed. We would definitely come back again and it’s worth visiting on your trip!
