Beware that there in NO air condition in lobby and restaurants. When you dine in Market Cafe, Dragons, Italian, Piano Bar and bar near market cafe you will sweat while you eat. carry a portable battery fan when you dine there. Hyatt is aware of this and not going to fix it. Rooms are clean and AC works good there. Staff provide exceptional service and very kind (except the bar in front of market cafe and wine tasting event. both the place they serve guests based on their origin & look). Preferred club - not much of a value for the price paid. 12th floor pool and dining in Mediterranean restaurant was the only value. Oili & Market cafe food was very good. Dragon & Italian restaurant - serve worst tasting food. if you are a wine lover you will be disappointed with the house wine (very cheap tasting) and forced to buy the bottle from menu. Don't use BD experience in the hotel for any ride or excursion. check the BD experience review in trip advisor all reviews are 1 star..

Lovely beach front setting to die for. Hotel needs AC upgrade and drainage system clean up. Staff were exceptional and tried to help always. Check in and out was very slow but the concierge was great. Rooms nice and cool, food great, entertainment good bit lobby area is too hot. Please fix the AC. Gym instructor is very helpful. Great service from the very calm gentleman. Bars ran out of Torres brandy which is not great for an all inclusive package, or were the bar staff rationing? Either not good enough. Sea Salt Grill and Dragons restaurant are great for choice and service.

Secrets the Vine is an amazing resort, everyone was so kind and helpful. Beautiful beach, plenty of food choices, resort also provided activities to keep you busy. We had Gabby to help us with check in and to show us around the resort. Gabby made sure to text us each day to make sure we had everything we needed and was enjoying our stay. Gabby also made sure to send us the itinerary for the resort so we wouldn’t miss anything. Gabby was very helpful and friendly. Alberto and Juan at the pool area was absolutely amazing. They were both so friendly and provided great service. They would make sure we were having a good time. Esmeralda was with House cleaning and she made sure our room was picked up and cleaned every single day. Would highly recommend checking out the Italian restaurant we had Moses as our server he did an incredible job making sure our food was correct and got it out very quickly. Omar also did professional pictures, he did an amazing job as well, took multiple so we could select the ones we liked. Made sure we were positioned the correct way and helped us with poses.

My friends and I stayed here 4 days in November and do not recommend it. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with a potent sewage odor coming from the lobby that we were greeted with each time we came down from our room to have breakfast or visit any of the restaurants on site. The restaurants don’t have a working AC so expect to be sweating profusely while at dinner. Additionally, the restaurants will not serve you premium liquor even if you’re part of the Preferred Club, which we were. The only places were the Preferred Club check in area on the 21st floor or the pool on the 12th floor, but only until 6pm. The rooms and overall hotel amenities were subpar and in need of updating/repair.
