My wife and I just returned from a one-week stay at Body Holiday at the end of February, 2025. We had an absolutely marvelous time from when we first stepped on the property until we left. We were greeted at the entry with a very warm welcome and a nice cool drink. We had requested an ocean front room and it did not disappoint us. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our comfortable patio. We had three delicious and ample meals each day of our stay. We had most of our meals in the Cariblue restaurant. We had one lunch at the Wellness Cafe and one very special dinner at the Tao restaurant. The choices of entrées at each meal were exceptional. Breakfast and lunch were very ample themed-buffets. For dinner, there are upgrades for some items, but we always found something we liked on the regular included menu. There is just so much do at the BodyHoliday resort! You can keep busy all day or just sit on the beach and relax if you so desire. I did intro to tennis each morning and enjoyed several runs (albeit rather tiring because of the hills!!) and working out in the gym. I also enjoyed the Wellness Trail each day. My wife did a stretch class each morning followed by personal training with Felix, which she really enjoyed, even though she was worked very hard!! Afternoons were spent relaxing and reading on the beach. The beach never feels crowded. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas that the staff prepares for you. If you want to order something for the beach, you just put up a red flag and a member of the staff will come by to take your order. We had an included treatment each day. The massages we chose were all very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff at the Wellness Center were all so kind and professional. All of the staff at Body Holiday are just wonderful. Each staff member we met was very friendly and helpful and showed real concern for our well-being and enjoyment during our stay. I strongly advise that if it is your first time at BodyHoliday that you take advantage of the tour that is offered each morning in order to get the layout of the resort and restaurants. We will be returning next year for a longer stay.

I have been to the Body Holiday a few times now as I cannot seem to replicate what they offer anywhere else. It’s so relaxing to go there and immerse yourself immediately into the unique atmosphere. The activities offered are wide ranging and expertly run. The treatments are great and the therapists very sweet. I felt this year in particular there was a level of customer service that was very high throughout the resort. The food is varied and very healthy and suits all tastes.

A fantastic all inclusive (food drink, massages and activities) hotel with friendly and helpful staff Had a great booking and pre check in experience from Lesley Charles who is always professional and helpful Lunch at The Wellness cafe is always good and the team led by levoyne is super friendly with nothing too much trouble We loved dinner at Windows and Britney, Marissa and Daniel are such a professional team and the food prepared by chefs Jaide and Jamal is first class We also really love the Asian food at Tao and had lovely service from Darwin (he is always so happy and helpful) and Angelica My favourite is the duck! Treatments at the wellness centre are largely very good but occasionally let down by one or two masseuses who don’t appear as is they want to be there The only things I would call out for improvement are that there used to be three rings in the water and this is now just down to one (buoys have been lost) this really needs sorting for a resort of this size I also think breakfast in Carriblue could be available a little earlier (7am) to allow a more relaxed breakfast before the various activities start (this is apparent as a need, as there are often guests waiting for breakfast before the opening time I would also call out one of the supervisors at Carriblue Shereen? Who one morning spoke to us in the most aggressive fashion when we had chosen a “reserved” table which didn’t have a reserved sign on it (how were we to know?). Despite the few minor niggles would recommend this great resort

Wow! Body Holiday exceeded my expectations. It’s an amazing place and everything is designed for wellbeing. I loved it! I totally see why there are so many return guests (I will become one) as it’s just special. The Wellbeing Cafe was brilliant. Ester in housekeeping was so kind. Frederika at the spa was wonderful. To name a few! Seriously worth every penny on every level. Thank you all!

One experience you cannot miss? Reflexology with Georgia Alexander. This woman is a healer in the truest sense—one touch of your feet, and she knows exactly what’s happening in your body. She doesn’t just diagnose—she fixes things, right then and there. It’s almost supernatural. Georgia is blind, which seems to heighten her ability to feel what others miss. I’ve searched high and low for a reflexologist like her back home, but no one even comes close. She is one of a kind. And just when you think the day couldn't get any better—the night comes alive! Body Holiday doesn’t just offer entertainment; they curate experiences that light up your soul. Imagine dancing under the stars with stunning, insanely talented Lucians who move like poetry in motion. And if you’re lucky, you’ll meet Marquel—the absolute best on the dance floor. His energy?
