Arbey Aguilar was the best part of the visit! He sought our group out daily to be sure we were entertained and comfortable during our stay. Would recommend Secrets solely based on his customer service alone! Would have enjoyed a broader selection of alcohol though, hard seltzer drinkers beware, only beer, wine and liquor at the bars. We were disappointed in that.

This is one of our favorite AIs. Impressions Black Members and have been to 30 resorts. We scuba dive and get picked up right at pier. We booked the ocean front swimout suite. Employees are great! Thwy ate what makes this resort worth it! Food isn't as good as it was our past visits. Many meals were served cold. Coffee was served luke warm. So many challenges. We paid extra to be seated by the pool and see the Mayan show and were told there would be authentic Mayan cuisine. It was just regular resort food served by the pool and all our food was cold. We could have just sat outside the French Restaurant and had the same view and better food without paying extra. The resort has seen some years and needs some love. Our bathroom was missing a door to the toilet area that has been removed and not replaced and a door to the shower that was removed and not replaced. This was an obstacle when it came to shower time. Our room had an AMAYZING view, 3 patios, swim out access and beach front. Its my favorite location as far as room locations go. The employees all work so hard! They get one day off a week, if that! The resort is severely understaffed. The food servers were having a hard time keeping up with the breakfast lunch and dinner rushes. Sometimes there were only 2 servers in each restaurant. The wait times for restaurants can be lengthy. Go eat early and you won't have a problem. Pool towels may or may not be there. There seemed to be a shortage every day. The pools were clean and we had a great time enjoying the activities that the activity director Arbey, had for the guests. He kept the party going and has a very fun vibe. At night we played pool in the preferred club and Jesus, the bartender, made some great drinks. Our housekeeper, Norma, was a very happy lady! She was spot on and kept our room perfect. Stocked us up with plenty of towels and she was always a joy! We will return! But, we will stay in the new Dreams resort next door. If you stay at Dreams you can utilize all 3 resorts. This is one of the best resorts on Cozumel!

Great resort as far as rooms and pools. Food selection is limited and the restaurants do not change menus. Small portions. Drinks were good just seemed watered down. Pools were fun with the slides down to the bar. Beach was rocky but nice. Water was super clear.

Wonderful beach front resort to visit. The restaurants had great food, the pools were clean, and many different activities to stay busy. The activities staff were incredibly friendly, shout out to Arbey Lopez for great charisma! I would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome resort on Cozumel.

1 star resort. Public washrooms filthy and most not working, breakfast buffets filthy as well. Room was marginally ok but bathroom was covered in mold and ceiling was caving in. Restaurant food was good for the most part. Waiters and waitresses were friendly. Preferred club staff were inattentive and rude

Truly a five star place - the resort never seemed crowded and maintained a quiet vibe. The food was outstanding at every meal. I would recommend this resort to anyone at any time without blinking. We will definitely return to this resort.
