I don’t even know where to start with this review - this was simply the hands down best experience we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. It was amazing service from start to finish, fantastic views, amazing food/drinks, and a myriad of free activities ranging from spiritual, wellness, silly, fun, active, etc. Butler service - ask for Omar and Mose! These two took care of our every need and made it a point to stop and check on us whenever we were out and about. We never went without a thing and Mose even organized a lovely birthday surprise for me in my room. Pampered is an understatement. Activities - Rebekah, Jarid and Toby were awesome! We took advantage of soooo many activities, including things I’ve never thought to do like map of your soul painting, sound meditation, huichol art and more. There is also plenty of fun activities to choose from like kayaking, snorkeling, wine tasting and cocktails classes, but my mom and I really appreciated the many cultural and spiritual activities they had that made this feel unlike any other resort we’ve been to. The room - we had an oceanfront jr suite. It was plenty big, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Housekeeping serviced it multiple times a day and we never went without. The rest of the staff - waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, hotel managers etc, all were behind polite. Special shout out to security, the night manager and their onsite medical team for helping me with an issue on our last day. They helped ensure I was ok and with our travel plans as we had to move our flight. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this resort. I know it’s pricier than others, but the service, location, views, food/drink and so many included activity truly make it worth every penny!

This resort was absolutely amazing! 10/10 food was amazing, views amazing, entertainment amazing! Rebecca was the best. She was the best bike tour guide. She also planned other amazing activities for myself and my partner. Truly the best!

The hotel is the best hotel in America . I traveled around the world and this hotel is my favorite . It is locate in Islas mujeres. We went for Saint Valentin . It could not be better. This hotel give the sensation like you are in Maldives island. I went to Joly island too. The food is gorgeous, wonderful . My bottler were amusing David and Martin were exceptional. In my visit I met in the hotel a lot of NBA players. My room was the honey moon ocean front my best suite ever. I will come back with my friend . I live in Miami. This hotel should have 10 points of review . Nothing compare with this hotel. Plenty of bars with excelent drinks. This is 7 stars hotel.

I was lucky enough to visit this amazing resort for 9 days, Jan 26-Feb 4. My husband, Mom , Daughter, Brother and his GF, and myself. We all loved everything about our stay! When we arrived, we met our amazing butler, Omar!! The next day Mose joined and they shared duties for us. (My brother had his own butler) Honestly, I had no idea what to expect when I read that all rooms have butler service...I was a little leery. Let me say, it was wonderful!! The day would begin with a schedule (sent as a text in WHATSAPP) of what restaurants were open that day, where breakfast/lunch/dinner was served, what the entertainment was for the evening, what the forecast was for the day, and what time the various activities would be taking place. (snorkeling, biking, Tequila tasting...things like that) They took care of our dinner reservations every day, and sometimes reminded us so that we could get the time we needed. We would run in to them around the resort and they would always visit with us. Periodically they would seek us out to see what we needed, how are things going. Mose took care of getting us a golf cart for touring the island, and ultimately got us a cart to seat 6 ppl (instead of taking 2 carts) and it was cheaper that way! They would recommend places to eat on the island if we wanted to leave the resort. We snorkeled and paddle boarded and they sign us for that. Mose met us there and took a group picture of us. Honestly it's hard to describe all the things they did for us because it was just such a seamless part of the day. They would be there" just enough". It wasn't ever too much to interact with them. My food choices were always wonderful. Some people (in other reviews) complain that not all restaurants are open all the time, but that didn't bother us at all. It was usually only one that would be closed and then it's open the next night. We wanted to try all of them so we just rotated. The food itself was delicious. I have worked in a restaurant my whole life so I know food, but I'm not fussy. We had the same servers each evening meal. Intentional or coincidence, I don't know, but we loved it because they knew what we liked. Jorge from Unik and Caesar from the steakhouse are 2 I remember for sure, and they gave us the best service. We also loved Eduardo from the coffee shop. We got lattes every morning and he was there most of our days. He remembered our orders and was so friendly. Tony, our hibachi chef, is awesome! Such a fun experience and the food was delicious. The regular sushi menu for us was good but we didn't eat it twice. The hibachi food is DEFINITELY a must. The waterslide isn't open all day, for us there was twice a day that had a designated time. My husband and I did it quite a few times. I thought it was a lot of fun. (if the tide is low it will be closed) We would go 3 times in a row :) Hardly anyone uses it so we always just walked right up to it. In general the resort felt quiet, but we heard they were full. We loved that part...no worries getting a chair at the pool or swim up bar, which we loved. Jonathan made us countless frozen drinks and they were yummy!! Try to stop at the art gallery Nala. It is out the front door to the left, about half a block across the street. Jewelry, art, small pottery type items, all made on the island. The owner, Rickie, is super, and right there is also a restaurant that her husband runs that looks like the food would be incredible but we didn't have the chance to try it. There was a water issue in my Moms/Daughters room, a leak from the room above and there was significant water on the floor for a couple days. I wouldn't say it ruined anything for them, but of course it's not what you want at an expensive resort. Our experience was a 10/10, wholly due to Omar and Mose. I cannot speak highly enough of the two of them. When I think of all they did for us, that WE would've had to do for ourselves had we not had them...well that's just a vacation I'd rather not be on!! ;) I actually had some tears saying goodbye because we just enjoyed them so much. Omar and Mose if you see this, YOU'RE THE BEST!
