The hotel is beautiful and has the most amazing cove with very clear warm sea and lovely soft sand. Loads of staff so never waiting very long for anything. Our room was beautiful and in the adult only section. The food both in the restaurants and buffet was delicious and we had a very romantic night private dining by the sea where the service was fantastic. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is there are no parasols around the adult pool yet loads round the family one, do when the sun beat down there was no shade unless you pad a small fortune for a Bali bed. Otherwise a wonderful resort and would recommend

**If you are sensitive to mold, avoid this hotel** The good: Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views of the ocean, warm weather. Good food at the teppenyaki experience. Most of the employees were friendly. The bad: We paid an extra cost to have the enclave access ( Access to certain restaurants for breakfast etc.) The service at the "Mare" restaurant was very poor and the employees did not seem happy to be there/ we had to ask for drinks/ food we ordered multiple times etc. The mini bar was also never stocked with snacks ( included with enclave) **Something to note ** The rooms have a sensor to sense when you are in the room and when they don't detect movement after a certain period of time your air conditioner turns off. This is very inconvenient and makes for a hot uncomfortable sleep. The ugly: The bathroom wall has a sensor that turns off the fan/ light when you are showering. The lack of ventilation causes the room to smell of mildew, the sheets to feel damp and the ceiling to grow mold They burn trash in the evening, which causes the whole resort to smell of burning trash during dinner time. My experience: When I entered my room the toilet was clogged . The butler we had who was with us told us that it would be resolved. We came back 3 hours later to a still clogged toilet. They finally fixed it around 9am. The overall attitude left me feeling that Hilton does not care about their customers' experience, comfort or health.

Amairi Nolasco at infinity pool was very attentive, polite, and hard working. The facility was Amazing. The manager of entertainment team does not care about the guests wishes. They advertised beach volleyball but only put the net up 3 days out of the week.

Just returned home after a wonderful 2 weeks. I'll start with the negatives and there aren't many. We came to celebrate my 50th, my Husband emailed before we came and he was told there would be something in the room and a banner on the door. I got nothing which was disappointing as I saw loads of rooms with banners. Would be nice if there was somewhere to sit outside on a night on the adult side, there's only the enclave lounge. The adult only buffet should be open on a night. We chose adult only for a reason. Now for the positives. This is a stunning hotel, spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly. We spent most of our days at the adult enclave pool (could be a bit warmer 🤣) or beach, shout out to Evelyn at the pool and Diomedy at the beach. We had breakfast at Mare which was nice. The Italian was our favourite for dinner and the buffet was alot better than we expected. We had a fab time and can understand why people come back time and time again.

Indian food too good . Aftab Alam chef make very tasty Indian food . Good hospitality. Amazing Indian food customization for us. Appreciate the effort. Resort stay also nice , all pool facility and everything too good . Need to plan another vacation plan here . And heard new Indian restaurant coming soon here in this resort
