Hilton La Romana All-Inclusive Adult Resort & Spa Punta Cana

This is our 1st stay at an all inclusive resort and it has been phenomenal. All of the staff are freindly and accommodating. The food that is included ranges from good to great with so many options we will rarely have to eat at the same place twice. So far our favorites are the local restaurant Chinola and the Asian fusion Restaurant Sakura which had fresh sushi, teppenyaki and other options. The pools and beaches are top notch with lots of shade for those who like that. We started our stay here with a large group of about 500 people and the conference rooms and catering was great. The internet was finicky and hard to connect to at times but that is my biggest complaint, and honestly if it wasn't for the conference i wouldn't have noticed. It was probably due to 300 people trying to use it at the same time. Our room was clean and modern with an amazing view the adult pool and the beach. We can even watch the sunset from our balcony. Miguel at the front desk helped us check out and the process was quick and easy. I wish we lived closer so we could visit every year.

I had an amazing time! We stayed in the family resort but were able to go to both as we pleased. The ocean and amenities were second to none! You can have any drink you want at any time! Olga was one of the amazing staff there at the resort. Along with Adrian F, Yuliana and Dauly. Everyday they tended to all our needs and also would hang out with us while they worked! I would highly recommend going here and I will for sure be going again. The drinks were amazing, the food was amazing and the people were even better! I would try to learn a little bit of spanish before going to make it an even better experience!

This was our 8th time here - we love this place and what makes this place so special is the people :) BIG shout out to all the lovely staff who we come back to see every year - See you all on 26th June 2025 again :) Maria & Yuliana & Pablo Picasso & Rene & Diorka & Beadtl & Freddy - these guys are the BEST :) The beach / food and hospitality of Hilton La Romana is Excellente :) See you in the summer :)

We had a great stay here! Mildred and Olga were the best bartenders we’ve ever had! They were personable, remembered us after our first interaction and of course made terrific drinks. They truly made our trip!! We will be back if only to see them :-)

Victor Val was the best! He helped us all out through our entire stay and made sure everything was taken care of. We had some allergies in our group and he made sure there were no issues when we went to meals. We also had a birthday and he arranged a cake for us to celebrate. Thanks Victor!
