Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

The rooms were filthy and bug infested. We paid for butler service, but only saw the butler on the first day of arrival. We had to contact them everyday to inquire about dinner reservations. They never offered to help. No one ever told us about any activities at the resort, how to get to the beach or all the amenities that we had while we were there. We were there to celebrate my birthday and daughter’s graduation. We had to book transportation and any excuse did through Viator. Only on the day before our last day did we find out there was a vendor right outside the resort that we could book tours through. She was really nice and helped us book a great tour on our last day to the North side of the island. Where we were able to go to Pigeon Beach, visit the market and eat at Spinnacles restaurant. Wish we would’ve known about the outside vendor sooner, or even some other activities that were going on at the resort. This was not what we imagined our vacation would be like..

Wasn’t to sure about going to this hotel, but really pleased we did, it was fabulous, staff great all food really nice, had a really nice time, ideal location for us, Hope to return one day,highly recommend,

We had an amazing experience at Zoetry and highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to St Lucia we came here for our honeymoon and we received the best hospitality and customer service. The place really felt like home, all of the staff on the private beach ensured we were always hydrated and cared for. The food was amazing and all of the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion so memorable and special. Thank you to all of the staff for making this such an unforgettable experience. A special thankyou to Ronnie, Jay, Kole, and Sean who really made a positive impact on our time at Zoetry. You all worked so hard, you are always smiling and caring and take such pride in the work that you do!

This is my 2nd trip to Zoetry Marigot Bay! Shout out to Chris, Carleen, Hilda, Andre, Mark, the amazing Concierge team, front desk team, and ALL of the restaurant team! I mean each and every one! Some of the team also worked our sunset cruise and they brought the party with them! Absolutely amazing team throughout!

A beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really go above and beyond. The evening meals were fantastic every night, and the pool with a swim-up bar was a brilliant touch. The staff were attentive and made sure your drink was never empty for long—such a relaxing experience!”
