Sunshine and Nigel were wonderful . If wasn’t for them ‘ we wouldn’t enjoy our stay 🎉 it was a great fay . Starting of the day it was depressive however they made our day . Sunshine and Nigel and Jeanquan was really rice. They’re really nice staff and they deserve a raise 🤪 .

Too many stairs and slopes if you have mobility issues.

The hotel does not honor requests from guests with any mobility issues while assigning rooms even though they are made aware prior to and during check in. To my horror I was allocated a room on the top floor of a building at the top of the slope despite being assured on the phone that they would assign me a room close to amenities. There are no elevators, The transfer carts have not been operational for a year!

The staff was very pleasant, and cordial. The resort is very clean and the food is also good. If you want a quiet place in St Lucia where you can relax and enjoy Beauty of nature, this is definitely the place to stay. Even though the resort is all inclusive, you have options around to complete a whole Caribbean experience

Zoëtry—review of my stay We booked a two-night stay at Zoëtry, expecting a serene and luxurious escape. However, much of our short visit was overshadowed by the time wasted just trying to access our room instead of enjoying the resort’s amenities. Day 1 • Despite clearly stating in the booking notes and at check-in desk that I had knee issues, we were assigned Room #2122 (the furthest building in top floor of the highest slope) and did not receive the key until around 5:30 PM after multiple follow-ups. • A front desk associate escorted us, but we had to climb three flights of stairs, cross the slope, then climb three more—only to discover we were at the wrong building and room. • After a further trek up a slope and three additional flights, we finally reached the correct location, leaving us hot, exhausted, and out of breath. • The room’s bathroom flush and front door light were malfunctioning, and the outdoor lights were not working, rendering the area pitch dark at night (which starts early as sunset is at 6:15pm) and creating a serious safety hazard. • As a senior guest at age 60 with pre-existing knee problems, these challenges were particularly overwhelming, especially given that my mobility issues were explicitly communicated. Day 2 • After additional calls and trips to the front desk, we were finally moved to a ground-floor room (#802) around 6 PM. • Unfortunately, the difficulties accessing Room #2122 meant that most of our precious time was spent resolving these issues rather than enjoying our stay. Overall Experience • While the resort’s lush surroundings and tranquil ambiance have the potential to offer a wonderful retreat, the inefficient room assignment process and inadequate safety measures significantly detracted from the experience. • The resort must improve communication, promptly honor special requests noted during booking and check-in, and ensure that outdoor lighting and room accessibility meet safety standards—especially for senior guests and those with mobility challenges.

Truly some of the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and accommodating! We got to know the staff on a personal level in the short time we were there with them! I would highly recommend anyone considering to stay!
