Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

I had an amazing experience at Zoëtry Bay. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the entire resort was beautiful. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and always willing to help. I especially want to thank Nikole and Kevin for their outstanding hospitality and for making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful and truly made this vacation even more special for me and my now fiancée, whom I proposed to during our stay at the resort. A huge shoutout to Nikole and Kevin for going above and beyond, your kindness and support meant a lot to us. We’re incredibly thankful for such a memorable experience and will definitely be staying at Zoëtry again!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, me and my husband went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday. The location is stunning and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beach was beautiful and was just a short ferry trip across the bay. Ignore the negative reviews, if you’re thinking of booking do it, you won’t be disappointed.

I am local and visited with friends. The staff were dismissive,rude,ignored us at the pool bar while we waited to order. A spa staff even told us we could not access a spa area and pool because "there were guests and we are not allowed". The room was not stocked and there were dirty dishes in the sink. We did meet a very professional staff qho works in the library.

Rating the trip mid-stay to update later. The island and the people are hospitable. The service at Zoetry Marigot Bay was good and staff is attentive for the most part. There are no true hostess stands at the Cove or Hurricane Hole, so wait to get staff’s attention or be seated. Unfortunately, staff is not completely receptive or understanding of allergies. I have explicitly discussed my allergy with all wait staff and still have received dishes with the allergen. It seems wait staff understands, but dishes still return from the kitchen incorrectly. Be vigilant. Be advised the resort also has a significant number of stray cats and multiplying. There have been six or more I have observed during my stay. At least one is pregnant. They know when meal times are and come to tables begging for scraps. They have free reign across the resort. It’s worse on buffet nights as they all came out for dinner like they were paying guests.

I must say I had a good time at zoetry hotel today, was on a day pass with my friends. We when for breakfast and meet Rashida and she was so amazing and helpful she made our breakfast comfortable I must say and we meet parria he was wonderful and sweet at the same time. While enjoying yourself we meet Nigel the bartender he was sweet and nice at the same time. I will be back at zoetry with my friends and family next month, I loved it to the max.
