Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

The location is nice, but if you want the beach, we are in the Bay not the beach. The atmoshpere is nice, everyone was pleasant, I was very pleased with how many of the employees would remember my name. the rooms were beautiful. NOW if you have knee problems, or any trouble with stairs, this could be a concern. There are STAIRS and more STAIRS. Flights and flights. I walked up (down) 53 stairs each time I had to go to my room, with Osteoarthritis-torn menicus in both knees. My knees were hruting so bad by day 3, I was limping. BUT the view of the Bay from the junior suite was beautiful! I liked that by bedtime my bed was turned down with cookies and a fresh water. My room was in front of the pool, but I could not really hear that much noise. Service was great! Everyone is pleasant! Well the pool closes early (6pm). The stocked fridge was great, but no microwave. HBO was free, I had a robe and houseshoes, and I loved the balcony with the table and chairs.

Went to Zoetry to just decompress and relax. Didn’t leave the resort. All the staff was extremely nice however, Alison went above and beyond to make the stay feel so welcoming. She’s is amazing!!!! I would go back just for her! If you get the chance to do the rum experience, Karla is very knowledgeable!! I was excited she had my Bacardi! Thanks Karla!

Stay so far is good. The room was clean and big enough for 2. The bathroom is pretty good but a little outdated. The hotel grounds are well kept. There’s an optic for people to visit the hotel for the day which didn’t crowd the hotel but there’s no changing facilities for said guests. I encountered a nude male in the bathroom close to the pool and at another time that same day the bathroom was locked and whoever was inside said it was occupied. The food was good. The staff very friendly.

Very tired hotel (to the point that we actually put a foot clean through the rotten floorboards on our veranda). There is a wildly frustrating butler team that follows you around the hotel, inserting themselves into situations you don't want them to, and then messing it up. They kept offering things to my kids and then not delivering them, giving me a headache to manage and also tell you they have booked restaurants etc when they haven't leaving you without dinner options. Information about what the hotel offers if poor to the point we couldn't find or do any of the activities.

I had an amazing experience at Zoëtry Bay. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the entire resort was beautiful. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and always willing to help. I especially want to thank Nikole and Kevin for their outstanding hospitality and for making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful and truly made this vacation even more special for me and my now fiancée, whom I proposed to during our stay at the resort. A huge shoutout to Nikole and Kevin for going above and beyond, your kindness and support meant a lot to us. We’re incredibly thankful for such a memorable experience and will definitely be staying at Zoëtry again!
