Superb, serene location with amazing harbor views. The resort is located almost midway between the North and South of the island, making it perfect to enjoy shopping, beaches, zip line experiences, Sulphur Spring without hassel. Excellent customer service. The entertainer for the evening was truly a class act.

The location is beautiful. Right in the middle of the bay with picturesque views. I’m sure not every room is without WiFi, but ours was in 305. We mentioned it several times to staff and nothing changed. This missing component halted communication and planning for excursions and other opportunities to get off the property without heavy data fees being incurred. The food was not great which is a pity while on an all inclusive resort. The alcohol was watered down with no top shelf options. Wish there was more variety of food options and better drinks. The spa was entirely too expensive to experience even with the credits we had. The resort tells you how you can spend the credits. The steakhouse was closed on Wednesday which was the only day we had to try it. The staff were friendly and room service and housekeeping were good experiences.

We throughly enjoyed our stay this past week while celebrating our anniversary. The resort is beautiful. If you struggle with mobility this resort may be a pass though due to the steep terrain. We stayed in one of the suites and climbed over 60 stairs each way to get to and from our room. No complaints here-it was worth it for the view. We did encounter a problem with our room but Deborah and Angel were more than gracious and help remedy a solution quickly. Each staff member yearned to make our stay memorable. The food choices were a bit limited but each dish was delicious. We did dine at the steakhouse and it was well worth the splurge. Excellent steaks and seafood. It did not disappoint. Another top mention was the cultural night with St. Lucian food and a fire show. Spectacular! We did leave the resort a few times on sailing excursions which we would recommend. We also found the excursion prices to be extremely reasonable compared to other trips we’ve taken. Overall, a great place to relax and recharge.

The hotel and area is beautiful. The beach isn't walking distance, but the ferry was always ready for us. The overall area of the hotel is nice if you are trying to get away, but if you want to do excursions or be closer to events I would suggest a different hotel. Cabs were really expensive to get to and from places.

The hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful views over the bay. The rooms are nicely laid out and VERY spacious. I am not sure why you would need a full oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc at an all inclusive but no bad thing. There are several places to eat, none are buffet. Some require a booking, some are just walk in. Food was excellent throughout in all the locations. Menus stay the same mostly, but with the choice of locations to eat, that never became an issue. Breakfast choice was limited and perhaps the only negative food wise for the whole place. Drinks are high quality with known brands and top shelf names, including some very nice (and expensive) local Rum. What really made our stay where the staff. Neil our concierge was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, from noting pure preferences for drinks in the mini bar and adding extras, to arranging a hire car for us. Rosemary, who cleaned our room, looked after us incredibly well. The staff around site always met us with a smile and Marvellous Marvin and Captain Vibes on the small boat that takes you to the beach, made me smile every time. We noticed several occasions where American guests were being ‘American’ (VERY loud in restaurants, borderline rude to staff, ordering food and drinks then not eating them, generally being impolite) and the staff were still as kind and gracious as always. The general manger was very visible around site (and helping out in the restaurants at busy times) and he was keen to get feedback. Our TLDR is review is simple - great location, but holiday was made by the wonderful people of St Lucia, especially the staff at Zoetry
