The team is fantastic! Butlers are amazing; front office and check in very helpful with explaining options available; restaurant staff are responsive and quick with service. This is one of the best family friendly resorts on the island.

We’ve visited a few Zoetry resorts now and this was by far the worst by a long way. It wasn’t the “welcome home” we expected. I read all the reviews before hand and I can say that they are all spot on. The resort is stunning and the location sells this place. There are too many “small issues” for this place to be five star. But it could be! I’d say go and visit for a long weekend, don’t be staying ten days like we did. To begin with, the main thing that has stuck with us is how much of an inconvenience we felt by just being there. The staff are simply miserable. We felt like saying something every day, however, didn’t want to get staff in trouble if it was a wider problem. For the service industry this is just unacceptable. The pool and swim up bar are great. Over looking the bay is incredible. However be prepared for a tired looking pool area. Mouldy sun beds the odd occasional drinks service to your sun lounger and day guests on the weekend tend to take away the exclusive vibe and overall feel. The beach is public and I enjoyed making the most of the little ferry over (takes 1minute) and the water sports available. Just be prepared to say no to anyone selling you stuff! Food. It’s simply ok. It’s simply not five star. I felt the over powering flavours perhaps were trying to cover some quality. The drinks also were not the top shelf spirits as listed, whilst they are available you had to specify which you wanted otherwise you got the basic stuff. The food that was top quality was anything local / Caribbean! That’s clearly where the passion is. The entertainment in the evening is good, when it’s on. Usually just a Thursday. If you’re lucky there is a live singer in the odd restaurant but that’s not even always mentioned in the app. Then for the activities, if you dont specify you want to do something it won’t happen! Even if you don’t know where to go because it’s not clear, it won’t happen. Room service was slow, not great quality and came under plastic rather than metal lids to keep it warm. Every time we ordered at least once thing was missing and so we just didn’t bother ordering again as it would take so long to fix the mistake. Having said that, house keeping and turn down service were great given the challenging location (lots of steps!) so that is something they do well. This sounds very negative, it’s not bad, it’s just a build up of a lot of the basics being wrong takes away from what makes this place special. I can’t get over the reception from the staff. If it wasn’t for Roshida and Ronnie and a few others we’d have made a complaint every day. Especially if you’re trying to order a drink at one of the bars in the evening, then you’re truly an inconvenience. The rooms are lovely, views are incredible but again they’re just missing some tlc. The shower shelf has clearly been repaired so many times, are first use and it basically fell to a lean similar to a ski slope. It’s just tired and all needs some tlc as said. But clean, lovely big beds, great room service, mini bar re stocked on request plus good butler service. The excursions we did via the resort (that you pay extra for) were awesome! I’m writing this review with a goal like others perhaps have, that if you address these issues this place truly will be incredible! Thank you to the staff who did make our stay memorable. To the guys who got the volley ball net out for us, for the pool. To the team who didn’t sunset cruise and organised the entertainment thank you, it was amazing!

The location and layout of the property was quite impressive. Zoetry Wellness and Spa leaves you captivated with the architectural design with the bay creating a sense of tranquility and repose. Sean our Butler went beyond our expectations with an easy going and cheerful personality!

We spent a day pass at Zoetry on the 23rd of August 2026. For my nephew birthday. Overall the experience was good. Kimran did our reservation. His customer service is top class. He follows up with you. He is an excellent customer rep. The staff at the restaurant were great especially Rasheda. She took great care of us. At the pool they gentleman and ladies were very accommodating. I just did not take names. From Devon, Carlton, Bam and all the others. Keep on treating locals great. Just for lunch at the hurricane there needs to be more variety for lunch. The burgers for lunch needs to be reviewed. Overall it was good.
