Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

The Zoetry Marigot resort in very underwhelming. The resort’s bathroom floor in the Master Suite was dirty and was never cleaned. I had roaches in my room. The butler service was below standard. You have to ask for your resort gift bag because it will not be your room. The Hurricane Hole has an up charge for the premium liquor and the Meraki restaurant is not included in your ALL INCLUSIVE price.

What a fantastic stay at the Zoetry, staff was amazing, beach staff were like family. Hurricane Hole prepared a special meal for us after we caught some fish which was 5 stars! Any issues were quickly resolved. Great selection of food, enjoyed all the menu at each of the different restaurants. Will definitely return.

The resort is beautiful - the staff was amazing. The food however was just subpar. Driftwood Steakhouse was delicious, but not part of the inclusive package. I suggest you pay for outside food, everything else is a let down. Even the chocolate tea had no sugar. Whoever is running the show at the St Lucia resort, I suggest you revisit your menu at all the inclusive restaurants. No seasonings, food is super bland. People are there to be on vacation not watch their calorie intake. For the cost - I expect better food.

Wow. We’ve just spent an incredible 10 days here. The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel. Superb service. We couldn’t have been treated any better. We were all inclusive and that’s a great way to be as you definitely get best value for money. The food is delicious and all by menu so there’s none of the mass AI buffets you often get when going AI. The drinks are great quality too, We’re here in rainy season and so we’ve definitely experienced the showers but it’s still been fabulous. The little shuttle boat across to the beach is fun. The views are spectacular. We did the Friday night Street Party which was fun - about 45 minutes from the resort. We also enjoyed the sunset cruise. We’re devastated to be going home. A couple of tips. If you struggle with steps and steep hills, it may not be for you. Many of the rooms are very high up with lots of steps so try to request a ground floor garden room. As you would expect in rainy season and with such lush vegetation, you’ll need lots of mozzie repellent. We want to thank all of the staff at Zoetry. You’re all amazing.

An amazing resort. The accommodations, restaurants and facilities are top drawer. But what makes this resort so special are the staff. They are wonderful people. Neil and Alison M were just amazing but I could write positive messages to them all. We had an incredible honeymoon and we are so grateful to everyone at the Zoetry Marigot Bay for making it that way.
