Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

This is a beautiful resort! The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The 2 pools are relaxing and lovely. They have a nicely equipped gym that my husband used. I had a relaxing massage and body scrub at the spa which was amazing! The resort has several restaurants to choose from and a coffee shop. Everything we ate was delicious. We were only there for 2 nights but wished we had stayed longer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to take a one minute water taxi across the bay to the beach area where we were able to snorkel and go paddleboarding. This is an all-inclusive resort, so we did not need to pay extra for these activities. We got a room with a hot hub, which was also quite lovely. The area of the resort is peaceful and tranquil without being overly touristy. Boats did come into the bay for tours. Some were playing loud music, but they did not stay long, and only happened during the day time. The resort welcomes children, but there weren't really many kids staying here. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were mostly quiet. We did encounter loud bubbling of the hot tub our first night, but we were still able to sleep through it. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a classy, peaceful getaway.

The location is picturesque , the room are beautiful and clean. The property overall offerings provided excellent value for money.

It was lovely, The scenery was amazing and the food was flavorful. The drinks are highly recommended and so is the braised beef short rib, it was delicious.

Our stay is unfortunately coming to an end, and it is with a heavy heart that we prepare to leave this little piece of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. However, what truly makes this place unique is its people. Every employee we met seemed to have one goal: making sure we had the best vacation possible. Their kindness, professionalism, authenticity, and attention to detail are truly remarkable. A heartfelt thank you to Neil, our butler, who was outstanding throughout our stay. He was always available, answered all of our questions promptly, handled every reservation with care, and made sure everything was perfect. His personalized service made us feel genuinely valued. Another special thank you goes to the gentleman driving the beach shuttle. He was always smiling, funny, and full of positive energy. He managed to make everyone laugh during every ride. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a vacation unforgettable, and he was definitely one of them. A huge thank you as well to Karla, who hosted the rum tasting and food pairing experience with an incredible passion. Her knowledge, her storytelling, and her enthusiasm transformed the evening into something truly special. I sincerely hope Hyatt gives her the opportunity to share her expertise with other properties, or even train other team members. People like Karla are rare. They don’t just provide great service they inspire others and create lasting memories. We also experienced a small issue with one of our reservations, but Eka handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Unexpected situations can happen anywhere; what sets a great resort apart is how they are handled, and Eka exceeded our expectations. Speaking of exceptional service, we also chose Kriss Luxury for our private transportation. Their professionalism, punctuality, immaculate vehicles, and outstanding customer service were flawless. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Saint Lucia. We also had the opportunity to experience the Friday Night Street Party, which gave us a wonderful chance to enjoy Saint Lucia’s culture and hospitality. Our adventure isn’t over yet we’ve also booked a private boat tour to explore the Pitons, the volcanic coastline, and more of this breathtaking island. Every day here has brought a new experience, and each one has exceeded our expectations. I’ve been traveling since I was 18 years old and typically take three to four trips every year. I’ve stayed at many upscale resorts, including Dreams, Secrets, and most recently the Hyatt Centric Montreal. It was only during this trip that I realized they are all part of the Hyatt family. Without even knowing it, Hyatt had already won me over over the years. It takes a lot to truly impress me, yet Zoëtry Marigot Bay exceeded my expectations. It’s not just the beautiful property it’s the extraordinary people who make this place so special. I’d also like to mention that I am not sponsored, paid, or affiliated with Hyatt or this resort in any way. This review is completely honest and based solely on our personal experience. In fact, this trip has impressed me so much that I’ve already convinced several family members and friends to visit Saint Lucia and stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay. One small observation for future guests: I was surprised to see that many people seemed to leave without tipping. The staff here work incredibly hard and truly deserve that recognition. Their smiles, kindness, and genuine desire to make every guest’s stay unforgettable make all the difference. If I’ve forgotten to mention some names, please know that I will never forget the people who made this vacation so extraordinary. Whether it was the team at the pool restaurant, the bartender at The Cove, the servers, chefs, housekeeping staff, gardeners, drivers, reception team, or anyone else we met during our stay you all played a part in making this an unforgettable experience. Our vacation is almost over, but one thing is certain: we will be back. We sincerely hope to return as early as this winter.
