Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

You MUST visit the Zoetry. It exceeded our expectations. Don't listen to the haters! Calm, respectful, beautiful and above all, relaxing. We would recommend the Zoetry if you come to St. Lucia. The attentive and polite staff made our holiday! We will be back.

Mark the bartender chef Mike and John supervisor Renata was great but Mark wow he's a very very very greattttttttt worker plz keep him i will be back for sure the shrimp i loved it although we didn't get a table to eat but it was a great experience will be coming back with my crew

The food was a-maz-ing........... the shrimp sauce was the bomb not forgetting the bartender Mark he a very very great bartender he was awesome I will come back for sure also the ladies especially Renata she is a darling the others Keya I can't leave out the chiefs Mike and John the food was greattttttttttttttttt I will be back for sure

Just returned from a fabulous 18 days want to give a massive thank you to the amazing staff and mr man for ensuring we had a wonderful stay they truly went above and beyond. The whole trip from start to finish was so relaxing and perfect. Hotel is beautiful and won’t disappoint.

We spent 2 weeks at this facility. Be forewarned that there are no elevators in this multi level facility. We were given a unit with 46 steps to the front door many of the steps had no hand rails. There are 5 levels of units and 4 levels for activities (pool, dining, etc.) but nary an elevator and many stairs without handrails. The staff were very friendly and the food was good. Unfortunately there are many examples of deferred maintenance that suggested a facility in decline. The phone in our room did not work. There were a number of small shortcomings that only concerned us in their totality: -room keys stopped working -TV remote worked poorly -bottled beer in frig but no opener -safe didn't work -no umbrella in room (rained almost everyday, briefly) -slow draining sinks -room servicing was undependable. THE WEATHER WAS DELIGHTFUL!
