Same sex couple here and we felt completely respected the entire stay. Claudius, our butler, is the man. Went above and beyond for every single request, was available whenever we needed him, and honestly anticipated things before we even asked. Anything that came up, he fixed it. The property itself is a small heaven on earth. Secluded, lush, quiet. It's built into a hillside and it is not for those with mobility issues. Rooms are comfortable with luxury toiletries and really well designed. Highlights: Driftwood Steakhouse was a standout. Impeccable steaks, cooked exactly right, and the service was so friendly, with a smile. The Rum Cave with Karla and the food pairing was a great experience. Worth doing. The spa with Shakira was excellent. They use great products and the hot/cold circuit is an amazing addition to the wellness side of things. And don't forget your 20 minute complimentary treatment per person, a lot of people miss this. The beach was isolated and private, zero sargassum, and it's a smooth 2 minute boat ride to get there. They have all kinds of drinks, loungers and towels waiting for you at no charge. The service here is good too. Tips: Use free 20 minute spa treatment and ask for the hot/cold circuit. Complimentary laundry and international calling are included. Download the Hyatt Inclusive app for the actual daily schedule and to place your requests, read newspapers and magazines The Rum Cave costs extra but is worth it. Ask your bartender for a cocoa tea nightcap or a soursop daiquiri. Not on the menu. And ask the kitchen for green fig and saltfish, the national dish. Not printed anywhere, but they’ll make it. Best thing we ate.

This is a beautiful rustic property with beautiful scenic views and lush gardens. The rooms are spacious and although a bit dated (the rooms and property were very clean). The property was also peaceful during the evening hours. The restaurant (14-61 Degrees and main swim up pool bar)/concierge/housekeeping staff were very attentive and always pleasant throughout my stay. The property is unique as it is nestled in a cove with access to several restaurants on the property and at the dock. Heads up, leave the cute stilettos at home and prepare your legs for tons of walking and steps! The Pitons are 1/2 hour away via boat.

Superb, serene location with amazing harbor views. The resort is located almost midway between the North and South of the island, making it perfect to enjoy shopping, beaches, zip line experiences, Sulphur Spring without hassel. Excellent customer service. The entertainer for the evening was truly a class act.

The location is beautiful. Right in the middle of the bay with picturesque views. I’m sure not every room is without WiFi, but ours was in 305. We mentioned it several times to staff and nothing changed. This missing component halted communication and planning for excursions and other opportunities to get off the property without heavy data fees being incurred. The food was not great which is a pity while on an all inclusive resort. The alcohol was watered down with no top shelf options. Wish there was more variety of food options and better drinks. The spa was entirely too expensive to experience even with the credits we had. The resort tells you how you can spend the credits. The steakhouse was closed on Wednesday which was the only day we had to try it. The staff were friendly and room service and housekeeping were good experiences.

We throughly enjoyed our stay this past week while celebrating our anniversary. The resort is beautiful. If you struggle with mobility this resort may be a pass though due to the steep terrain. We stayed in one of the suites and climbed over 60 stairs each way to get to and from our room. No complaints here-it was worth it for the view. We did encounter a problem with our room but Deborah and Angel were more than gracious and help remedy a solution quickly. Each staff member yearned to make our stay memorable. The food choices were a bit limited but each dish was delicious. We did dine at the steakhouse and it was well worth the splurge. Excellent steaks and seafood. It did not disappoint. Another top mention was the cultural night with St. Lucian food and a fire show. Spectacular! We did leave the resort a few times on sailing excursions which we would recommend. We also found the excursion prices to be extremely reasonable compared to other trips we’ve taken. Overall, a great place to relax and recharge.
