Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

We were there (2 Master Suites) for a big birthday celebration. Overall we had an amazing 10 days and I will try to do a balanced review. Positives *Amazing location *Fabulous room (we had master suite with plunge pool 1111) - lots of space and a great views. *Overall great, friendly customer service * Well equiped gym * Great on site fitness instructor (Max - we did classes and hikes with him) * We had the butler service and all our butlers were very helpful *Food overall was good *Drinks were a decent standard and the cocktails were not just overly sweet * Shout out to Rosemary our housekeeper who was awsome (but not there every day) *Great service when I neded to seek medical advice *The Rum Cave is a great experience Improvement opportunities * Room servicing was at times patchy when Rosemary was off *We often had to chase for fridge refills of beer and wine * Some of the restraunts were closed when they should have been open which meant food became repetative *The resort takes day guests which makes it feel less exclusive and in fact when there was a large crowd in one day we felt our service suffered *The transfer included in our room on the incoming transfer was a normal sized taxi for 4 of us - which was cramped and hot. *The hotel were aware it was my hubbys 70th birthday - but no effort was made to celebrate it (eg room decoration etc) *Perhaps fogging for mosquitos would keep them down at this time of year *Beach could be improved - whilst it is a public beach, Zoetry use it and so could perhas invest in it a bit? The positives certainly outweigh the negatives, but with some small adjustments this could be an even more fantastic resort. Would we recommend to other - definitely! We would go again - yes!

Went for dinner for my birthday it was Caribbean night food was on point and not forgetting the FnN beverage manager and his team took really good care of their guest . Greatly appreciated
