Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall

Di music from 6-10 pm every night is so loud it sounds like the DJ is in your room with you. This is in building 3 in the family side of the resort which I thought would be quieter (on 3rd floor). I asked the dj and the front desk to turn it down but they wouldn’t. Not even one person dancing, dont know who the music was even for. Asked for a new room and higher floor was a little quieter but still too loud to get to sleep (only 4 floors).

Better than expected. We traveled with a group of 16 and the trip was perfect. The resort is beautiful. There are some obvious upgrades needed but hopefully there are plans for that to take place. The staff were friendly and very personable. I will return.

We are currently at the resort. It is a beautiful property with building number 3 the newest. Rooms are spacious. Service is not the best. Our hot water is not working and we have made 4 phone calls and no one has come yet to fix. Now they say it will be tomorrow morning. Drinks are ok. No fresh mint available for mojitos. No drinks have fresh fruits on it. Meat dishes are delicious. Yoga class was good. Made a special request for vegetarian sushi and the server said he will bring it and he never came back. Seafood restaurant yesterday was ok. Ordered snapper which had some kind of plastic wires in it. There is no beach to walk on. Just lagoon. Will I come back or recommend…. No.

I wanted to take a moment to share how much we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. This is our second visit, having returned from 2022, and this time we brought along extended family who also had a fantastic experience. Over the years, we’ve stayed at various resorts in different countries, and I can confidently say the hospitality, attention to detail, and overall care at this resort are exceptional. We were especially grateful for the halal food options, and a special thank you to Chef Israil and Partha for ensuring our meals were prepared perfectly – everything was delicious. Our butlers, Kyle and Prince, were prompt and outstanding in their service. Thank you once again to the entire Hyatt team. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I expected more from the Hyatt brand. They had Glennfiddich at the bar, which was a pro! Ocean View is not actually ocean view, it's partial view. Great choice of alcohol. Ppl working on the resort need to cheer up, feel like ppl were borderline grumpy.
