First time to this amazing resort! We will definitely be back! The food was amazing - the service second to none - beautiful pools- gorgeous rooms - such a wonderful week!

Carlos was the absolute best and all the employees in charge of the outdoor activities! We loved playing volleyball everyday with Carlos at 11 and 4! My daughter and I had so much fun playing beach volleyball and wish we could do it every day!

We just returned from a fantastic trip at Grand Velas with our family! It was our first time at this resort but it will not be our last! From check in to check out and every thing in between the staff did not miss a beat! The service, restaurants, pools, kids club and rooms were all wonderful! What made the experience truly exceptional was partnering with Gaby, our wedding planner at the resort. In combination with my planning and creative direction, Gaby brought the operational mastery, the structure, and the calm execution that turned ideas into reality. She listened closely and respected the decisions I had already made. She never tried to change my vision. Instead, she amplified it. She asked thoughtful questions that helped refine the details and anticipated what needed to happen long before the day arrived. She has a talent for balancing professionalism with genuine warmth. When decisions felt overwhelming, she offered clarity. When timelines got tight, she handled them with grace and confidence. On our wedding day, I trusted her so fully that I was able to be completely present, knowing she was managing everything behind the scenes. We also want to recognize our concierge, Mario, who went above and beyond from the moment we checked in. He was constantly one step ahead, making sure we were where we needed to be, helping our families with anything they needed, and showing such sincere kindness throughout our stay. He made us feel cared for every single day. The staff at this resort is exceptional on every level. Servers remembered our drink preferences. Housekeeping left thoughtful touches that meant more than they know. The concierge team celebrated with us every time we passed by. Our guests have not stopped talking about how they have never experienced hospitality like this. Our wedding day itself was seamless. The ceremony setup was breathtaking. The reception felt magical. The welcome and wedding day cocktail events were something out of an fairytale. Every moment flowed naturally without stress or interruption. I was able to enjoy our wedding weekend, not manage it, and that is something I will always be grateful for. Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit did not just host our wedding. Return trip for the 2nd year in a row. Sometimes it is hard to beat really good first impressions. But this place and its staff are amazing. Special recognition to Dulce our very helpful concierge for making our teens birthday extra special. Carlos at the beach is always ready to help with surfing or organize a volleyball game. Too many great people to name from the restaurants to the spa. We can’t wait to return.
