We have traveled the world as a family and the entire family agreed that this was one of our most favorite vacations and the most luxurious hotel we've stayed at- and we've stayed at some amazing places. The location was beautiful, the rooms were absolutely incredible- it was one of the only hotels I've ever stayed at that felt as beautiful and comfortable as my own home. The service was second to none. The staff so helpful, so friendly and kind. We had zero complaints and this bougie little family had high expectations. We cannot wait to visit again!! We will be back!

We've been to half-dozen resorts in Mexico and Caribbean. This was the best, bar none! The service was excellent - but without being overbearing. Casual cafe and four formal restaurants were amazing, in both menu and service. Our concierge was always "on standby" answering our questions and attending to our requests - but not trying to upsell us for excursions, souvenirs or other things that we preferred to hand;e ourselves!

Our stay at Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. A special shoutout to Frida, which was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was elegant, and every meal felt like a special occasion. It's a must-visit while you're there. We also can't say enough good things about Salvador, our concierge. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. His recommendations, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made the experience completely stress-free. Another huge thank you to Carlos, who led many of the outdoor activities. Whether it was boogie boarding or beach volleyball, he brought so much energy and enthusiasm that everyone wanted to join in. He made the activities fun, welcoming, and memorable for guests of all ages. If you're looking for a resort that combines luxury, amazing food, outstanding service, and a staff that truly cares about creating unforgettable experiences, Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

This is by far one of the best resorts we have stayed in. We have been here over a dozen times and we gladly come back agin. The service is impeccable, food quality superb and the grounds well maintained. The beach is one of the best in Mexico.

Our family has traveled all over Mexico—we’ve been to Cancun multiple times, as well as Cabo and Manzanillo—but Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is by far our favorite resort. In fact, this is our second year coming here in a row, and it simply cannot be beaten. From the moment you arrive, you realize the service here is second to none. The food and restaurants are absolutely top-notch, offering incredible quality that rivals fine dining anywhere in the world. The drinks are equally fantastic—expertly crafted and always refreshing. We truly couldn't ask for anything more from a luxury vacation. What pushes this resort from great to unforgettable, though, is the incredible staff. A few certain employees really shined like bright stars in our eyes during our stay: Ricardo Mesero: Our breakfast and lunch server was hands-down the very best! He actually remembered us from before and took extra special care of us the entire time. Having that kind of personalized attention made every day start perfectly. Carlos & the Beach Volleyball Crew: A special mention has to go to Carlos at the volleyball court. The entire beach volleyball crew was incredibly friendly, energetic, and playful, making the games a massive highlight of our trip. If you are looking for perfection on the Pacific coast, this is it. We are already counting down the days until our third visit!
