The Best All-Inclusive Family Resort We’ve Ever Experienced! Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is truly in a league of its own. We’ve stayed at all-inclusive resorts before, but this was hands-down the best all-inclusive experience we’ve ever had as a family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, thoughtful, effortless, and incredibly personal, and the rooms were beautiful, overlooking the pool and beach! There were lots to do for kids, and the shows each night were so fun! One of the biggest standouts was the 1:1 concierge service. Everyone was SO nice! Maria, our personal concierge, was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. At turndown service, we received these amazing dulce de leche cookie treats that our family fell in love with. When Maria found out how much we loved them, she actually went to a local store and bought more for our family to take home. There are truly no words for that level of kindness and hospitality. The resort itself is gorgeous. The infinity pools overlooking the beach are incredible, and we loved how walkable and thoughtfully designed the entire property is. This might sound like a small thing until you’re traveling with kids, but if you forget something in your room, it is convenient and close while still feeling spacious and luxurious. And the FOOD! Absolutely outstanding, it was genuinely top-notch food, period. We ate incredibly well everywhere: at the buffet, room service, by the pool, and at the specialty restaurants. The quality and consistency across the entire resort were impressive. What really makes Grand Velas special, though, is the attention to detail. It feels like they have thought about every little thing that could make traveling with a family easier, more relaxing, and more special. The service is warm and genuine, the property is beautiful, the food is exceptional, and the experience feels truly luxurious without ever feeling stuffy. We left feeling incredibly grateful, and already wishing we could go back. Our stay at Grand Velas was amazing. TOP NOTCH. I am very critical about my stays. I have zero complaints. Our personal concierge (Luis) was very helpful and personable. The food was amazing. The room was high end. Drinks were delicious with high end brands. This all inclusive is in a league of its own. Thank you Luis and good job grand Velas management team!

This is our 7th time going to Grand Velas and it continues to deliver every time! The rooms have been completely renovated and they beautiful. Luis Mateo knocked it out of the park as usual. He handled all our requests with ease and trust me - we had a lot as we were a group of 16. Dinner reservations, transportation, room accommodations, and even a last-minute dance party complete with a DJ and dessert bar in a private room for my wife’s birthday! Oh - and he completely deck’d out our room with roses and a massive balloon display! Incredible. Francisco’s wine program is top notch! Gilberto at the pool - 10/10. Eduardo who manages the pool & beach never disappoints! Ricardo in Azul - Rock Star!! Alan at Sen Lin and Piaf - awesome! Do yourself a favor and go - but don’t spread the word too much…we want to keep this place a hidden gem!!

We just returned home from our 4th stay at Grand Velas in PVR and we can’t wait to go back. This was our first time coming during the summer and the Summerland they had set up for the kids was the highlight. My 4 and 6 year old had the time of their lives. They went on the zip line, the trampoline, and the water slide a million times. They also cried everytime we picked them up from the kids club because they did not want to leave. Our concierge, Luis, has become like family. Not only is he professional, he handles our every need before we even know we need it. I’m sure the other concierges are amazing too, but I recommend requesting Luis for above and beyond care. Edwardo, our pool concierge, is also wonderful. No matter how busy the pool is, he makes sure we had the perfect seats by the pool and he’s always smiling and laughing. Last but not least, it was nice to see Nino at the breakfast buffet. He was always our favorite pool server. Thank you Grand Velas for another magical vacation… and we will see you again soon.
