I just had the opportunity to plan and execute a 3 days multi cultural wedding with 200+ guests at this amazing property; and my experience was EXTRAORDINARY !!! As a wedding planner, I truly value the attention to detail, having a seamless coordination and having an outstanding service; and this hotel truly delivers more and beyond. Gaby Gonzalez, our onsite coordinator, was PHENOMENAL. She is very organized, proactive and always brings the best attitude to every moment. Her support was key in ensuring every event felt efortless and perfectly executed. The culinary experience all guests had exceeded my clients' expectations. Chef Guillaume and Chef Raul led all the cooking staff to deliver exceptional dishes throughout the events we had. Every guest raved about the food !! The F&B team with Ricardo, Zermeño, the bartenders and waiters provided impeccable service. Always anticipating to the needs my clients would have and ensuring a smooth operation at every event. The setup team, led by Julio, made sure all setups and last minute requirements were made on time which is valuable at multi events weddings. They were always very efficient and professional which made us not feel worried about following up and supervising. Finally, a great thank you to Jareth Hernandez, Hotel Manager, who was present and attentive to all events and needs we might have had during these past days. And to the Hotel's Director, Pilar Perciavalle, we truly appreciate all the time and attention invested during our stay at the hotel. Her dedication to guest experience and operational excellence could be felt in every detail. Her leadership truly elevates the level of service at this property. Overall, the hotel and its staff helped us create an unforgettable celebration. Every team member went above and beyond. I. cannot recommend enough this venue for weddings! Their service, professionalism and hospitality are simply outsanding.

This was our first trip to Mexico and we chose to do an all-inclusive for ease of planning. By far this was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, the experience from check in to check out was beyond compare. Amazing hospitality, fantastic food and beautiful rooms and amenities. This is a high end resort with no timeshares or anything so you’ll never be subjected to any presentations/sales pitches. I had high expectations of Grand Velas from other reviews I read before booking, and I now see why everyone else raves about them too. Would highly recommend GV Nayarit to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!!

Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent staff, fantastic room, beautiful view and exceptional service. The premises is so well looked after. I saw a maintenance man touching up a room once the guests had departed. It is an all inclusive hotel, they have everything covered. Would I stay again, in a heart beat.

Amazing service and experience! This was a true vacation. We were able to totally relax and enjoy the spectacular view! We hope to return soon!

This is the place I'd return to if I had the good fortune that in-laws wanted to take my family on another sunny vacation. Gorgeous setting, lovely beach, excellent restaurants, beautiful rooms, and wonderful service.
