We visited end of March for a week. Fantastic resort. High quality food. Amazing service all around.

Amazing experience marked by outstanding service and beautiful design. The level of service is unbeatable. Attentive, friendly, proactive. Carlos was a huge asset who organized beach volleyball daily and went out of his way to maximize my son’s sports time. Carlos was the single best part of my son’s spring break. The suites and restaurants are gorgeously designed and meticulously cared for. Every inch of the grounds from the pool and beach areas to the gorgeous spa and gym and even the restrooms in the common areas are pristinely cared for. Magnificent, relaxing and fun.

We had an ocean front room that was absolutely gorgeous. Ample room with a sitting area as well as a table and chairs. Easy for room service. Speaking of Room service it was quick and easy and really great food. Gabriela was our concierge. She was great and she made all our restaurant resos. Beautiful beach and ocean was incredibly warm. The pools were amazing as well. Great resort. Great food. Would go back in a heart beat.

Amazing all-inclusive resort! We felt very safe. The food was fantastic and the rooms were beautiful. Beautiful beach and several pools. The kids club was great. So many activities - we even did karaoke on two nights. Most importantly, the spa was the best I've seen. I had a massage and a facial. They even have a special hot pool with foot-massage jets.

We've been back just over a week and already plotting when to return. The food is top of the line—all of it, everywhere, including room service. The pool and beach areas are well cared for and maintained daily. Staff scrub the bottom of the pool and the surrounding walkways throughout the day (think yucky standing water around the pool at other resorts). Even the poolside bathrooms smell lovely. The ocean water ranges from calm to having to be more cautious for kids depending on the day and time. Some of the nighttime shows were better than others but mostly enjoyable. We love Monday and Wednesday nights with guitarist and singer Victor Pena. Special thanks to the staff who made it memorable and relaxing: special thank you to Pablo in Azul and Fidel, Edgar and the crew who greeted us daily. Thank you Carlos each day at the beach organizing volleyball. Special kudos to the housekeeping and grounds team who go unnoticed—they turn this place into paradise on earth. Love some of the recent upgrades to the rooms, the changes in the spa, and new menu items in the restaurants (while keeping the favorites). Thank you all!
