Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit

Working in travel, I have been lucky enough to stay at many incredible hotels but this hotel is truly one of the best All inclusive I have stayed at. The hotel is smaller but the quality of service, attention to detail & beautiful decor makes it an international gem. A true 5 star. The kids were so entertained & we got so much relaxing time, in what felt like a health retreat. From organic salads to fresh juices. The English tea that tastes like English tea, the molton brown bathroom products. There is no evening buffet at this hotel, just 4 incredible restaurants & an amazing room service & pool menu. All the food was excellent. A nespesso cafe & world class spa. My kids 10 &13 have never really been into going to kids clubs but they loved the teen club. They play pool with the staff, organized football matches, beach & pool volleyball & cards. They have boogie boards & kayaks you can take out with Carlos at the beach. The evening entertainment was a perfect mix of the best entertainment in the area. This hotel is beyond incredible & highly recommend for literally anyone. Old or young x

Dulce was absolutely exceptional and made our stay at Grand Velas even more special. Traveling with three children ages 3, 7, and 9 can be a lot to coordinate, and her help was truly essential for us to relax and fully enjoy the resort. She organized our itineraries, helped with information, arranged spa appointments and restaurant reservations seamlessly, and was always thoughtful, responsive, and proactive. Her support took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on enjoying precious family time. Dulce’s attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. We are so grateful for her kindness and outstanding service.

Wonderful resort Everyone is treated like a VIP here Fantastic staff Concierge handles all the details (reservations, finding information on market times) Top shelf wines (as compared to other resorts) and dining experiences The hotel was not full so no problem with finding chairs or cabanas on the beach or by the pool but the pool staff is so amazing I think even in busier times they would find you a spot Beautiful clean rooms with lovely views We were hard pressed to find anything negative about this resort

This is our new favorite place. It's absolutely beautiful. Our suite was lovely with a deep tub with jets that we loved. The oversized outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying the view after a long day in the sun. ALL of the restaurants were far beyond anything we expected. We spent many hours in the infinity pool and at the pool bar. However, the best part of the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is the staff. Perla in concierge blew us away with her level of service, constantly checkin in on us, coming up with recommendations, setting us up for the best visit ever. Eduardo, pool concierge, is one of the friendliest most helpful around. Jose at the pool bar is the best combination of friendly, efficient, helpful and funny. Great drinks! Ricardo at Azul took great care of us as well. The housekeeping staff, gardeners, and wait staff at all of the restaurants were exceptional. Azul has staff walking around with laser pointers to keep the birds off of your food. They even have a hawk they walk around with. One of the things we'll remember the most is the quality of the food everywhere you go. If you think the quality suffers because it's an all inclusive, you're wrong. Gourmet 5 star all the way. You cannot go wrong. Don't miss out eating at every restaurant. You won't be sorry. This was our first time visiting Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit but it won't be the last.

Jose at the swim up bar was the best! He learned how I like my drink and everyone he would see me approach he would make me one and have it ready! He was very friendly and just great customer service Chepe was our concierge and he was far the best concierge we have ever had in the 12 total visits we have made to all the grand Velas resorts. He was personal and attentive to all our needs. Will definitely be requesting him for our next visit! Eduardo the pool concierge is just the best! He blew up all the floaters for the kids in our group and stored them for us so we didn’t need to drag them all up to the room! He was constantly checking on our group and helping with any needs we may had had! A real gem Daniel and the ladies at koi bar are simply the best! Daniel makes the best drinks and the ladies are so attentive and sweet. We never had an empty drink lol We just had the best time
