Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa - All-inclusive

We really enjoyed our week at this resort. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were all delicious. We enjoyed our days at the beach and at the adult pool with the garden view. The weather was amazing. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were so awesome with offering towels and daily cleaning of the room and turn down service. The staff in the restaurants were also excellent. We were constantly asked if we needed any drinks or they took finished dishes away quickly. The servers at the pool and at the beach looked after everyone so well and made us feel like they wanted us to have a good time. This is a beautiful resort. They keep it clean and well looked after. We would return.

Comfy beds, bar fridges are filled with drinks and refilled when room is tidied. Staff are courteous and helpful! Wished we had a better way to see daily activities other than the screen in lobby. Beach is nice but the waves can be aggressive with riptides in this area, so ocean swimming is not always available. Infinity pools are lovely complement to this beach area. Would definitely go back!

First time to Dreams Huatulco and our trip was excellent! Pool service was perfect and the view from the pool overlooking the bay was stunning. Loved our dinners at Himitsu! Sea Grill lunch staff service was very good. Overall excellent week there!

This is an absolutely amazing resort! Was our second time and we can’t wait to return next year! The service, cleanliness, food, and drinks are top notch! The food allergy cards and that they create for each guest with food allergy are amazing touch! We have severe food allergies in your family and none of us got ill. My spouse has a severe lactose allergy and one day he was going to eat a pastry that we did not know had milk in it and they came over and said not to eat because it had lactose! The beach and pools are fantastic! The resort is getting older and starting to show its age.

We recently spent 8 days at Dreams Huatulco Resort. This is our third trip here in as many years. The resort is the perfect size with absolutely stunning views of the ocean. The facility is clean and well maintained. Our rooms have always been clean and well serviced by the cleaning staff. My only complaint would be the noticeable decline in the quality of the food , our first year we had New York strip loin steak and pork chops every day! The next year, no steak but several choices of seafood. This year however we only had steak during one meal out of our entire trip. There was fish everyday but only a choice between tilapia or tuna. The tuna was incredible though!! Special shout out to Luis Miguel with the entertainment team. One of the most genuinely kind humans I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Luis for making each trip memorable!!
