Sandals Ochi

Shocking! We’re still here and even the staff don’t want to be here and they’re paid. It seems like they have cut the staff by 30% dropped services and quality on everything. Now they allow hen parties / bachelorette and don’t seem to care about returning clients. For context, we have been here four times and it’s progressively getting worse. We have always stayed Manor side in the villas but we used our sandals points to have a beach view. No hot water in the room. Dirty plates and glasses left in the hall outside our room. Hairdryer blew up. Waiting an hour and a half to eat in the restaurant. Another restaurant didn’t have our booking at all. 50% of the staff are just plain unhappy. I would say avoid until a major overhaul.

We stayed in the butler village and it did not disappoint, our butlers Roberto, and Moria were the sweetest and most generous people ever. They made the experience amazing, and were so helpful every step of the way. It honestly feels like I have made life time friends that are a couple thousand miles away! Definitely want to go back!

We loved our stay at Sandals Ochi! The staff was SO friendly and the service was top tier. We stayed in a butler villa suite - Richard and Camika were our butlers and they were great!! This resort offered plenty of options for dining and activities. Drinks were great as well! We were so sad to leave!

Went for my honeymoon with my fiance and couldn’t have had a better time. Kadia was an awesome bartender and we will for sure be visiting in the future! She made the best drinks and was so fun and kind. We recommend her Bob Marley drinks to all’ We loved all the events they had at the resort. We over our butlers as well Marsha and Ray!!

These person serve me and my husband well on our vacation at sandals ochi Patricie front desk, Shauna house keeping, Romario N. Dining room, Kadia bar, Manor manage kasena and her team members. we think because of these persons our stay was worth it and we will surely make it Sandals again thank you.
