The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

We stayed at the Westin and the service was great!!! The Catamaran sunset cruise was amazing!!!! People are friendly and everything was great!! We recommend Erik Garcia tours for sure!! The weather was beautiful and lots of monkeys right on the property!! We would definitely come back here!

Resort was beautiful with lots of wildlife around. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good (although reservations booked up fast). Nightlife was spotty (closes pretty early). Beach is pretty and clean. We randomly met Mauricio with AuthenTico tours at the entrance to the beach from the resort. Had a great time with Mauricio! While we were skeptical at first, we looked him up and took the chance to book some things with him. Glad we did! Had an AMAZING sunset cruise booked with him same day (Boat was Zafira Costa Rica - look them up! Amazing food and open bar included in the price). He was able to get us on the boat same day (the Westin's tour company was much more expensive and they didn't have same day availability). He picked us up (4 women) from the resort and took us directly there and picked us up hours later to take us home. We then asked him to take us into Tamarindo the next day. Again, picked us up, walked us around the town, and we even asked him to sit with us at dinner so we could have a great conversation. Definitely reaching out to him next time we're in town! (And his English is REALLY good). Book something with Mauricio and you'll get first class, personalized service. He'll take you anywhere and has connection to do whatever you'd like to do in Costa Rica!

We just returned from a week at the Westin Reserva Conchal and it was an absolutely amazing experience. It was the the first time my wife and I traveled to Coast Rica and were unsure what to expect. What received was a first rate experience at resort staffed by incredibly gracious, friendly and professional staff. The dining options were great with one stand out evening at Manglar with one of the best servers we have ever experienced, Eli. Throughout the week we interacted with staff, from concierges to cleaning staff. To a person they went out of there way to answer answer any questions we had or meet any of our needs. Victoria at the Westin Club was amazing helping us through out the week (we would honestly return due to her service alone). On our first day we ventured down to the beach and met Erik G in his blue google shirt, an entrepreneur organizing tours, which we book two amazing ventures during our stay. We saw sloths, waterfalls, a coffee plantation, authentic Costa Rican lunch and finished out trip with a catamaran sunset cruise. Absolutely first class and magical. We will definitely be heading back to Coast Rica and 100% will be staying at the Westin Reserva Conchal.

WONDERFUL! That would be the best word to describe how good our stay at the Westin was, definitely everything is 5 stars, from the treatment we received from the staff, to the food and the activities we do in the hotel. This hotel is a place to relax and have fun at the same time, highly recommended to anyone who is looking for the same plans! We also did the Sloth Encounter with Issys Tours. without a doubt an unforgettable experience and highly recommended too

Such a nice place. They treated us like gold. The food is far better than anything I have ever had at an all inclusive. Favorites were the Italian and the Asian fusion. Venue but the food was superb across the property. Top shelf drinks and such friendly people. Room was clean and fresh with daily housekeeping and minibar refresh. Room service was on time and the order correct. Golf course is immaculate. The only issue, if there is one at all is the location. It is a long way to do any trips to the National Parks and the traffic on CR route 21 is awful. If you don’t care about leaving, then it’s not an issue as this place will spoil you. I a very nice resort.
