Absolutely beautiful scenery. The resort is very well managed and the food and beverages were very good. Very helpful in booking excursions and providing transportation to and from the airport and the excursions themselves. Loved it, we are going to go back!

Sebastian and Daniel were great entertainment at the pool! Alma was an amazing server. What happen!! We love this resort! Everyone is so nice. Our rooms were amazing. Thank you! I can't wait to come back. Oh! And Marco was such a great bartender!

Amazing Place to Stay with AMAZING Staff!!
Our stay was amazing to say the least. We were in a preferred room, which came with extra benefits. The preferred lounge was always clean, well stocked with food and beverages and the staff was over the top accommodating. The pools were clean and warm. Staff members would come and net out any leaves that had been blown into the pool multiple times a day to make sure that the pools were always well kept. Every staff member that we came in contact with were friendly, always took care of anything we needed in a very timely manner. We experienced a power outage during our stay, but we only had no power for about 30 seconds before their back up generator kicked in and everything was back to functioning as if nothing had happened. We decided to rent a gold cart and drive around the community, the staff was helpful getting the golf cart booked, gave us recommendations for where to visit and made getting the golf cart picked up and dropped back off so simple. All staff members were willing and ready to help with any questions that we had, recommendations of things we were thinking about doing, and willing to help us with any thing that we needed. It was a great vacation and thanks to the helpful staff we made so many great memories!!

Nice small resort, fantastic service from all the staff no matter where you were!! Preferred service pool and oceana bar and restaurant well worth the extra money!! Antonio at the front desk was extremely helpful!! Rented the Bali beach beds on our last day . Fantastic way to end the experience!!

Great stay at Aventuras Riviera Maya
We (partner and I) enjoyed 6 days at the resort. Friendly and attentive staff (especially Antonio), decent food, and comfortable room. The beach and pools were lovely, and our spa experience was nice. 6 days was the right amount of time for us to soak it all in without getting bored.
