Impression Moxche by Secrets

I had a very good experience! Aranza, Serzio, and Gabriela were really good friends and made everything more enjoyable. The beach was beautiful, with clear water and soft sand, creating the perfect place to relax. I truly enjoyed every moment and would recommend this experience to others.

Our experience at Impression Moxché by Secrets was absolutely incredible! The entertainment team—Aranza, Axel, Gabriella, Sergio, and Jose—made our stay unforgettable with activities like candle-making, dream catcher crafting, and more. We also had an amazing time paddleboarding in the ocean, which was such a highlight! Our butlers, Rafael and Jefte, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to accommodate our every request. Every single staff member who served us was exceptional—polite, professional, and dedicated to making our experience perfect. The level of service was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Moxche for 13 nights and 14 days. We had a blast every day with the activités staff including but not limited to, Axel, Aranza, Jose, Gabriella, Gonzalo and Sergio. Axel showed us magic tricks and took us paddle boarding and was so fun to hangout with. Aranza and Gabriella helped us with dream catchers and was a pleasure speaking with each day. They also helped lead nightly activities and informed us of each days plans an amenities. Jose from activités was very friendly as well as we waited for our paddle board tour. Gonzalo and Sergio also were so friendly and inviting and helped make our stay at Moxche pleasurable and exciting. Special shout-out to our butlers Jefte and Rafael who were so extremely kind and attentive to our needs and extremely prompt. We don’t want to leave tomorrow! For our 60th Anniversary we decided to return to Impression Moxche for the third time. We were not disappointed with our decision! We were in a Panoramic Suite on the 6th floor and had sunrise and sunset views. The suite was beautiful and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy. Our friend, Marycruz, the resort supervisor, shortly after check in and received a big hug and warm welcome. She is an excellent representative of the resort and a real asset to the whole operation. After lunch we met our butler team, Gilberto and Neftali. They are an excellent team and saw to all our requests and needs quickly and with a smile. Almost daily they would have a special food treat or decorations in our room. Their dedication to serving their guests was instrumental in providing us with a very memorable anniversary trip. Ellie, the Asst. Food and Beverage Mgr., who we have known for 5 or 6 years, is on top of her job and is seemingly everywhere at all times! She appeared at almost all of our dinners and really looked after us. We were thrilled to learn that she had moved to this property. We enjoyed all our meals and the following staff members were notable in their service at several of the restaurants: Ember - Demitrio, Seaside - Christina ( she was especially helpful during the "Light the Fire" BBQ, if you are staying in Impression, this Tuesday night event is very highly recommended). Bisou - Eddick and Luis. Fernanda, the manager, makes sure that the service is top notch and everything runs smoothly. (We chose to eat at Bisou 2 of our 7 nights and chose it for our Anniversary.) Alora - Iray. And finally, SeaSoul has a brunch on Saturday which is excellent. It starts at 10 AM and there is a booth from every restaurant with a very large selection. It is well organized and well run. Don't miss it! The only negative we have about this resort is the beach. It is very small with lots of seaweed. We knew this, but decided that the service, friendly staff and great food over shadows the beach short comings. We plan to return.

We had the best butlers, Cesar and Christian! There were plenty of pools and quiet areas to enjoy downtime. And we’re so impressed by all the vegan options! Every restaurant had a vegan menu, which weve never experienced before. Already booking impressions for our next anniversary!
