This is truly the dreamiest vacation spot ever. We still question if it was reality or not! On top of being the most beautiful location, our butlers Celeste & David were so very attentive and kind!! Will be recommending this place to all. This place will be hard to top!

La playa is the best resort I ever stay. We were upgraded from Xcrate, and we were amazed by this beautiful property and flawless service. The room is spacious with small outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzi, I do love the jellyfish aquarium tank in room! We also tried several private events which only available to La playa guests and all were great. I do love this property and wish can visit again in future

We recently spent a long weekend at the hotel, and here's a breakdown of our experience at room #2405: The Good: The hotel boasts excellent restaurants and great bars. They offer fancy transportation to any destination you wish. The parks and pools are fantastic and enjoyable. The Less Good: After many hours of flying, we arrived at the hotel only to be given a dirty room that smelled of mold. It took two hours for them to find us another room. The second room we were assigned, #2405, was notorious. It’s located under the pool machines, so we endured constant noise at 50-60 dB, which is far above the acceptable noise level of 35 dB for hotel rooms. When we complained about the noise, the butler casually mentioned that this issue was well-known. They offered to turn off the machines if we wished to stay in the room, but every time we asked, the hotel manager insisted that there was no way to do so and that the machines wouldn’t be turned off. On the last night, desperate from the ongoing issue, they finally offered to move us to another room. However, by then, we had already lost patience. Conclusion: The price does not justify the quality of the rooms. We were deeply disappointed by our stay. The staff, including the butler and hotel manager, were unhelpful and dishonest, which added to the frustration. There are other hotels in the area at a similar price point or even cheaper that offer a far better experience. Warning: Stay away from room #2405.

Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my life and I cannot wait to come back. My mother and I did a mommy-daughter trip and stayed in 3401, a master wellness suite. It was fantastic. Separate kitchen/living room space and two private pools plus the hot tub. The room was exquisite and well stocked. Good power outlets including usb plugs (but not usb c). I love love love the jellyfish tank. The real highlight of the hotel is the QUIET. You feel like you’re practically the only ones in the hotel. Every time you walk up to a meal or spa or other reservation, they know it’s you. The butler service is top notch. Laura and Memo were so responsive and attentive. The food is incredible. We didn’t have a single bad meal and there were so many options to choose from just at Casa De La Playa, not to mention the other resorts. Rooms service was excellent and lightning fast. Cocktails were so inventive and fun, as were the cocktails. And I loved being able to go to the Cava and grab a bottle of wine to take back to the room. Really enjoyed the chocolateria and being able to just stop by for some self service of bonbons, ice cream, hot chocolate or chocolate based cool drinks. The poolside drink and food service was great. They were attentive but not overbearing. The live music (harp, guitar, harpsichord, etc) that was constantly playing was so lovely. The spa was INCREDIBLE. When you stay in the wellness

Very nice experience, the hotel is very beautiful the mezcal and tequila bar is unique. The rooms are amazing with their own pool and ocean views. You have your own butler that takes care of everything you need during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have an exclusif experience.
