Paradisus La Perla

Our experience at Paradisus La Perla was made truly memorable thanks to Guadalupe, an extraordinary member of the wait staff. 🙂 We spent a lot of time at the quiet pool and from the very first day, Guadalupe welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuine kindness that made each experience feel special. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, always attentive to our needs and remembering our preferences, which added such a personal touch. 💕 Guadalupe’s professionalism and warm demeanor were evident in every interaction, making us feel like more than just guests. She was quick to accommodate any request, no matter how small, and did so with such grace and positivity. Her thoughtful recommendations and attention to detail made our vacation delightful, and we always left feeling happy and satisfied. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings such joy to their work, and Guadalupe’s commitment to excellent service truly enhanced our vacation. We made a point to find her each day! 🥰 We cannot thank her enough for making our stay so wonderful and unforgettable. 🙏 Guadalupe is a gem, and we hope to see her again on our next visit! Guadalupe served us at the quiet pool all week long, she was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, friendly, courteous, and wanted to make sure we were totally taking care of. Her smile lights up the entire place. She was incredible and we're going to miss her. She's a new friend of ours. ❤️

This resort was my favorite of all time! The food and service at Hadar was excellent! My favorite server was Shaira Fernando!! She made sure we had everything we needed every morning during breakfast. We requested to sit in her area 3 days in a row. She brightened our morning!

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and while it was a good experience overall, it didn't quite reach great. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a lovely whirlpool tub on the balcony. I appreciated the bracelet system for opening doors—it made things convenient without the worry of losing a key. However, I found the food lacking; it was repetitive and not very appealing. If you're a cat lover, you'll enjoy the numerous cats roaming around the dining area, but keep in mind there are no buffets—everything is served to go. The beach was quite rough during my visit, so I couldn't take a dip as it wasn't safe. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
