Always have had a great experience at Buffet Hadar and have Ismael and Anita to thank for that! They were wonderful every single day and never let us sit with empty glasses. They move so quickly and efficiently serving multiple tables at a time and taking the same care of each table. Ismael and Anita made our trip a wonderful experience.

The resort was so beautiful. Me and my friends had a girl's trip to this resort last year and had so much fun we decided to come back this year as well. We had a swim up suite on the adult side and it was absolutely wonderful! It was so relaxing to just walk out of our room and into the water and to be able to have drinks and food served right to us poolside. We had Nestor Herrera as our concierge last year and just HAD to have him again for this trip. Nestor is so full of energy and wonderful to work with. He communicates with you daily letting you know all the activities that are available and reminding you of dinner times. He checks on you throughout the entire trip to see whatever he can help with. He was such a joy to work with. We all loved him!

Spent 9 days here with friends and family for annual winter vacation. We loved the property rooms were beautiful. I think we got upgraded to a suite in the Reserve Area no complaints there. Service was extremely good especially swim up bar at the Fahrenheit pool bar and grill. Ezequki Francisco was best bartender we have ever encountered in over 20 years vacationing in the Playa Del Carmen area. Always smiling great service he remembered us and what we wanted to drink😊 Everyone there said the same thing. Another outstanding employee was Ernesto Felicita in the Hadar adults only buffet. We always sat in his section for breakfast every day. Always friendly service with a 😊

Over all our experience at Paradisus La Perla Reserve was terrific. Hadar buffet had an abundance of breakfast and lunch choices. Also had dinner there a couple of times and were also satisfied. Sante for breakfast and lunch was very good. The al la carte restaurants Sal, Lemonfish, Tokimeku, Flora were among our favourites. M bar makes great martinis and the choices at South bar are abundant. The staff are simply wonderful. They are engaging, happy, authentic and truly want to provide you with the best service experience possible. Our concierge Eduardo was fantastic as were, Alfredo, Christopher, Maria, Erick, Jairo (pool/towel staff) and Jusmara and Henau (Reserve lounge). The only 2 negatives for us is we found the use of incense overpowering and there does not appear to be any spay/neuter program for the feral cats. Highly recommend this resort.

Amazing Adults only resort. Our concierge Roberto sent us daily updates from dinner reservations to yoga and pool aqua fit times. Isabel at the Fahrenheit Pool was attentive, friendly and an anticipated are every need Ezequiel at the Fahrenheit swim up bar made the best Ceasers, mini beer and tequila bang bang (poppers) he know how to start the party!!!
