Paradisus La Perla

Good food, good drinks, very attentive staff. We stayed at La reserva, which was worth the upgrade that we did when we checked in. Got some great pictures out of it, thank you Angelo by the reserva pool area. Nothing is perfect, they only give one night at the steakhouse with the reserva upgrade, and the food there is better but only by a bit. The food at the other adults restaurants is good. Room service is fun, although the room service breakfast is a lot better than the room service lunch. The beach is beautiful, but there is a lot of seaweed. And there are some rocks in the water, my wife cut her foot the first day on a large rock that the resort probably should have tried to clear out. It is also hard to get a bungalo even if you're in the reserva. The reserve pool is gorgeous. And the beach is stunning. We stayed here five nights and don't want to leave. 5*.

Special shout out to the staff at Hadar restaurant, Alicia, Ernesto and Alitzel who provided great service every morning at Breakfast. Muchas Gratias 🇲🇽 They remembered our orders and greeted us with warm hospitality every morning. Ask for Ernesto’s section when you come and he will look after you with kindness :)

Great place to stay. Our room was a swim up suite across from the pool bar, and we loved it. Jessica in the concierge was especially helpful and planed all of our excursions, dinner, and check outs. She even helped us with ideas and places to visit in town.

We stayed in JAN/25 and only with the reserve upgrade is nice and you feel the 5 starts experience. If you have the normal one is like flying “premium economy” you can see the upgrades but you can’t have it. Like the cabanas, or private beach … and etc. Or the fact that only with the reserve you can have dinner reservations between 19:00 and 21:00! If you don’t have the reserve, you need to done super early or super late

My stay was wonderful and relaxing, My Concierge Cynthia Delgado Pacheco was outstanding, professional abd responsive to my needs. She made this a very enjoyable experience for me.
