Mago and esteef bartenders at the lobby great. Ask mago for a magic trick. Christopher at the reserve will hook up your palapa.

Great getaway
We had a great time. Would recommend upgrading to the Reserve package if you are coming without kids. You have the option for relaxation or a party vibe and have access to the whole resort. Tons of things to do as just a couple or a whole family. Staff was always friendly and very helpful.

Amazing staff and great time
Jocelyn Guerra, Denisse, Isabella, and the bar staff were amazing, friendly, and fun! We had a great time with them. The adults only pool area has good food and a fun vibe. Paloma’s are delicious and there is always something going on if you enjoy activities.

Jocelyn, Denisse, annd isabel were amazing ! they were our favorite part of the whole trip ! 10/10 for them, they really made us feel comfortable and at home with how accommodating they were. We really appreciated all of their help and friendliness

25 anniversary
everyone was very friendly and nice there. the restaurants food were very good tastfeul and right size.the only improvement is your transport to and from airport. Otium they keep you waiting 30 min for other passengers....other wise everything was outstanding
