UNICO 20N 87W - Riviera Maya

Amazing get away for my wife and I. We have been to many resorts, and this one was the best. Our concierge, Berenice, made our trip perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Dining, amenities, and staff were all great. We highly recommend Unico.

This is one super nice resort. It is well kept, from the building to the landscaping to the pools, the restaurants, the staff etc. From the moment we arrived Israel and Roger took great care of us, making dinner reservations, changing reservations if needed, just coming by and chatting to see how our vacation was going and if we needed anything. At the pool Ms. Lucia took outstanding care of us, checking on us constantly during the day, always with a big smile on her face, she really wants to serve the guests and insure they are having a good time. The food in the restaurants is very good, the 2087 Steakhouse has a big variety of food options, Mi Carisa the Italian restaurant is also one of our favorites, good lasagna, shrimp Alfredo was excellent. Service in all the restaurants was very good. Had 3 massages and the we’re good also. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable, had good night sleeps each night. Can’t wait to get back, already planning the next time!! Thank You

My wife and I came back here almost three years after our first visit to this resort. We have been to quiet a few different all inclusive resorts and have been disappointed with all of them after our first visit here. Our second trip was no exception. The restaurants are far better than any other resort we have been to. The front desk staff, housekeeping, the restaurant servers and most importantly in my option the pool staff were all very friendly, timely, and attentive. Our first day on resort, our pool boy was Bryan. He was so incredible we sought out his area every day to hang out poolside. I can’t say enough great things about him. Ismael was our “local host” who handled all of our diner/spa reservations. He was always quick to respond via Whatsapp and made changes to our weekly plans very easy. I can’t say enough how great the staff, property and food is at this resort. Try it first before any other property in Mexico and you will only be disappointed when you go elsewhere. Thanks for our second great Unico experience.

Roger and Jose are the BEST!!!! They made are entire experience so fun and were so awesome. If you come here you HAVE to ask for them! They helped us with everything we needed and set up our spots by the pool everyday. The entire staff here is so kind and fun!

The resort was beautiful and had such a blast. Our host Eduardo was amazing and did such a great job booking all of our events for us. I would go back to this place again and request him as our host. Everything was perfect and each place we ate at had amazing food. Thanks for such a great trip.
