Better than we could have imagined!!
We went for our honeymoon and this resort could not have been more perfect. We loved the friendly staff, endless swift service and incredibly delicious food. The resort was very clean and was beautiful across the board. We will be back!!

Most Quiet, Relaxing Resort
This was the most relaxing resort we've been to in a long time. Having been to numerous other resorts, this once takes the cake for relaxation, peace, and quiet. There was spa-like soft music playing all over the resort, no rush to get to beach chairs in the morning, and they kept the late-night activities to a minimum (and mostly kept them at the main-building). The room was clean, quiet, and peaceful - they did an excellent job of keeping it that way for the entire stay as well! The food was tasty - each item typically was served well-presented and they always inquired about the quality of the food, after each meal, so they clearly care about the experience. I can't say enough about the service - each waiter, concierge, bartender, and server was absolutely amazing. They were SUCH hard workers and ensured everyones' stay was pleasant, peaceful, and enjoyable.

5 year absence, so nice to return.
Just a short visit for us after spending the first week in Akumal but it was absolutely fabulous. Some small changes that we had to figure out (all menus and services through the app) but once we caught on it was easy. We will not wait another 5 years before our return!

Food and service that are amazing!
We stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving and had a magnificent time. We love seeing several of the staff that now feel like family friends. This time we felt like the food was the best that it has been in all our stays here! They have changed their menus and it shows! We want to give a shout out to several stars: Luggage Bellhops - Christian and Mex Lobby/Checkin - Paula and Aina Lobby Bartenders - Abner and Pascual Wait staff - Jaime and Theresa (who even went in pouring rain to fetch some bottled waters) Pool Bar Bartender - Gilberto Pool Wait Staff - Oscar All of these people are absolutely amazing and make each of our trips so memorable!

Please do yourself a favor and go to this resort! I had the most beautiful time with my partner in January. The wait staff was incredibly nice and greeted us with a smile and a yes to every request. We had the opportunity to go to Tulum, and the Xel-Ha, parasailing and jet skiing, we ate the most fantastic meals on a beach bed right next to the water. It was the easiest and most pleasant vacation and gave true meaning to the word luxury. It was not pretentious and the guest coordinator (and every single one of the waitstaff!!) made sure we were having fun every step of the way.
