Beloved Playa Mujeres

This is our fourth stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres and it's hard to imagine going somewhere else. Christian Sosme, Guest Services Manager, made us feel like royalty. He went above and beyond to ensure we were aware of all our benefits and always checked on our experience at dinners, the spa, etc. Karina (hostess) always recognized us by name and remembered our room number. While I know that doesn't seem like much, but when someone sees hundreds of people a day and remembers the details, you feel like you are valued. The night lobby bar staff is exceptional. I think word got out because plenty of guests were coming straight to the source to get drinks. We enjoyed sitting and talking with Pascual, Abner, and Nolberto after the rush was gone. If they have the items on hand, they can make pretty much anything you request. We had a casita, which I highly recommend, and the beach staff took care of us while we read in our pool, especially Oscar. They have a ton of ground to cover between the pools, beach, and casitas so it was nice to see them *at least* once an hour checking on us to see if we needed any drinks or food. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we also received the towel animals (swan, rabbits) and had a romantic bath waiting for us after dinner one night.

We had a 5 star trip. Thanks to the people who work at playa beloved. The staff is why we go there. You will never be disappointed. This is our 4 th visit here. With more to go!!! The beach staff. Just returned from a week at this hotel. We cant say enough great things about it. It fits the bill perfectly if what you are looking for is a nice a quiet getaway from the crazy bustle. Shoutouts to Christian at Guest Services, you are a wonderfully kind individual, thank you for getting us the information for all of the little things. Props to Luis, Benito, and Oskar by the pool, and the beach. They all put in amazing effort and will go the extra mile to get you what you are looking for. The Azul Caribe drinks were just fantastic. Also a word for Ambar at the Lupita Lounge, Thank you for being so welcoming, it was a great start to our vacation:) The spa is great! Laura and Griselda were champs, and the hot stone massage was well worth it. We will definitely be back, With the calming atmosphere, and relaxed vibes, this is not a party spot, but if you want some downtime then this is the place.

Just celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary with a 7 night stay at Beloved this past October. We have been to several All-inclusive resorts and this was our favorite. Very quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. The food was excellent in terms of selection, taste and presentation. The facilities and ground were beautiful. The best part however was the staff. Excellent in every way. Alex was our pool side waiter and took care of us every day in spectacular fashion. Christina was a delight every morning in the Caffeto Bar and Sebastian was excellent as well. We definitely will be looking to come back.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The resort staff was amazing! Sebastian cleaned our glasses next to the pool. Christian took our bags to the room and got us settled. Rasaura kept our room spotless and stocked everything we needed. Pacheco at Lupita was the best waiter ever! The piano player at LeBisou made our breakfasts wonderful. The beach was gorgeous but the water had a little too much seaweed to get in. The nearby beach at La Isla Muerjes was amazing though! The food at all restaurants was delicious! We highly recommend this resort!
