We stayed in Dreams Aventura for new years and it was one of the most amazing weekends we have had in a while. The entertainment for the kids was amazing especially from Christian who was an amazing entertainer and the kids adored him. The food is amazing especially the buffet and all in all an amazing trip and definitely recommend to couples, families and any type of people.

Amazing service and staff. Food is good and what you would expect from an all inclusive resort. Resort is clean and safe. Beach may not be everyone’s favorite but if you have small kids, it’s perfect. We have come two years in a row for the family atmosphere. We have three generations traveling and it is perfect for all ages.

Great resort for family. Ocean is shallow, easy to keep an eye on the children. Lots of games and entertainment. Great service and wonderful staff.

We had lovely holiday, but I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The rooms are great, we asked to move room after 1 night as the evening entertainment in the lobby was so loud. Reception were helpful and moved us rooms by the afternoon, to a quieter area. The main thing that let this hotel down for me was the food. The buffet was great, however the a la carte restaurants we found to be poor quality and we didn’t really enjoy any of them. It was a shame, as the a la carte restaurants were a selling point for us when booking the hotel. The staff were great and offered good service. The other issue we found was the beach, during our stay the beach was very busy at certain points and people were reserving beds from 7am! There is a sign saying they will be removed but this wasn’t really enforced, so trying to reserve a bed became an added stress each day. I think this would be easily resolved if there were more sun loungers available - there is plenty of room. At some point all the sun beds were gone by 7.30am, which I have never experienced at other dreams hotels. As a couple staying here, the entertainment was very kid focused and in hindsight we should have booked an adults only, but again didn’t find this an issue at other Dreams hotels. Overall we had a great holiday, but I think there is some improvement needed and I wouldn’t return.
