We just wanted to share some feedback after our first few days here. Overall, the hotel is fantastic. The staff are truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and incredibly hardworking—and the restaurants, amenities, and general service throughout the resort have been excellent. The resort is understandably very busy at the moment with North American visitors on Spring Break and we completely appreciate that this is a popular destination, especially as it’s very family-friendly. However, we’ve found it quite difficult to find a sunbed in the shade anywhere during the day, as they tend to be taken very early in the morning. We realise this is a common challenge in many resorts and not something the staff can easily control. We’ve also found it a little difficult to locate quieter spaces around the property, as many areas have music or activities throughout the day. As a couple, we were hoping to find a few more calm areas to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. This certainly isn’t a criticism of the staff or how the hotel is run—the team here are doing an amazing job. We simply wanted to share the feedback that when the resort is very busy, it can be challenging to find quiet areas or shaded seating. Aside from that, everything else has been excellent and we truly appreciate the effort the team puts into making guests feel welcome.

Disappointing. The food was not very good, no beach to walk. A lot of seaweed, not enough help, did not feel important to be their guest.

Dreams Adventura is one of the smaller resorts that we have stayed at. If you do not upgrade to the “premium” side, you have access to one pool, a buffet restaurant that’s above average, and a few à la carte restaurants that are decent. What really makes the resort is the people, and at this resort the people who really took the time to get to know my family, and to make the experience exceptional, were the entertainment team. In particular, the director Bernice is one of the most lovely people we’ve ever come across. It’s not surprising perhaps that she has a lovely team of entertainment staff who also made our trip great. A special shout out to Edwin Perla and Itzayana. These folks went above and beyond with fun activities and great conversation. Some tips about staying at this resort: the drinks are generally not great with the exception of at the cocktail bar in the main lobby that opens for a few hours per day. Next - the area just outside of the resort is lovely to water around. There is a dolphin enclosure a 10 min walk away that you can wander through at no additional cost. This is worth doing . Lastly, stay away from the ultimate vacation club. It’s the biggest rip off. Don’t waste your time at their presentations.

Had the best massage at Dreams Adventures with Guadalupe. Her pressure was just right and she checked in with me to make sure I felt good. It was more than I expected with hot towel on my back, heated neck pillow and warm slippers at the end. Scalp massage was perfect. Please request Guadelupe, you won’t be disappointed!

We just returned from the most wonderful family vacation. We travel a lot with our kids but Dreams was our first time taking them to an all inclusive. We have a 10 year old girl and an 8 year old boy. From day one the entertainment staff welcomed us and made our kids feel so special. Our kids participated in all the fun activities day after day. Things they normally wouldn’t do. We formed such a special relationship with the entertainment staff, it’s as if we had known them forever. It was the first time our daughter cried leaving a vacation because she didn’t want to leave the new friends she made in the staff. I don’t know if any other trip will beat this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for going above and beyond to make our trip so wonderful. Left with new memories and new friends.
