Fernando (front desk), Emilio (concierge), and Ricardo ( pool concierge) were the absolute most outstanding employees during our stay in July. We were meet by Fernando upon arrival, and check in was extremely fast. Emilio came to tell us our room was ready, escorting us to the room, arranging for our luggage to be delivered. Our room was amazing, 7th floor, stunning views from the balcony, and exceptionally clean. Emilio checked on us, along with Fernando, thru out our stay, helping answer any questions we had, and making excellent recommendations for dinners. Ricardo, (pool concierge) was Amazing! He had our Bali bed ready every day, complete with extra pillows ( I have a bad back), and our ice bucket ready with waters. He checked on us numerous times per day to see if all our needs were met, and if there was anything they could do. We only stayed by the preferred pool, but with service like this, why would you go anywhere else! These 3 stood out in making our vacation a very memorable trip, and while mother nature threw seaweed at the beaches, the resort did a very good job at keeping the lagoon section clear for people still swimming in the ocean, and many people were sitting on the beach. I would highly recommend this resort as a lovely place to come relax, walk into town, shopping, and just a over all super place to stay. We will be back!

Julieta from the spa did an amazing job with my hair for my daughter’s wedding. She made a recommendation and I trusted her. It was so windy that day but my hair stayed perfect all night long. Thank you to the spa team. It was a wonderful day in the bridal suite!!!

We just got back from an amazing stay, and overall I would absolutely recommend this resort. The food was surprisingly good, with plenty of variety, and we never had a bad meal. The activities team kept everyone entertained throughout the day, and there was always something fun going on. A huge shout out to Romeo, one of the bellmen. He was hands down one of the best employees we’ve ever encountered at any resort. He went above and beyond every single time we saw him, always with a smile and genuinely wanting to help. Employees like him make a vacation memorable. The beach wasn’t the best during our stay because of the sargassum seaweed, but that’s simply the time of year and completely out of the resort’s control. We knew that going in, so it didn’t take away from our trip. The only real disappointment was the pool. Unfortunately, it needed to be cleaned and filtered much more often. Every time we looked at getting in, there were leaves, dirt, hair, and other debris floating around. We only ended up swimming once because of it. That’s really the only area I think could use significant improvement. The drinks were on the weaker side, but honestly that’s pretty typical for most all-inclusive resorts, so it wasn’t unexpected. What really sets this place apart isn’t just the resort itself—it’s the entire gated community. It feels like its own little paradise. There are bars, restaurants, shops, dolphins, golf cart rentals, and so many places to explore. We loved cruising around the community, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. It genuinely felt like everyone was looking out for one another, creating such a safe, welcoming atmosphere. We came here expecting a nice resort and left feeling like we’d discovered a hidden little island community. We’d absolutely come back and would love to spend even more time exploring everything the area has to offer.

Very good place to go with the family, restaurants are in open space with needs more care for people that likes to be under AC.spa was incredible Julieta is an expert and the service was absolutely amazing

Definitely come here if you have your kids it was beautiful here the staff and customer service was on point . The whole resort is incredible. A must stay clean and lovely . Drinks could be stronger but overall it was a beautiful trip regardless. Do the extreme zipline the cave and snorkeling experience ask for Edwin 10 out of 10 highly recommend Definitely worth it . U will get your money worth
