From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! Check-in was quick and simple. We were actually Preferred Club members, which we didn’t even realise, so we were taken to our own section of the hotel to check in, which was such a lovely start to our stay. Our room was perfect — spotlessly clean, comfortable and with a free minibar that was restocked every single day. We also had a swim-up room, and the pool was always kept beautifully clean by the staff. The staff throughout the whole resort were so friendly, kind and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and whenever we needed anything, they were always happy to help. Unfortunately, on the morning we were due to fly home, our flight was cancelled. This could have been a very stressful situation, but the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They helped us contact the airline, talked through potential solutions with us and were incredibly supportive throughout the whole situation. They even allowed us to stay beyond our check-out time rather than leaving us to deal with everything on our own, which we really appreciated. The room service was also amazing — the food was genuinely so good! If I had one thing to mention, it would be that if you’re not a fan of traditional Mexican food, you may find some of the buffet options and certain restaurants a little difficult. However, there were still plenty of choices, and Portofino restaurant was absolutely amazing — definitely one of our favourites! The beach was beautiful and very clean. There was some seaweed while we were there, and unfortunately it did have a bit of a smell, but this is something that happens at certain times of the year and is completely outside of the hotel’s control. The staff were out every day working hard to clear it, so it really didn’t take away from the experience. There were also loads of water sports available around the resort, all free of charge, which was such a bonus. Overall, the hotel was absolutely amazing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the beautiful resort and perfect room to the incredible staff and the way they looked after us when our flight was cancelled, everything made our holiday so special. We would 100% come back here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We’re already wishing we were back! 🌴☀️❤️

The staff was amazing. Marco, Guadalupe and Ruben were outstanding!! They made my experience well worth it!! That Veronica person was tooooo pushy and I didn’t appreciate that. She made us all uncomfortable!! I would visit again. Thank you to the staff. It was a great time. Our family was happy! We will Facebook/ IG/ Twitter our experience!

The overall service has been way above par, special mention to the politeness and cheerfulness of the staff, they're all amazing and they always give you their all. The spa was particularly delightful and Esther guided has through with care, a soothing tone and superb care

Best service ever!!! 🌴❤️ We went to Dreams Aventuras for a last-minute vacation. We are two adults and two girls, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold towels and the most friendly smiles. Check-in was very fast, and we enjoyed some mimosas at the Preferred Club. Amado and Jas from the Preferred Club are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the drinks you want and that you feel well taken care of. At the Preferred Club swimming pool, we received amazing service from Ivan, Jorge, and Roberto. Roberto prepared an incredible surprise for my daughter’s birthday, and honestly, he made me cry. 🥹❤️ It was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture. Guadalupe is the sweetest waiter in the world! He is so kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Together with Aremy and Gerardo, our last dinner at the El Patio was very special. The activities were awesome! Rico was so much fun and always made sure to include us in the activities. Now, how can I put into just a few words how amazing Berenice is?! She was the best instructor, teaching us different shots, and my girls absolutely fell in love with her. She is funny, very smart, and always coming up with something fun to do. She even took us on a bike ride to the public beach inside the Puerto Aventuras complex and brought snorkel equipment so we could see beautiful fish and sea creatures. We cannot thank her enough for making that experience so special! 🐠🤿🚲 Rubi was also awesome and taught us how to dance. 💃🏻 She was so much fun! And Marco, at the lobby coffee shop, makes amazing drinks after 5 p.m. ☕️ I truly cannot thank all of you enough for such an incredible experience. The food was amazing, the weather was beautiful, and the people made everything even better. We came for a last-minute vacation, but we left with wonderful memories that we will never forget. ❤️ Thank you, Dreams Aventuras, for an unforgettable vacation! 🌴☀️❤️
