Great location on a quiet marina. Very much a family-friendly resort. The rooms are big, clean and quiet. The staff is what makes this resort. Everyone says hello and is helpful. We especially appreciated Roberto in the Preferred Club pool, always making the perfect spot. Alma (and all the bartenders) for being kind to my kids ordering frozen drinks all afternoon. Fabi in the VIP services was fun and warm. Zabdiel and Itzayana in the Entertainment team were the all Stars. My family loved all the different activities offered. Some were in the pool, some were out exploring the marina, some were games. There was a blackjack night and just a fun blend of different ways to have a good time! We already miss it.

My family and I recently spent four nights staying at Dreams Aventuras and had a wonderful time! This was our first time traveling to Mexico and staying in an all inclusive resort. With our three kids ages 15, 14, & 12 the all inclusive nature was a big plus for our family. We especially enjoyed the sushi at Gohan, we went back there multiple times! Although the beach was going through sea weed season, we still had a great time. The resort offered many creative activities throughout the day which we found very enjoyable. Our last night was the Osada dinner on the beach with a fire spinning show. It was a perfect night! What really earned the five start rating from us was the staff at this resort. Our family frequently visits Walt Disney World and Disneyland and I would definitely compare the Dreams Aventuras staff to the hospitality you would receive at Disney Deluxe Resorts. At Dreams Aventuras they go above and beyond to help you and are very kind. Fabi was fabulous who checked us in upon arrival. Roberto at the preferred pool was always helpful in finding the perfect spot for us with just enough shade! Itzyanna gave us a tour of the marina and was a pleasure to talk to. Our youngest son became friends with Zabdiel who gave us spanish lessons on the beach, took us on his "extreme bike tour", & even made our kids an origami keep sake. Leonardo was very silly and always made it a fun time while at the pool. We definitely became amigos with the staff and it made for a special vacation. I would highly recommend this resort to my family and friends. If you are looking for a family friendly, all inclusive resort, this is one to consider! Thank you for the memories!

Location is great. Just wish the beach was usable as it was so much seaweed. Hotel is beautiful. Service is great. Just needs better nightly entertainment.

Lovely stay Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff in particular were great with the children. Good food at the restaurants (Oceania - sea food and El Patio - Mexican were particularly good) - excellent facilities. Really nice rooms with amenities. Would recommend

Went with family. First off, staff are brilliant, can’t do enough for you. The likes of Lorenzo and Itzacaya in entertainment are great with kids. Restaurants good - food is nice, tasty with plenty of vegetables and fruit. Rooms excellent - comfortable bed, very clean and lots of space. Would recommend.
