Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya

We have visited many resorts from Cancun to Tulum but we always return to this one. The people in Mexico are always warm and inviting but here, we feel like family. Fernando in guest services always handles our reservations paying attention to details important to us and Ronnie at the bell stand always remembers us by name, our preferences and when we welcomes us "home" we know he means it. The area is safe and exclusive. This time the seaweed at the beach has gotten the best of them. Its a struggle this time of year but it seems to have accumulated over the years in the beach area in the water. We usually love it and spend lots of time in it but this time it was the first disappointment we faced

We are here in the Maya Rivera at the dreams adventures and we are all having a fabulous time. We are five adults and two children six years old. We have all found something to do to keep us amused and occupied. I went for a spa day yesterday and it was lovely. My masseuse was Guadalupe. Just the right amount of pressure and she took direction if I had a very sore spot. I would say this is a five out of five. The food has been good. We have tried Oceana and Portofino and the world Café all have been excellent.

We were recently here for a friends wedding and decided to have a couples massage. I can’t speak highly enough of the massage provided by Julietta at the Dreams Spa. My wife had Nestor as her masseuse and said the same. They provided an excellent and relaxing treatment while also leading us through the process before and after the massage. Fantastic experience. We will be back!

Beautiful place. Cant say enough about the view. Housekeeping staff were great! And Lucia at the spa gave me the best massage I’ve received in my 47 years of life! 🙌🏻 Would absolutely recommend. 🥰

We had a great time at Dreams Aventuras! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The resort location was beautiful. The grounds keepers do a wonderful job making sure the sargassum was off the beach. They are constantly cleaning and fixing chairs. They work so hard and it was much appreciated! Value was good. Our rooms were big and comfortable. The noise level was so so. We had ocean front views which over looked the pool. It gets VERY noisy during the day, which is to be expected, but it does shut down completely at 10:00. The views are worth it. Food was ok. Very americanized, not a lot of Mexican food options. I was hoping for more tacos, salsas, etc. The food wasn’t very flavorful. This is not a resort for party people. Family friendly and everything is shut down by 10:00. I loved this and was glad I went with this resort for that reason. They do have a club that’s open until 1:00 which was nice but small. Bartender there was great and very attentive. My biggest complaint is that they are doing some kind of remodeling on the 7th floor. It was so loud and went on throughout the day for 3 days. Impossible to relax or take a nap in your room until about 5:00-6:00 PM. I also want to shout out a few people—- Brenda at the Spa— She was FANTASTIC! The massage was phenomenal. She checked with me on pressure, spoke so softly and made sure I was comfortable. The most relaxing experience of my life. I can’t recommend her enough!! 10/10. Paulina at the Preferred Club Lounge— She was so kind and so helpful! Talking to her felt like talking to a friend. She is the perfect person for that job. 10/10. Teofila in Housekeeping— She is so sweet and my room looked perfect every day I chose to have it cleaned. When I saw her in the hall, she would check with me to make sure I didn’t want my room cleaned (I kept my DND door hanger on a lot), and made sure I was comfy! 10/10.
