I absolutely loved it, my sister had her wedding even though they had to quickly change the location due to mother nature they made it magical for her still Such a beautiful place and kind people I would highly recommend

We just had my daughters wedding here on May 20th 2026. The resort was excellent!. Very clean and tidy. The food was excellent at all restaurants and the steak in the Italian restaurant was the best ive ever had. The entertainment staff are amazing, Abigail was truly amazing during the day around the pool. Zabdiel was absolutely perfect in the karaoke bar making it fun for all. Other than the seaweed which is a mother nature problem we had ZERO complaints. Highly recommended resort. The Worths

Good vacation, but not what I expected from a Hyatt. There was a lack of nightlife entertainment except the nightclub every night if you like that. Food was good but lack veriety, No activities for 13-17 years olds. Could not go in the ocean due to seaweed. Very small resort inside a run-down community. The dolphin marina is the best thing there.

Worst holiday and stay we have ever had We paid around £2,190 for an 8-night all-inclusive holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday and ended up leaving after only ONE night because the hotel was nothing like advertised. The hotel has ridiculous rules and restrictions that are not properly disclosed before booking. The strict smoking policy is unbelievable — guests are only allowed to smoke outside in the car park and can be fined $200 for breaking the rules. There are also additional charges for things like hanging clothes on the balcony. Instead of feeling like a relaxing luxury holiday, the whole place felt controlling and stressful. The smell around the resort made it impossible to relax properly, even on the balcony. We also paid extra for upgraded services and “private beach access,” only to discover the beach and water access were practically unusable. To make things worse, we then had to spend extra money on transport and emergency alternative accommodation because we simply could not stay there any longer. If we had managed to arrange another hotel immediately, we would have left without staying even one night. The most shocking part is that after paying over £2,000, the refund offered was only around $490, despite staying just one night out of eight. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing customer service from both the hotel and Booking.com. I would strongly advise future travellers to carefully read every hidden policy before booking this hotel. This was supposed to be a special birthday holiday and instead became a stressful and expensive nightmare.
