Beautiful place
We had an amazing stay at Dreams Riviera Maya! The hotel is beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the staff truly made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our vacation. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Abigail from the entertainment team, she was absolutely amazing and made every activity so much fun! Huge thanks as well to Marco at the Mixology Bar for his incredible drinks and great personality, and to Jadial for always providing excellent service and keeping the good vibes going. One area the hotel could improve on is the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms (room 264) . Our shower flooded every time we used it, and there was noticeable mold in the room that should definitely be treated and addressed. With better room maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the experience would be even more perfect. Overall, we still had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the amazing hospitality from the staff. We would definitely come back!

Reserved the spa hydrotherapy and it was a great experience. My therapist William was great!! Excellent customer service and a complete experience. Definitely recommend to anyone that come to visit this location. The steam room could be a bit hotter, but everything else was fantastic!!!
