Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya

Dreams Aventuras is a smaller but intimate resort where you will enjoy the staff and surroundings. We enjoyed the entertainment the most, there was always something going on. The Divas and Asada fire show were great. I really enjoyed the effort of the staff to put on a BBQ around the pool where you are sat in groups of 10 or so for these shows, allowing you to meet and get to know other guests. The a la carte restaurants were all pretty good but the buffet food was only adequate. Location was interesting being in a gated community made us feel very safe walking around town.

Amado is the best bartender he works in the preferred lounge. Really appreciated him all week. He even cleaned our baby’s bottles for us

Geared to families nice beach and sand area for young children. Too many children in adult places such as pool bar, rooms were very nice very clean , resort small, not enough chairs in lobby or bars entertainment was good. No beach, a small lagoon with sand about 400ft long. Shore was mostly rocky, day entertainment was poor. No music anywhere just maybe repetitive spa music. Now for food, we ate at buffet twice too many kids, Oceana restaurant was the best for breakfast and lunch in preferred area and close to pool.You could order food here and they would bring it to you at your lounge chair. Waitress around preferred pool was alone so waited almost an hour for your drink. Portfolio restaursnt was good What was nice uou didn't have to make reservations at any restaurant and never had to wait to get a table as most families ate at the World cafe(buffet). Overall a good resort for families with small children but I wouldn't return for this reason as we are a retired couple. Too far from airport also

This was the Deluxe King Oceanview Room we got. Anywhere else it would be ‘Obstructed View’. Restaurant/Bar staff and food excellent. House keeping staff poor. We had to request TP and tissues. Water glasses not changed.

We realy has a great time at the dream resort. I want to give a special thanks to a great mixologist and Marco making the best drinks and giving a great service. I would also like to thank Raph from the front desk team for giving us great service as well. Very friendly staff.
