Not relaxing, lobby staff always upselling. Lots of competition for lounge chairs and restaurants. 1/2 of restaurants not open depending the day. Pool is small and filthy. Place was lously with screaming kids3 star hotel at best, book elseware

Hotel didn't disappoint my second time here. Worker's are really nice and attentive always making sure that all are needs were met. Sebasthian from entertainment very friendly and the bartenders from the beach too. I like to name all the staff but it will be too long. So 5 start for the workers. Thank you

We had an amazing time at Dreams Aventuras. We had our wedding close by and had all of our guests stay at this hotel. Everyone had a great time, enjoyed the food and drinks, and never ran out of things to do! We loved the size of the hotel, making it easy for us to be with our guests the entire weekend. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an event the night before our wedding and the events team (shout out to Mayra) helped us plan a great night for our guests. We highly recommend this hotel and the town of Puerto Aventuras!

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding. She had over 100 people and they all stayed at the resort. It was the perfect size where we could all see and run into each other easily. It never felt so crowded. No reservations were needed for dinner and we never had a problem getting in somewhere. Some people waited a very tiny bit for a few of the smaller places. A few of our group had access to the preferred side and liked it - you can eat breakfast and lunch at the oceans restaurant on preferred but everyone can eat there for dinner. If you are with a large group I don't think you need preferred unless you want access to the restaurant and a smaller pool and jetted hot tub. The fire show was great. The staff was all very friendly and all the food staff wears hair nets which I was impressed with. The only suggestion would be the nightclub with the bar had a weird smell A not sure if it was from the smoke machine but they could maybe work on fixing that. Also my daughter and her fiancé didn't get an upgraded room the day they got there but they worked it out and moved to a great 2 room suite on day 3 so that worked out. The beach is so nice and good snorkeling on the other side of the rocks. I would come here again. Trip Guys was who we worked with for us and our guests and they did a great job. They had all our shuttles arranged and the shuttle company Lomas Travel was waiting for us at the airport with signs - we all had private rides to the hotel with other people only from our group - and the drivers were all very nice. Trip Guys also arranged our hotels and were great working with. They would answer emails promptly. I would recommend them as well.

Great family resort! Grandkids had so much fun and the adults did too! Puerto Aventuras is a great little town, between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, and that puts you near so many attractions. Special shout out to the spa staff- amazing experience and especially to Guadalupe. She gave me the best massage ever!
