Property needs updating and renovated. Staff was amazing. That’s the only thing good I have to say. Good was just okay. Nothing great about food. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I knew it was updated. If you are used to staying at Hyatt hotels and resorts, this is not a property that is to the standards of Hyatt. I wish I could add videos, but I added some picture we took.

We had a great 3 weeks here. The food in the buffet could be better (we’ve had much better in other dreams hotels) but everything else is great. The staff are so nice, special shout out to the preferred club staff, Felipe at the swing bar, and Jhonathan who all made our stay so lovely

It was not worth the price. I have stayed at Riu chains and Hotel Xcaret for the same price and wayyyy better ambience. The food wasn't worth it. The rooms weren't as nice. Even the resort itself wasn't as big or nice. There was only one pool unless you paid even more for a day pass at the other pool. The water to the beach was dirty and did not look like the pictures. The drinks were weak. They only had one option of beer.

We spent 7 days drinking Marco's drinks. Marco is amazing!! The care and attention that he puts in to his creations is unbelievable. He is an artist.
