Family trip
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff Food is basic, no tropical fruits available. Evening Entertainment is non existent.

Would not recommend
They had a preferred bar that had a sign. No one under the age of 18 past this sign. They still had kids at that part of the pool and bar. Housekeeping would come to the room daily and take the towels and wash cloths and not replace. Would have to call daily and request them to bring them up. Some night they would not understand what we were requesting so we would have to go to the pool and get towels and go without wash cloths. It was also a resort for the locals to have day passes to be on. We spoke to them and they stated you pay and can be there for the day and eat and drink and the resort with everyone so it is the place to be for the locals.

A most go to place you will love it
Very very nice on all levels we really enjoyed our self the people was amazing and very happy and nice and allways cleaning all day every day we are going back very soon

Entertainment Staff is the Best!
Great location on a quiet marina. Very much a family-friendly resort. The rooms are big, clean and quiet. The staff is what makes this resort. Everyone says hello and is helpful. We especially appreciated Roberto in the Preferred Club pool, always making the perfect spot. Alma (and all the bartenders) for being kind to my kids ordering frozen drinks all afternoon. Fabi in the VIP services was fun and warm. Zabdiel and Itzayana in the Entertainment team were the all Stars. My family loved all the different activities offered. Some were in the pool, some were out exploring the marina, some were games. There was a blackjack night and just a fun blend of different ways to have a good time! We already miss it.
