Dreams decent family destination clean good facility

Mediocre
The facilities are getting tired, and the staff only moderately trained. The overall feeling is that they were trying to deliver good service, but not unable to because of training or corporate. Compared to other all-inclusive resorts Dreams appears to be satisfied with delivering a mediocre service at best.

Wonderful week!
We had a wonderful vacation! We made guacamole, sushi, played in the pools, had so much fun! The entertainment squad is the best! The resort feels so safe and they watch out for the kids! We will return and bring friends. We enjoyed the constant entertainment. The premium level felt worth it to us!

I stayed at the Breeze Aventuras hotel for a week with my family, a group of seven adults and one child. The staff really go out of their way to make sure your experience memorable. I appreciated the wide selection of food, entertainment throughout the day and activities

Beautiful family vacation
Lovely lovely people. Entertainment staff are involved with their guests in a meaningful way. I always had great interactions with all the staff. I would have like to see the rooms a bit more updated and food at the beach to have more variety (i.e. other meats, better pizza etc.) but overall well done. I traveled with my family and 4 year old daughter (who adores the Explorer Club).. Would have liked it to be more available all day. But she had a great time.
