Had a wonderful time considering the terrible weather. We enjoyed the food and the people! Very friendly staff!
Overall we had a great time! Pillows weren’t the best. Bed was comfy! People were super friendly! Antonio at front desk was great!!!😊 We had terrible weather but still enjoyed our time. Not enough chairs. Towels were always available!!! Entertainment was good! Coco cafe wasn’t as stocked as others we’ve been to. Rooms were nice. We loved the ocean front room we had. We stayed preferredand would definitely recommend at this hotel. Didn’t take full advantage of it but enjoyed many of the specials it offered.

Great vacation!
Really had a fun time here with my friend and my parents, Erick, was one of the sweetest bartender that we ever had! Also Javier at the lobby really nice too, told us all the things to go check at the Play Del Carmen. Overall great staff, great food!

Best time in a long time
This was our second trip to this property and our first time experiencing the preferred program, absolutely loved it and are now spoiled. I love the extra perks that make you feel special. The staff at this resort are the most attentive I have ever come across and we travel a lot. My favorite thing is not having to make reservations for the ala carte restaurants, first come, first served. I now think twice about going to a resort where I have get up at the crack of dawn to get a reservation, miss it and then walk by an empty restaurant at dinner time because of no shows. This resort will defiantly be on our annual visit list. Well done, please don't change how you oprate.

Puerto Dream vacation
Yasser and Alejandra took us on a beautiful bike ride around Puerto Aventuras. On the ride my bike broke down and without skipping a beat Yasser gave me his bike so that I continue to enjoy this experience. This is just one example of the great staff and experiences we have that keep us coming back to Dreams resort’s especially Puerto Aventuras

Great family experience
Loved it! Very friendly staff, clean, so fun! It is smaller but I enjoyed the size. Perfect for our family. The beach was my 4 year olds favorite. Calm water and shallow! Loved the natural pool too! Elia in Oceana was the best!! So sweet and went above and beyond! Guillermo in the preferred pool was also wonderful and so friendly!
