Mercure Reataurant
Dinner at the Mercure Restaurant was OUT OF THIS WORLD. First, our server, Eduardo went out of his way to go to another bar to get our drink because they didn’t make it in house. The chef’s presentation on every plate was none like we’ve seen before. He did an outstanding job and lastly the food…WOW!!! Highly recommend if you come to this resort. Had we come to this restaurant first, we would’ve eaten here every night. Thank you for a fabulous meal.

My experience was truly delightful! Everything was nice and beautifully maintained—the cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was not only friendly but also highly efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism added to the overall positive experience. The only suggestion I have is regarding the food variety. While the meals were delicious, having different options for different days would enhance the experience, especially for guests staying longer. Eating the same dishes repeatedly can become a bit monotonous. A rotating menu or themed food days would make the dining experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Sexy Dylan!!!
We recently visited this wonderful resort. From the moment we arrived until our departure, our experience was incredible. The customer service from the entire staff was excellent, but most of all, we want to thank Dylan. He was always attentive to us, inviting us to every entertainment activity they offered—from beach activities to the shows. They have an amazing entertainment team, and we will definitely visit again. We hope to see Dylan once more. Thank you to the entire Dreams Jade team!

Hibachi
Miguel was a fantastic hibachi specialist ! Hibachi was delicious ! Jamie was also wonderful, keeping us in endless champagne! We had a wonderful evening celebrating a friend's birthday! The show was amazing. Miguel was very entertaining and catered to my family 😊

Teppanyaki dinner experience
Spice restaurant dinner show was excellent.Miguel was our Teppanyaki chef and was amazing. His was the Best we have seen in comparison to US restaurants and cruise ships. Entertaining and food preparation was excellent. All the staff was great.
