Yet another perfecct vacation...
Everything from the food and beverages to the always personalized service is 5 Star. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The entire property is kept spotless and perfectly maintained. This is why we have been returning for 12 years and will continue to return. Well that and the most comfortable beds and pillows in Puerta Vallarta!

Family Vacation
We, a family of 12, 8 adults, 8 year old, 4 year old and 2 infants, booked a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom suite. Our stay was amazing, absolutely 5 star, no complaints. The resort accommodated our room requests, cribs, near each other with no question. Food was great. We had room service a few times, due to varring nap and bed times, so great. The best was the staff, so friendly, accomodating, showed an interest in all the guests and were a pleasure to deal with. With such a large group, they went above and beyond. We 100% will be back. Loved Velas!
We loved this hotel! But the service...the service was top notch! The pools, swim up bar, resteraunts, lobby and night shows were all excellent! We went on a whale watching tour, a city tour with Tequila tasting, night market and felt very safe- thanks to the folks at Velas. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend! Exceptional hotel!

This resort has something for everyone. The grounds are beautiful and features include three pools, volleyball and ping pong. There are two great restaurants, one casual and one more formal. I loved having maid service daily and someone to make our bed and turn it down in the evening. The activities offered were varied and fun. We made fun things in Arts and Crafts, learned some Spanish language phrases, played Black Jack and participated in a free tour of the city. The beach is beautiful and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Resort
We stayed at Velas Vallarta Suites Resort in January. The check-in was great. The one bedroom suite was fantastic. Clean, large and beautiful. The balcony was huge and comfy! The staff were amazing! Pool service was spot on and the grounds were beautiful. The food was superb! Carlos at the frond entrance was exceptional. he helped us find places we wanted to see, was our go-to guy for getting anywhere we wanted to see. All in all there's not i can say for improvements and Velas Vallarta Suites Resorts will be our resort of choice.

My wife and I have just completed the sixth stay we won in a Luxury Link auction. We have been totally pleased with all of our LL purchases and this one at the Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico was no exception. We are grateful to the Velas people for all their personal attention and the high quality of their facility; the food was exceptional.
