I would do it again, the staff gave me a welcome and made me feel at home, I was impressed by the staff. My first time having my own butler at my service. taking a shuttle everywhere. Being asked if everything is okay, if I'm okay.

Dreams was great overall. The interior rooms nearer the lobby hear the show each night as they face the stage and it's loud from 8-10pm. Take ear plugs and mosquito repellant and your own flotation devices as they run out fast. The Sports bar between Dreams & Secrets has karaoke, pool tables and darts and such, and music is quite loud, hence the ear plugs. Same with Eclipse Bar. Hard to find place to dance salsa/bachata as tourists prefer club dance. Poorest review is re wifi. Emails wouldn't send, websites wouldn't load. Couldn't open my email on my computer. We did find a great transport service via Tripadvisor that was half the price of our group's travel agent price.

We came to this Dreams resort with high expectations as a previous stay at an alternate Dreams resort was not pleasant. This resort met and exceeded expectations. Everyone was completely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, especially Rafael and Junior in the Preferred Club. The place was exceptionally clean and this was a successful trip. We cannot wait to go back!

This hotel is fantastic!! We flew out with TUI for my partners 30th and opted for the preferred package. The room was lovely and spacious and overlooked the preferred pool area , had a ginormous bed which was like two double put together and was very comfortable. We were supplied a full fridge everyday which consisted of beer, water and soft drinks With the preferred package in your room you are given a lovely beach bag which was very handy around the pool and also made it feel that bit more luxury. My parents flew out to meet us halfway through our holiday and the opted for the non preferred package. Their room was similar but not as luxurious and quite a bit away from the main pool/beach area however the walk along to the beach is a pleasant one. The time of year we went in my opinion did not do the preferred option justice. It was very quiet in the resort and the day beds were never hard to get and nor was it difficult to get a lounger on the beach so for me did not justify the price difference however in peak season it would be worth it’s weight in gold. The beach was clean and cleared morning and evening of any seaweed that washed up ( quite a bit that time of year), the waiters and waitress’ regularly attended to fill up your drinks and were always happy to help. The pool and pool bar were great , enormous lazy river style pool going most of the way around the hotel which lead on the the circular pool bar area which was the busiest part of the pool area. Food! The buffet restaurant was as you would expect with both English and continental breakfast options. For lunch there were a couple of options, a burger bar, a Mexican bar on the beach and the main buffet restaurant Dinner there were 4 options, a sushi/oriental style restaurant (5/5) , a steak restaurant, a fish restaurant and of course the main buffet restaurant As a preferred guest we could use the ala carte restaurants as much as we liked but non preferred get to visit each once. My only negatives were that the entertainment was a bit below par and that there was a number of weddings on the beach that were in full sight of all of the sun loving beach goers ( not a problem for us on the loungers but if I’d paid all of that money to get married there I’d want a more private area without the bronzing beach folk looking on. All in all a fantastic stay and a great resort One other note is if you’re flying TUI upgrade to the premium seats such a great experience

Issa in the preferred main lobby bar is AWESOME . He went out of his way to have our favorite beverages available when he saw us. Joel was our transportation guy on the resort and he was PHENOMENAL!!! He was always available whenever we needed him and he would take us directly to the restaurants at the main resort. Thank you Issa & Joel for making our experience AMAZING!
