Amazing staff and resort
I had the best experience at Excellence Punta Cana. The staff is absolutely incredible. Jose/Blade’s hospitality was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home. He is the best and works so hard to make guests have a great time. I will definitely be returning soon!

Excellent at excellence
Amazing customer service! Food and drinks were excellent. The rooms could be better, we had an issue with our room’s AC. They were nice enough to give us a new room in the club section of the resort and did not charge us for the upgrade. Highly recommend this place

Ben and Layne’s Honeymoon
We had an absolute BLAST here. The service was fantastic, the food was great, the staff was so kind, and everything was kept in order very well. If you see people’s complaints about food in their reviews, don’t listen. It’s an all inclusive, of course the food won’t taste as well as you want.

Fun trip and lovely hotel
Loads of fun. Good food, nice staff, fun pool area and the ones who really made a difference were Joy Boy and Leisy Butterfly. So much fun and always had us laughing. Thank you, you guys were the BEST! Also loved Santa in the main restaurant. You were all excellente!

Wonderful
The beds were great. The rooms were great. The entertainment was top notch. Joy boy and blade were the best vibrant cheer leaders we could have asked for. The food in the restaurants we visited were great. The coffee shop was amazing and the bar tender teams kept us happy.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
