29th wedding anniversary!!
We chose this resort for our 29th wedding anniversary and it was what we hoped for. The staff was a pleasure they were attentive and responsive to our requests yet not over bearing. They would actually take the time to talk to you to get an understanding what you want and how you like certain things. Evening shows were a nice touch. In particular we had exceptional experience with Rosa in house keeping, Brenda the activities coordinator/ dance instructor and Chef Gabriel at the Lobster they made our experience very memorable.

The experience I had was amazing! The room was perfect, and from the moment we arrived, we felt at home and were taken care of extremely well. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff was outstanding. Their attentiveness to our needs was incredible. I loved it and will definitely come back in the near future. I would like to give a special thanks to Scooby Doo! He is not only an amazing host but truly the best. He made my vacation 100 times better. He is always respectful, attentive, and extremely helpful. I feel lucky to have met Scooby Doo. His cheerful nature always put a smile on our faces! You are fortunate to have such a wonderful person working for you. I wish every hotel had someone like Scooby Doo! Thank you all for making my birthday week so fantastic, with an extra special thanks to Scooby Doo! Also, a big thank you to Superman and Mini Barbie!

Excellence Service
This was by far the best vacation! My husband and I were treated like royalty, especially by Scooby-Doo and Superman! From the hibachi (Jorge) to the bars, the staff were incredibly generous and kind. I highly recommend this resort—it felt safe at all times, everything was impeccably clean, and the pool areas had such a great vibe! I absolutely loved it! Thank you to all the staff for being so attentive and caring especially all the waiters who took care of us!! Scooby-doo keep up with the good entertainment!! You made every night excellence!!

Resort did not follow up with their tour sales promises to refund money IN WRITiING
The resort was nice and the people were as well, however, I was misled by the staff regarding the resorts tours being sold. We bought a fishing trip and were promised a refund which never happened. I complained to the resort and they have yet to reply with any follow up. Very disappointed to have a resort selling tours and not making sure they deliver on their promises

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
