The hotel was super clean the entertainment crew in specific Escubi, sexy chocolate, mini Barbie and Coca Cola are the best team they make you feel like home I have never had a service like theirs they are amazing and the four of them made my vacation an unforgettable one they made my vacation a special one with all their attention and friendliness I can’t wait to go back and see them four again I highly recommend excellence punta Cana resorts for your next trip and ask for the fantastic four Escubi, sexy chocolate, mini Barbie and Coca Cola they will make your trip and over the top experience

Just got back from a week at the Excellence Punta Cana. Had a great time. We were 3 couples and we all loved the resort. The rooms were so nice and clean. The pool was never crowded which was nice for our age group. Enjoyed the food at most of the restaurants. Wouldn't really recommend the buffet, not a lot of food that we liked, but I'm not complaining. The Italian restaurant was open for lunch and it was great. Our favorite restaurants were the Italian one, the French restaurant (the only one where men must wear pants into), the Market was really good also. A big shout out to Robinson in the Italian one, request him you will not regret it. Also, Luis in the Market is great also. Really enjoyed all the staff. Everyone from check in to check out were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

The entertainment team was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Scooby Doo, Mini Barbie, Sexy Chocolate and Coca-Cola was absolutely amazing and made the vacation 10/10! Would recommend 100%!! Food great, service was great, the beach and pool were crisp!

This is my 3rd excellence property and it was as great as all the rest! The karaoke was so much fun every other night. Sexy Chocolate (Andelson) was so much fun during karaoke and every night and day during activities. Spice was the best restaurant by far, even if you can’t get a reservation at the hibachi table it’s still good! Swim up bar was awesome!

This was our 3rd visit to this resort. We upgraded when we booked and so glad we did... We do find the upgrade worth the money for the extra air con bar and restaurant club area, which has additional local spirits (rum) which I loved. We went back for my 50th Birthday in June 2024. We had a couple of bad weather days, but the sun soon came out to play. Met loads of really great people and the staff still great as ever. Shout out to Ekar, who works at the Excellence club reception who was really helpful each time. Food AMAZING, Drink, service and friendliness all outstanding. The only things to mention which I didn't quite like was the men's toilet In the upgraded pool area. It had writing all over the toilet doors, which had been there from our last visit in November 2023 and you couldn't lock the toilet door, as the door was totally out of shape. I reported both things twice very early on in my holiday, but nothing was actioned in the 2 weeks that I was there. We also had a room change and for some reason, they stopped servicing our new room with drink and snacks. I brought this up several times, but still had to keep chasing them up about it! Overall- I do miss this place for all the excellent reasons and can't wait to persuade my wife to return for another great holiday, with another bottle of Cherry rum in hand from the UK to share with the bar staff & hopefully with some slight improvements to the hotel decorations and service!
