Finest Punta Cana

The resort exceeded expectations with stunning views, top-notch service, and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend! The food is great but Rony is the better!

What an Experience!!! The staff made you feel incredibly special like royalty the moment you pulled up to the front gates! there is such a sense of safety and home feeling. everything felt clean and all the staff seemed to remember your name everyday! they definitely made the kids the center of attention! anything they wanted they got! if they wanted pizza it was made for them (even if the restaurant didn't serve it!) specially cereal they found it! my son even asked for a dish he saw on a TV show that the resort didn't even serve anywhere and the restaurant manager had the chef specially make it for him! Minimal feedback, was that one of our kids was under the age of 3 so not allowed to be left at kids club (which we knew ahead of time)... LOVED that the restaurants each have a kids club for the kids to play in while we waited for food, best idea ever! Sometimes it felt like it was a long wait to get the food in the restaurants.... but this may have been b/c our kids weren't at the table with us entertaining us, lol.... We did have to use the hotel app to find menus and we aren't used to that so kept forgetting (also probably delayed our ordered and prolonged restaurant experience). along with the app that is where a lot of the entertainment is listed and again we aren't used to looking it all up so we missed some activities b/c we were waiting for announcements and didn't look at the app often enough.... but our kids were very happy with the bounce house bubble in the pool and loved ordering drinks from the bars! the staff treated our kids like adults with total respect but also with a parental watchful eye! they were truly amazing!

Best resort with kids!! Absolutely beautiful resort, family suite has the perfect layout, fantastic kids club and kid friendly areas, everyone here is so friendly, very attentive sevice and clean!! Been here twice so far and would come back without hesitation!!

We celebrated our mother’s 70th birthday and had an amazing time. Julie kept our pool time fun and exciting - she has such a positive and infectious personality and we loved playing bingo and dancing with her - she is a gift! We stayed in the imperial family suite and it was worth every penny. Our concierge specialist, Rosa, was incredible. The dining team at Gusto was exceptional every time we walked in - each and every one of them (Alexis’ name I remember specifically, but they all made us feel welcome and special). The staff at las dunas was also exceptional and accommodating - we had some food sensitives/allergies and they went out of their way to accommodate. The hostess at the market kitchen was also accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The habachi chef and waiter were also funny, friendly and exceptional. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and wish we had more time to enjoy the motorless water boats. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience and cannot wait to visit again with friends!

This all inclusive was fantastic. Dommo was our favorite restaurant. Carlos Santana was fantastic - made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The adult pool was PERFECT-temp, no issue getting a place to sit, solid service (Antonio was a solid server - always was right there to get us beverages). Transfer service included was fantastic. I would highly recommend this resort!
