The bartender Romy in the Excellence club was awesome. Very kind and attentive. Carlos the concierge at the Excellence club was very attentive to our needs. The staff overall was great and very kind. We have never experienced such great customer service.

Beautiful resort with friendly staff willing to make your stay wonderful. Clean, well maintained buildings and grounds.

The report was great in all aspects. The staff were very friendly and helpful making us feel valued, appreciated and they wanted to make sure we truly enjoyed our time there. The food was wonderful! They always replenished and offered more if we wanted. The beach and pool areas were always kept clean. The rooms were great and very private. We stayed on the adult side but also enjoyed when we were on the family side as it was obvious they were getting as good an experience by the fun they were having! Whatever we wanted… quiet when you wanted, social when you wanted, beach spots were always available and the staff was always there to help or serve but never intrusive. We will definitely return!

We had amazing service at this resort! The service really made all the difference, compared to other high end places we have stayed. My wife and I visited along with our toddler and infant for 8 days along with another couple and their 2 kids of the same age as ours. Victor at the beach treated us like royalty, anything we needed was taken care of every single day. From the minute we sat down at our Cabana to packing up to head back to the room, we were waited on hand and foot. We will be going back and because of people like Victor and his team, I have recommend this resort to many others.

I’ll start with the pros: the grounds are so beautiful and well maintained, the jacuzzi was ridiculously large, the 24/7 room service was quick, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a swim up suite and the water was kept impeccably clean and it stayed warm all day. The interiors of every restaurant, room and common area were decorated strikingly. The con, and really the only reason why this was not a 5 star review: the food was inconsistent in quality. We had amazing meals at Le Petit, Duke’s and Surf & Turf but the buffet food was disappointing at worst and ok at best. Room service was delicious sometimes and unappetizing other times. Ordering the same thing multiple times may yield different experiences. I wish that weren’t so- this resort is so beautiful otherwise. But food is so important to me ☹️ The restaurants are open on different nights so make sure to rely on the app. We went early to every meal to be seated first, otherwise the wait for dinner was 45 mins everywhere.
