Finest Punta Cana

Ambiance/ Design (5/5) - Breath-taking views, luxurious areas and bedrooms, lush green and well-designed landscape. Overall, extremely clean and well-maintained facility. Food (3.5/5) - Most restaurants are decent expect the Italian and the Mexican. The food at these 2 restaurants was strictly average. Also, the sweet corner was a major let down with the soft cone ice-cream being the only decent offering. For the buffet, its best to have everything made fresh on the cooking stations. While the quality of food was sometimes disappointing, the variety was always satisfying. Customer Service (5/5) - This is another area where the resort goes above and beyond the expectations!! Been to many resorts over the years but never experienced such top-notch service. All staff was courteous, professional and well-trained. Here are names of a few staff members who left us extremely impressed: Liriano (Manager, Buffet Restaurant) Filameno Hanna Yanisa (Sweet Corner) Rafhaela (Sweet Corner) Elvis (Server) Gilberto Lelena Poala D Ismael (Bellhop) Pools (5/5) - Clean, not crowded. The kids loved the water slides and the bouncy thing. The pool-side drink/ snack service was also great Medical Facilities - Make sure you have travel insurance. I stopped by for a quick consultant for my sunburn and realized that I have to pay $200 USD just for consultant! My issue was not serious, so I decided to skip the consultation but it's good to keep in mind if you are visiting.

Good value and prefect for smaller kids and babies. The staff is super friendly and attentive especially our daughter.

I would like to say Finest Punta Cana was the best vacation place for us, Very good people are working there with very good hospitality. Every things among foods, rooms, restaurant and the buffet were really excellent. In the end thank you very much for every things.

First off the hotel staff, Jose specifically speaking was wonderful. He took care of scheduling transportation and made it very easy and stress free. He made sure we were accomodated every single night and checked on how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. The rest of the staff was so helpful and nice and were all so kind. The room we had was beautiful and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping came for morning and night turn down services and kept the room clean and beautiful. There is not one bad thing to say about this place and the experience we had. The hotel decor was beautiful and smelled amazing. The food was good and the best place we ate at was the steakhouse. Would love to go back.
