The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana

Jholfry and Brandol were two of the activity staff members at the Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana. They made my wife and I experience wonderful the entire week. Their energy and personalities kept everyone in good spirit and made us feel at home. The Palma Real is fortunate to have Jholfry and Brandol on staff!

Maria and Jose at Rum Republic make the most delicious fantastic drinks at the resort! They were both fantastic and super friendly as well! Every drink we tried at this bar was carefully and freshly made. It was so nice to sit here and chat with the two of them as well.

Beautiful Hotel. Kind people. Great Italian food at Mascalzone. Workers are so friendly and nice!! Hotel exceeded our expectations. The specialty restaurants are extremely good. We are foodies. Rooms are large clean and spacious. Will come back.

Excellent service in blue agave! The staff was phenomenal and warm! Laura and Alexander Bryan were excellent!!!!!!!!! The food had great Taste! They went out of their way to help set up a birthday suprise with great detail and attentation!

We had the absolute best time at the Paradisus Palma. The weather was gorgeous, the resort was clean, modern and well maintained. The food was delicious and variety was amazing! The activities offered by the resort allowed for both rest/relaxation as well as fun and enriching experiences. But the absolute best part of the week was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience top notch. Every staff we interacted with worked with a smile on their face, hoping that they could do whatever it takes to make our week wonderful. Special shout out to some of the best: Milton, Frank, and Louis. We will definitely return!
