Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

We had a great trip at secrets Cana. The staff is amazing Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Scooby Doo, Fidelina, smile and Ramon were outstanding. This is her third year at the resort and we’re about to go on our fourth year. We’ve liked it that much we can’t wait to return

Secrets Cap Cana is an exceptional and luxurious retreat! we loved everything from the prompt and friendly service, delicious meals in every restaurant and beautiful rooms and views. We give special appreciation to our rep Dani, butler Anibal, Rigoberto & Teofilo at the Rosewater and Omar at Porto Fino. They made an amazing vacation even more exceptional. You won't find a cleaner, more luxurious resort and the beach/water are gorgeous!

Service is the best of any all-inclusive resort I have been to. The grounds and views were amazing. Very clean resort, with beautiful variety of restaurants. The food was also fantastic. Already planning to go again next year. We loved the preferred section as we are not the partying type. The preferred section was very quiet and peaceful.

Great trip from start to finish, staff are great hotel is tidy and clean and restaurants have a good choice on the menu and the bars are well stocked with branded drinks. Daily activities around the pool and decent entertainment in the evening.

The service at this resort is second to none. This was a trip for our milestone wedding anniversary and the attention given to us at this Secrets resort was absolutely incredible. And it was cheerfully given. Everyone-the waiters, hostesses, housekeepers and groundskeepers- smiled and were generally pleasant. Our room was cleaned twice daily. No reservations needed at the restaurants-they were so well-staffed you didn’t have to wait long if at all to get in. The food was great. Highly recommend the Japanese (for sushi) and the seafood restaurant for dinner. There was a concierge who checked in with us daily but all our needs were met and we didn’t need his help. We were not even in the “Preferred” part of the resort. The Preferred option didn’t seem worth paying for in my opinion. Preferred guests get their own section of the beach and their own pool so there is snob appeal. Premium alcohol apparently if you’re a drinker. But we were perfectly happy despite being unpreferred. We had only one issue: We paid extra for an “ocean view” room. However, it was mainly a resort view with the ocean on the horizon-in the distance. In fact there was so little ocean in our view that we asked to be moved—still got a resort view but a little more ocean. We spent very little time in the room anyway-not really worth it to upgrade to a view which is not as described. Despite this one issue, it was a fabulous vacation and we will definitely be back.
