This was our second 10 day stay at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana, and it was even better than the first. The grounds are so beautiful and lush. The palm thatched roofs just blend in and give it a real Dominican paradise feel. We could see a lot of improvements and renewal from just a year ago. If you want a paradise to relax and forget the world, with excellent food, and a nice variety of low-key activities- you will love Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. However, the true key to how much we enjoy the resort is the people that work there! Everyone we met and saw were committed to making our stay special. I want to highlight several of the people we were lucky enough to meet and to know a little better. If you get a chance to see any of these great people, take a few minutes to get to know them, they are truly special. We were greeted first by Jenifer who is the UVC representative. She remembered us from last year and did several things to make our stay special. Our Butler/ Concierge was Manuel. No matter what questions we had or what we needed, he took care of it immediately and always got back to us to confirm it was taken care of. I joked with him our entire stay about “working hard”, because you saw him several times throughout each day, and he was always going somewhere with a purpose. However, if you needed him, he always had time for you. We used the Spa quite a bit, we love the entire environment there. The greeting you get from Juleisy or Gisber at the front desk get things off to a great start. All of our Spa treatments were excellent. They key of course are the masseuses; Viyanna, Santa, Joselyn, Rami, Daminga, Yajairi one a can’t recall her name. They were all exceptional; so calm, caring, highly skilled and professional. It was so relaxing and really added to the relaxation of our stay. The food was great and there is always a great variety each day. We typically stared the day with coffee in the Coco Café. Marita was the barista, and she made my wife’s Latte perfectly each day. We ate breakfast most mornings at Indigo. A highlight to the start of our day was Leidy the hostess. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to, we really enjoyed her. We also enjoyed the servers there for both breakfast and a few lunches. We picked up the names of a few of the wait staff and wanted to say thank you to Elizabeth, Angel, Maria, Sharon, and Serginia. There were definitely a lot more people that worked very hard in a very busy spot and we certainly appreciate their efforts as well. For dinner we worked through all of the restaurants and menus during our stay. We really enjoyed the variety and uniqueness of the dishes. One hostess that we saw and two and probably all three restaurants was Yeilin, she brings a different level of energy and friendliness to everything she does. She was special and we really enjoyed her. Again, I know we are missing a lot of the wait staff at all of the restaurants, but we wanted to thank Yoana, Natali, Maria, Manuel, for their attention to us. The pool staff was great as well. Two people that spend a lot of time taking care of us were Wilca and Esther. We saw them at just the right frequency for drinks and food and they were always upbeat with a smile on their face. Someone I don’t want to forget, and I’m sure what he does is often taken for granted, is Junior. He has the never-ending task of collecting used pool and beach towels to get cleaned and then constantly rolling them up and putting out the freshly laundered, and often still warm, towels. It was rare that there were no towels, and when it did happen it wasn’t long before they were replenished. Even during checkout, we had a great experience with the front desk staff. Eliezer and Viering were quick, thorough and efficient in checking us out. As we were checking out recognized the Front Desk Manager, Pallany, from our visit last year. He even remembered celebrating a big wedding anniversary with us last year and some of our story. That was really special and something we’ve never seen at another resort. I know this is probably too lengthy, but if you got to this point, I just want to reinforce what a special, unique paradise Zoetry Agua Punta Canna is. You should definitely try it!

Relaxing, beautiful resort. Make your spa appointment as soon as you get there! Food was good and plentiful. Room service is spotty and the food isn't as good. Beware of the excursion sales desk. We ended up on a terrible trip that took 2 hours to get over to Punta Can to board a boat. (The ride is about an hour but we stopped to pick up so many people.) I would avoid Wild on Punta Cana entirely. This is a nice resort if you are looking for a few days of very low key relaxation. They do an excellent job giving you little private places to hang out. It didn't feel too crowded and we really appreciated that!

Exactly 5 years ago we made our first visit to Zoetry Agua Punta Cana and really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for us. Small enough to be peaceful but still with enough restaurants to have plenty of meal choices. Returning 5 years later we were not disappointed, if anything, it was even better. First let me say if you are looking for wild partying and night life this is not the resort for you. If instead, you are looking for tranquility and relaxation then you will find it here. The room was excellent. It was large, clean and comfortable and the balcony was the largest of any resort we have stayed at. On top of that the view was great. The restaurants were all al la carte which we prefer, with a large menu selection. As an added bonus, they varied the menus and even had daily outdoor themed offerings at the pool bar. The food was well prepared and hot and the service was always friendly and efficient. The bar was another highlight. I am a big single malt Scotch fan and most resorts are limited to Johnnie Walker Black. A decent blended Scotch but not up to the level of the Macallan 12 served here. They also had Remy Martin and Hennessy cognac for our after-dinner drink. As for cocktails, Jordi the bartender made me a special cocktail which became my favourite. They also made an excellent Mojito here, my wife’s favourite. The fitness centre had a good selection of equipment and was never crowded. It was well stocked with water and towels and the air conditioning worked well which helps with those long workouts. There was a good itinerary of low-key daily activities with our favourites being the tastings. The wine tasting with the sommelier Santiago was informative and fun. The main bartender Jordi, conducted a rum tasting, a martini tasting and a margherita tasting. These were tastings done properly with small amounts of a wide variety of concoctions. Our favourite was the martini tasting where we tasted 7 different martinis. Our dedicated concierge, Johan, was on top of everything. Any minor issues or questions we had were always quickly addressed. They communicate with WhatsApp which works perfectly. The staff were all friendly and efficient but I would particularly like to thank Rossy and Marlene, two of the wait staff who served us multiple times, Eliezer who checked us in and out and was always around to answer questions, Santiago the sommelier, Jordi the bartender, our concierge Johan and Maritza in the Coco Café. It is also worth mentioning the Coco Café. They always had an excellent selection of pastries and fruit and the coffee was excellent. We will definitely be back for a third trip in the near future.

This resort is THE CHOICE TO MAKE! From beginning to end, the service, atmosphere, attention to detail, ambience, friendliness go above and beyond! It is very quiet, making it NOT the best choice to bring children to. There are only 92 rooms here, and still plenty of space between the beach, pools and restaurants that you are NOT feeling as if you are on top of each other like at big resorts. There was NEVER a time where we had to wait at a restaurant to eat. The seating was also spaced out so you didn’t feel as if you were in a diner. The room service was impeccable for breakfast with service being on time and hot. The beach was clean and the property is beyond well maintained every morning. The room was beautiful on the beach with the deck for sitting. Make sure you don’t leave the door open though, those mosquitoes will find you. Lol. The room was extremely clean and attended to daily and when asked. The pool bar staff became like family to us and took very GOOD care of us! Definitely get the pizza at the pool bar! If you find Jose, Esther and Wilca… you hit the jackpot. We did not take advantage of the free spa treatment but did enjoy the horseback riding. This is an amazing resort that you won’t regret staying at. Can’t wait to return!

We spent a fabulous three weeks at this beautiful and well maintained resort. Everything was in perfect running order. Our room was beautifully maintained by our attentive housekeeper Judy who was a joy! The room itself had been updated with new plumbing and drapes. The bed and linens were superb. The AC was excellent. The TV service/channels were "interesting" to say the least. The WIFI was great. The resort has a very tranquil setting. There is no loud pool music. The spa has an indoor complimentary hydrotherapy feature. There is also free yoga sessions twice daily. Although there are only three restaurants for dinner, the themed menus change daily and provide variety. The bars were always well stocked and had premium brands. All the bar staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The beach was flat, clean and uncrowded. Currently, there are no adjoining resorts. The hotel is about one hour north of the airport (PUJ). The resort is fogged twice daily with environmentally friendly product. However, you need to liberally apply bug repellant which is made available throughout the resort. We suggest bringing your own Deep Woods Off. We would like to compliment all the staff (the groundskeepers right on up to the big boss) on their friendly, personable, kind and attentive service. Our concierge, the charming Alejandro was excellent. We used WhatsApp to communicate with him and he attended to every request we made with haste. In particular the following staff stood out: Maria, Natali, Jordi, Manuel, Jose, Elizabeth, Sori, Diana, Fernando, Angel, Oliver, Laedy, Jeylin, Denny, Sergina, Frank, Yohanna, Lisbeth, Miguelin. We may have missed a few... Because of their dedication to our enjoyment, our trip was one of the most memorable we have had. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

This place is paradise. I have traveled to beaches the world over and this place is it! The cuisine is artful (I had never had breakfasts like these - they are terrific). The sand is fine-grained. The buildings are thatched-roof with native materials. The staff harvests coconuts from the trees daily. The ocean is emerald green near shore, crystal blue at a distance, and royal blue on the horizon. The rooms are oversized, with exquisite fixtures and slate facilities. The sitting porch provides an uncluttered view of the ocean. They speak English here, and the serving staff is relentless. As you relax in a wooden lounge on the beach, fresh bottled water appears. Later, when you awake, a frozen drink is sitting next to you. This place is not crowded and is intended to provide the isolation you deserve!

Zoetry is Pure Poetry.
Everything you HOPE for in an all-inclusive is presented exquisitely. Not a single buffet in sight. All meals are freshly prepared, even our special order paella. The seafood was so fresh I could have sworn I saw a staff member emerge from the ocean with my catch. From the moment you arrive, you know you are entering a private and exclusive resort - so much so, there's no name on the gate. An open entryway, extremely hospitable staff and very inviting accommodations. They have clearly thought of every possible detail - even on rainy days. Just don't fool yourself into thinking a quick trip will suffice.
