The entire staff Carlos, Charlie, Memo Manuel, Lalo ( forgive me if I forgot someone), the housekeeping and beach staff all make this property stand out. As a guest, there is nothing that won't be done to ensure you are well taken care of. A lounge chair, beach chair and dining table all are available whenever you want. The food is excellent with a wonderful selection. I personally enjoyed drinking the selection of Mexican wine. A stay here is like going to a large private home with a full staff to wait on you. The pictures and reviews are very accurate. I hope to return to this very special beach retreat.

This was our second stay here and I will say when stay a Casita Mia de Mita you aren't just staying at a hotel you are welcomed as if you are part of their family. We have been to many other large AI resorts in Mexico and we enjoy those very much but this hotel is on another level. The food is so good, like it's special made just for you and fresh every time. On our first day I mentioned that my wife really liked sea bass. The last night we were there they served sea bass for her. That's just one example of the service here. Carlos, Jonathan, Lalo, Memo and Manuel and everyone there go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I can't say enough about them and hope to see them again soon. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and comfortable and the views from the balcony are perfect. Don't come here expecting foam pool parties and loud music, but if you want to completely unwind, unplug and relax while being waited on by the best staff and eating delicious food this is the place for you. Mauricio does a great job managing and was very helpful in our planning of the trip quickly answering any questions I had. This is a special place and I hope we get back there soon. We have been to Casa several times and it never fails to deliver. This is a fabulous getaway. The hotel rooms and public spaces are refreshingly unique - a welcome departure from conventional five star facilities. Each room is different and each is carefully and creatively curated. The public spaces share that same unique aesthetic and offer a variety of opportunities to read, relax, sip a tequila and, of course bask in the sun. The pool area is quiet with several different accommodations for lounging from chaise lounges to private pergolas. My wife and I prefer to stay on the beach which sits directly in front of the hotel - an umbrella, loungers and towels are always set up for us when we arrive after breakfast. The food is consistently delicious. There are multiple dishes available at breakfast, lunch and dinner and if nothing meets your fancy, the chef will go out of his/her way to make sure you are happy. The place and the food alone would make this a five star destination, however, it is the people of Casita Mia de Mita that make this place truly outstanding and memorable - it keeps us coming back at least once every year. Mauricio, Lalo, Memo, Manuel, Carlitos, Carlos, Jonathan and, of course, Arturo are the most wonderful people you will ever meet at a hotel. The landscape and housekeeping people are always courteous, quick to meet whatever request you have and keep the hotel in good order. We consider them all family. And of course I can't forget Madison and Lucas (the canine crew) who are equally wonderful. A truly wonderful hotel. Wildly comfortable, quiet, and situated with prime access to a beautiful beach. We were totally blown away from the moment we walked in. Beautiful architecture, luxurious rooms, a cozy pool with multiple comfortable lounge areas, delicious food and drink, but above all else, thoughtful, kind, friendly service and hospitality. Everyone on staff was welcoming, accommodating, and urgent to take care of any needs we had. A small but useful gym, gorgeous pool with a swim-up bar, day beds, board games, puzzles. You couldn’t possibly need anything else. Our stay was sheer relaxation. Thank you so much Mauricio, Memo, Lalo, Carlos, Fernando, and Museo for your generous hospitality. This is truly one of our favorite places in the world— and it gets better with age. From the amazing views, the white sand beach that you sometimes have all to yourself, the tastefully decorated rooms with super comfy beds, the mind blowing food, and the staff that makes you feel like family— we will keep returning year after year.
