Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos

Beautiful resort, amazing 5 star food and beverage, excellent service, and special personalized attention from entire staff throughout stay. Value met our expectations, service exceeded our expectations, and Michelin Star restaurant was an added bonus experience. Already planning our return!

I usually don't write reviews but I feel I had to with this one. This place is six stars. From the moment you arrive, you are amazed at the beauty of the resort. Let's start with the pros: Comfortable beds. Adults only. Vitamin C rain shower in your room. Nightly turn down service. Attentive Concierge (Brandon was the best). Michelin Star restaurants Pool staff moving umbrellas for you at all times. Martha and Jesus were always on top of it. Pool side drinks and food service. Buffet breakfast with a different selection everyday. Hector is the man. Flower pedals falling at your feet as you walk. Staff stopping when working as you walk by. Incredible views from everywhere. Access to the Grand Velas. Shuttle golf cart service to the Grand Velas. (We never had to wait) Incredible drinks. The spa was incredible. We went to the Grand Velas. The water session is all you need. This list goes on... Cons: Nightly entertainment from 7 - 10 would be nice if there was a pianist or someone playing the guitar in the lounge. Pool side wellness activities like Yoga, spin class in the pool or water aerobics. There is none of that. But maybe that's the point? You cannot swim in the ocean at this resort. You can walk down the beach and swim or go 10 min away. All in all, if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with unbelievable food, attentive staff, incredible drinks, a beautiful pool and an amazing concierge who will bend of backwards for you (Brandon), this is the place. I'd give is 6 stars.

Can I give it 10 Stars? We have been to all of the Grand Velas resorts and continue to be so impressed! 5 Star Luxury that is also an All Inclusive. Facilities - 5 Star. Service - 5 Star. Food - 5 Star. Spa - 5 Star. I am so picky but cannot find anything that could have been better!

Highly recommend! The staff, food, drinks, hotel, pool, beach-- amazing. This is a very special place that we will always remember-- thank you for the most wonderful vacation! It's nice to have access to the Grand Velas Resort then return to the Boutique for peaceful adults-only time.

Grand Velas is the best luxury brand of resorts! We have vacationed at other Grand Velas properties and Velas’s properties many times over the years and we love them all, they offer something for every phase of your life. Grand Velas Boutique Hotel is absolutely spectacular! It’s the first of the brand to be a boutique hotel and added benefit of being a completely adults only. This is our 2nd time staying at the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel and it was perfection just like our 1st visit. The resort is absolutely beautiful, from the immaculate landscaping to the breathtaking views. It Exudes a calming, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious and the view was incredible. Our rooms were kept spotless day and night by the housekeeping and turn down service staff our entire stay, Thank you. Carlos Torres, the General Manager does an amazing job throughout the resort ensuring everything is perfect with the guests and the staff. We loved talking with him and getting to know him. Thank you, Carlos for all you do and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit. Thank you, Monica Canul for all your help as always, and we are sorry we missed you this trip but we will see you on our next one. We were so happy we had Gabriela Urtiz as our personal concierge again on this trip. She is amazing and does a wonderful job. She would send us the activities daily, check in with us throughout the day to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. She planned some wonderful birthday surprises. She took care of everything and made our vacation so relaxing. Thank you, Gaby, we appreciate all you do and look forward to seeing you on our next visit. We spent our days at the pool, enjoying the beautiful view and amazing service! All of the staff at the pool do an amazing job and work so hard. Martha Valverde (pool concierge), Jonathan Esprenceda (bartender), Berzain (bartender), Alberto Jimemez (waiter), Danial Ortega (waiter), Jose Garcia (waiter), Jesus(waiter) took care of us everyday and provide the best service. Alfonso Luzena (towel attendant) and David (towel attendant) work so hard all day and do a wonderful job. Adolfo ( lifeguard) does a wonderful job. Martha Valverde, (pool concierge) is such an amazing person always so full of joy and happiness shes so wonderful to be around. She is more than a pool concierge, she does anything that needs to be done and ensures the guests are taken care of. She planned a birthday celebration for my husband and it was so meaningful and thoughtful and all of the waiters, bartenders and staff helped celebrate. To add to all that Matha dressed up as Katrina for his birthday which was the day of dead! Thank you, Martha for all you do!!! We thank all of you and look forward to seeing you on our next visit. The restaurants are all amazing and the food incredible! We had breakfast at Del Mar every morning. The food was great. Thank you, Ulysis for all you do. Jesus makes the best omelets! Hector Cabrera is an wonderful person and does an amazing job. We enjoyed our morning talks with Hector and look forward to seeing him on our next visit. Lunch at Roca was wonderful. The food was fresh and the service great. Thank you, Concepcion(connie) for all you do and Milton (chef) for the delicious food! We also had lunch at the pool which was great as well. Dinner at Loto was amazing! The menu offers a great variety allowing you to eat there multiple times and try different items, as we did. All of the staff do an amazing job. Thank you for your hard work. Staying at the Boutique also gives you access the restaurants at Grand Velas, which are amazing as well. The food and service were amazing at Velas 10, Lucca, Frida, Piaf and Cocina De Autor. Daniel (manager) and all the staff at Lucca do an amazing job, Thank you. Our Dinner at Piaf was delicious, Thank you Chef Mayela, Guadalupe ( manager) and Aldo (waiter) for the wonderful food and service. We enjoyed Bar 51 for before and after dinner drinks. Thank you, Israel (bartender) for the amazing drinks and service. The SPA is amazing! The water ceremony and couple massages were wonderful! Thank you Leticia Flores, Engracia Soberones and Rosa Salgado for the amazing massages!!! The gym has a beautiful garden view and a great variety of equipment for all types of workouts. Grand Velas Boutique is absolutely amazing, from the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to the exceptional food and drinks, but what sets it apart and frankly in a whole different league from other 5 star resorts are the staff and the service they provide!!! The staff truly feel like family to us and we miss them when we leave but always look forward to seeing them when we return!!!
