I had an amazing experience. All the staff were helpful and professional. Even when my excursion was cancelled, they made attempts to find me another excursion (and were successful!). I will be staying here again. I went for my birthday and they made it feel so special. From the champagne, to the sip-n-pain, to the birthday dinner at SAL. Super great!!!

We stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos from December 20th to 24th in an Ocean View Junior King room and were deeply disappointed with our experience. Check-in Chaos: The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated due to limited English proficiency among the front desk staff. We were also hit with unexpected additional taxes and fees upon arrival. Activity Restrictions: The resort severely limited available activities during our stay, citing overbooking and prioritizing guests who upgraded to The Reserve. This was incredibly frustrating. Why not simply open more activities to accommodate all guests? Poor Service: Housekeeping and room service were extremely slow and unreliable. We had to follow up multiple times for basic requests like amenities and drinks. The manager promised compensation for these issues with a free spa treatment, but ultimately ghosted us. Lackluster Entertainment: The nightly entertainment was incredibly boring, consisting mainly of a single DJ or someone playing instruments. Uninspiring Atmosphere: The resort felt lifeless. The majority of guests were older couples or families, making it difficult to socialize and meet new people. Isolated Room: Our room was awkwardly located in a dark corner, far from the pools and restaurants, requiring long walks. Mediocre Food & Drink: The food quality was mediocre at best. We encountered long wait times and exorbitant prices ($100+) for many dishes. Useless Vouchers: The voucher book included with our reservation offered limited value. Coupons were only applicable to expensive items like steak and lobster, excluding basic beverages like coconut water and fresh juice. Overall: Paradisus Los Cabos fell far short of our expectations. We experienced poor service, limited activities, and a generally uninspiring atmosphere. We strongly advise against staying at this resort.

Eduardo was an amazing server, he gave great recommendations and was very patient :) Would highly recommend trying the spicy sauces he suggested, they were certainly an experience. filling minimum characters filling minimum characters

This family vacation has been amazing. One of my main concerns were my many food allergies, and each of the restaurants were amazing about it. Our concierge, Juan Carlos made sure to tell each of the restaurant’s about my allergies and they all were so great about accommodating them all. Our waiters, Rafael at agua marina, Jacobo at Malva, and Karina Maya at Sante were all spectacular! They all have made the trip so much more relaxing and I would recommend them and this resort to all people with allergies and food accommodations.

Wonderful trip! The staff was lovely, especially Francisco at the pool! Some other reviewers thought the pool was too cold but it was just right for us (it is, in fact, heated). The food was good - Sante in particular. The coffee and ice cream shops were fantastic. The breakfast was good, lots of options. Areas for improvement: less competing music (poolside at times there were three different sources). The Mexican restaurant food could use some tweaks. Water bottle refill stations would be good to cut down on waste.
