Want to give a special shout out to Servando the security guard. He worked down by the beach and always made my wife and I feel welcome and comfortable. He remembered details and conversations from the entire week and he was very easy to communicate with!

Hotel is beautiful and the staff are so lovely. Food was very good; more gluten free options would be helpful, as well as more options by the pool--like being able to get chips and guacamole! The biggest drawback for us was the unheated pool. It was freezing cold and it would have made our trip perfect if it were heated.

Roberto at the Ginger Bar was fantastic! Great place all amenities were outstanding. The rooms are super clean and all staff were friendly and really trying to help. The food is outstanding, all restaurants and buffets were super. Internet was a little flakey but after a couple margaritas it didn't matter.

If you're considering this resort, don't think any longer, JUST DO IT! A grilfriends' trip and we were NOT disappointed! Resort was immaculate. Service was exceptional. Food choices abound. We didn't have a bad meal and enjoyed food from almost every restaurant. In fact, we chose not to go to Sal's and returned to Tokimeku for a second night. Our favorites - Sante, Coffee Shop, and Tokimeku. We thought the beach and pool service was exceptional. Water (at beach) was chilly but we did it anyway! Pool was a bit cooler than expected but again, refreshing once in! We're already planning a return and may consider this resort for an annual girls trip! JUST DO IT! You won't be dissapointed.

This most beautiful place!! With the exceptional Guest services team - Mariela was so helpful. I reached out to the hotel as my sister and brother in-law were there to celebrate my brother in-laws 50th birthday. We couldn’t make it but want to do something special. I asked if they could wish him a happy birthday for us!! They did that and more they had a desert for him a card from all of us and decorated the room with balloons and a fun paint set. To say the least it was perfect - They made my brother in law’s birthday. Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to experience this resort in the future! It’s on our list for sure. WOW !!best service I have ever experience - not even being at the resort or country. Thank you to this wonderful team.
