We chose to do the reserve rooms and they were absolutely wonderful. Our concierge Cristina made the whole trip one to remember. She absolutely went over and above to make our stay the best it could be. Everyone at the Paradisis were so friendly and willing to do whatever they could to make you feel welcome and special. The resort was well maintained and was absolutely beautiful. We were sorry to have to go when our vacation time was over, but we will sure remember all the special people that work there and want to return in the future to see them again.

Great stay all in all when i went this October, other than there being a longer than usual wait time on arrival- unusual as a Reserve guest. At one point I did ask if it would be possible i could just walk to the lounge myself, since I don't need the tour, I have been here over half a dozen times. Eventually we got picked up as a group, me and two other couples, in the past it would be one on one someone would walk you from lobby to lounge. My Concierge Roberto was very communicative, did well honoring requests as promised, and setting my reservations. All of the bartenders that looked after me this ocassion (Roxana,Lorenzo,Edith,Diana,Hector) and other hostesses and waitstaff (Meredith,Aracely,Cesar,Pedro, Rafael & Valentin- ) were wonderful, with the sole exception in service being the 1 time I went to the breakfast buffet (I should have known better- this one took awhile to be seen or seated- never happened to me before, the hostess was repeatedly chatting with the server, in effect distracting her, there was no second pour of coffee even after i asked so i walked to the waiter station to eventually get more coffee, same for the table napkin was missing had to grab one myself from the waiters station, and whoever was supposed to wait on me did not even pour water not even once).. very strange, it was not even that busy at the time. Housekeeping was phenomenal as usual, my room was very clean and well attended to, and all other encounters with staff was quite friendly. The Sal steakhouse, Sante/aka La Palapa and Gabi/AguaMarina and the beach wait service were all fabulous.

My wife and I stayed at the Paradisus Los Cabos for a getaway and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was more than spacious and everything that we needed. Everything in the room was functioning. The bed was very comfortable. The resort was beautiful and you could tell that the staff worked hard to keep it that way. The food at the restaurants was fantastic and way better than my other all-inclusive experiences. We had access to The Reserve lounge and Sante for dinner, which was fantastic, but every dining experience we had was great. What made this experience over-the-top was the staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. You could tell they were working hard and probably could have used more staff, but we were in no hurry and they were just awesome. The bartenders, Roberto, Victor, Javier, to name a few, were amazing and so friendly! I would definitely recommend this resort!

This resort is elegant, quiet and the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. Our concierge Adrian was great and helped us with whatever we needed. The choices of foods and restaurants were delicious and abundant, and easy to get reservations. This is a quieter resort, with music and live bands some nights, but shutdown at 11:00 pm. The pool area had lots of beds, chairs and areas both in the sun and in the shade and the servers were attentive. The resort is handicapped accessible with ramps and elevators everywhere, including into the pool areas.

This resort had a lot of amenities. There was always water. There was always lovely soaps in every bathroom and there were clean bathrooms everywhere. the staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating especially Jennifer in the coffee shop. You never wanted for anything. Also, the beach is beautiful and the food was good, very good.
