Amazing property and all round service. Truly a 5 start luxury resort in a secluded and relaxing setting. Beautiful rooms and an incredible selection of restaurants, drink and entertainment options. Incredible staff and especially our Local Host, Laura - was fantastic and made sure our experiences and activities were all planned to perfection and thank every moment was joyful - she was amazing! Thank you Unico - it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful and truly luxurious experience!

The resort was in awesome shape. Our butlers Roger, Carlos and Israel were amazing. They helped up with everything at the resort and on our transfer to AVA. Food and service was 5 star all the way. Will return soon!! Pools and hot tubs were very clean and nice. Beach walks everyday and swimming in the ocean is highly recomended

Unico - A Must Stay!
What an amazing hotel. The food, the pool, the ocean and drinks are all amazing! An extra perk was the amazing reefs right off the hotel. They are great for snorkeling. Hector was our local host and he took care of all of our needs. If you are looking for all inclusive, this is a must try!

Great getaway with two inconveniences
Making reservations for various things beforehand was super annoying because they redirect you to various email addresses based on what you are reserving. Too many email addresses to figure out. Once arriving the check in process took an hour just sitting in the lobby which felt wasteful. We declined their sales meeting / free spa massage offer. The food at all the restaurants was fabulous. The mixology class was great. The chocolate class was good. The nightly art experience was fun. The pool food and drinks are good. The room service was good. The panoramic ocean view room was amazing. We didn't use the spa bc so crazy over priced instead got massage at the beach next door for a fraction of the price. The staff were all very nice. Two major issues were horribly long check in process and the difficulty keeping up with all the emails for making reservations.
