Alex ..Antonio..Oscar made pool experience fun good attitude quick service we enjoy ourselves very nice definitely will come back to visit . The service is fast the food is delicious the pool area is beautiful. We recommend our friends and family. The views are amazing and yhr drinks are even better. We don't want to go home lol great place to vacation.

Great food and service!
The weather, the food, and service were great, especially our host Laura - she went above and beyond and was always available to help. Our swim up room in bldg 2 offered privacy. The beach was rocky so bring water shoes for that, but the pool floors were fine without. Our only poor experience was with a sunset tour we had scheduled for the final day, the boat broke down prior to departure and instead of telling us from the start and just cancelling, they strung us along and had us sit in a van for about two hours without answers, until our van of guests demanded to go back to the resort. Laura was helpful during this situation and did what she could to make it right for us.

UNICO trip
Just back from UNICO had a great 2 weeks. Trip to Coba awesome, swam with turtles at Akumal and good lunch. Spa's and facials were all good along with pools. Butler's Javier, Eduardo,and Edmundo were all great,to care off everything we needed. Food was delicious need to order meat little extra cooked, tend to under cook a little no worries. Beach area was clean and well kept up every day. Some road work back to Cancun leave a little early.

Service was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful. Antonio and Simon at the Escondido bar were amazing, personable. The grounds were well kept. There were tons of activities every single day. The gym was fully equipped. The food was delicious. Recommend booking reservations for dinner and transport from the airport prior to arrival.

Amazing service
Antonio and Simon at the pool bar were AWESOME. Can’t say enough nice things about them- fantastic service and kindness all around. They made amazing drinks and took the extra time to get to know us and our preferences. Appreciate how lovely they were and generous with their time
