Exceeded expectations!
This experience exceeded my expectation in every way. The customer service was excellent, especially the servers at the restaurants, they were wonderful! I got the best massage I've ever had and wanted it to last forever. I could not more highly recommend a few days at Miraval to rest and rejuvenate!

Nice Getaway
The time away from electronics having all your meals prepared for you is wonderful. The selection of classes taught by experienced, enthusiastic instructors was great. Rooms could use refurbishing and updating. There is a heavy emphasis on yoga and spiritual awareness that seems a bit over the top.

Magical Miraval
This is a magical place. The scenery is beautiful, the food is healthy and delicious, and the service is exceptional. I came for relaxation and to bask in the sun during a cold winter, but I left having had a deeply touching spiritual experience. Highly recommend going outside of your comfort zone to explore some of the meditative, and learning experiences. I also participated in the equine therapy. Everything was wonderful, a great sense of community and connection.

A little heaven in Arizona
Slipping into bed was heavenly. After a day of workshops, spa treatments and delicious food the feather topper and luxurious bedding was the perfect ending. Looking forward to my next visit with Alissa, Ramsey and Daniella waiting to greet me upon arrival. The team at Miraval went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay.

Restoration for the soul- go to this magical place.
Miraval is heaven- everything about it. It is designed to restore your body and soul. Once you drive thru the front gate, your heart will calm. A variety of programs await. Yoga, stretching, meditation. Mountain biking, hiking. Every possible type of cardio and strength training you can imagine. A day spa with choices including massages, Naga, facials, manicures pedicures. Whatever you choose, whatever you need. All after you have checked into your lovely room with bedding that makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. You will eat be served 3 healthy meals daily- delicious, as you sit overlooking the mountains. Fulfilling in every way. And... surprise, NO cell phones to be seen. Miraval is a digital free environment and although that may seem shocking, it is magical. Don't worry you can you use cell in your room- but trust me, you won't want to. The digital detox is good for the soul. If you can make it happen- go to this wonderful resort. You will never regret it.

Miraval is just wonderful!! It is truly a relaxing getaway that offers so much for everyone. You can push yourself to the limit with the ropes/challenge experience; yoga, pilates and other tough exercise classes; the equine experience; or just enjoy the spa with the most wonderful treatments. Loved every minute of it. The setting is serene, the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the spa treatments are truly beyond!!! Can't wait to go back!

Miraval is a wonderful destination spa. There are many activities to choose from including their Challenge Experiences, which I highly recommend! The food at Miraval is delicious and varied. Service is top notch.
