What a fabulous experience - from start to finish. The facility and grounds are beautiful! Everything is fresh and clean and cared for. The staff is unbeatable - friendly, encouraging, fun to get to know, open, and very, very good at their jobs. The spa is second to none - gorgeous, relaxing space, services that are superb. The estheticians and masseurs are outstanding - very talented and personable. I mistakenly signed my husband and myself up for a zip line experience, which involved a 40-foot climb up a telephone pole. I was terrified and not at all prepared to even attempt it...but I did attempt it, and I climbed all the way up with the help of the team at Miraval. What a remarkable feat, and I will always remember overcoming my fear and accomplishing something I didn't know I could do.

This was my second trip here and even better than the first if that is possible. There are activities for all range of athleticism and your desired balance of relaxation vs exercise. The surrounding environment invites reflection and peacefulness. The spa s outstanding and every member of staff is friendly and helpful.

Mirival phone service is nonexistent

I am looking forward to going to Mirival Tucson for my scheduled 3 days in February but for the life of me I can’t get anyone to return my calls to help make - choose appointments. I’ve left messages, sent emails - nothing in return. No one and I mean no one answers the phone. all you can do is leave a message which is never returned. Is this how they treat you once you’re there?
